This has always been a terrible TSC. Poor customer service, clueless staff, poor stock levels. When Jason was Mgr it was at least tolerable. Now it's back to being the worst TSC. No greeting, no restrooms, feed bags have holes, out of stock on some and way overpriced on others. Won't be back.

I chose TSC tht day bcuz i happened to have my dog wth me & the hardware store i usually go to has recently changed their policy on allowing dogs to accompany their ppl. TSC eagerly welcomes ur well behaved furry friends. I was greeted immediately and taken directly to the product I was looking for, even tho I had simply shown up wth my broken plumbing piece in hand and wasn't sure myself what it even was. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Very satisfied wth the service, product, efficiency and cleanliness of the store. I have found my new go-to hardware store tht also offers so much more. From clothing to snacks, pet & garden, farm supplies, toys & all those super cool little things uv been wanting...this is the place! Thanx TSC from a lady and her trusty 4 legged sidekick! We highly recommend!

I was there checking prices on dog supplies for a friend that was recovering from surgery. She liked the prices. Said she would save money on two of her items. The employees on the floor were very friendly and helpful. As I was leaving I was told to have a good day by a cashier. A repeat customer is in the making. Just need to get my fur-baby.

The manager and another worker were friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. We also had a nice time chatting together and realized that we knew each other from 27years ago. The TSC employees were great and helpful. My thanks goes to them.

Called in this morning to make sure there was a safe left. Joe told me there was. Told him I would give him a call back. Called him back to let him know I would be there after work to see if he would hold it. He said he left at 2 but would pass the info onto Jason. I got there around 3:30 to pick the safe up. The lady at the front counter informed me that it was sold. I drove 1 hr and 20 mins to pick up this safe. Thank you for making me waste my time and not standing behind your word!

The manager on duty. Some young blonde. Total attitude. Very rude. Worst service ever received at a tsc. Definitely needs lessons in customer service. Was in on Monday June 27th in the afternoon.

Everything I went in to get had no price (not to mention I had someone hold chicken wire for me came to get it and 4 people couldn’t figure out what happened to it) a girl who was off the clock actually helped me find what I needed after what I assume was her boss walking away from us just chatting in the phone. Couldn’t get help and when I had them check a price(because I told him nothing had prices that I had looked at) the guy talked behind my back when I turned around saying there are prices ... no THERE WAS NOT. I spent 50$ and that will be the last time I spend money here. Big r will have mine and my families business from now on!!

The new manager has made sure the alpaca feed we'd been chasing around 3 counties and 2 store chains is always in stock. That's made our life easier so we get all our farm and pet related supplies here now.If you don't see something you need, ask the manager. Chances are he'll accommodate your needs.

Staff wasn't that helpful only had one item of what I was looking for and it was damaged ended up having to go to two other locations to find what I needed and according to the 2nd tsc I went to this store had 4 in stock but if they did the staff didn't seam to care if I found it 2nd tsc had only one but was helpful in locating where I could find more

I was in to get 5/8 nuts to work on a trailer and was unable to put my hands on it readily. Since time was of the essence I wad hoping to have a rep to assist me but none, so I left without. Hats off to tractor Supply Co bit there is room for improvement.

Unloading took some time. Fork lift driver couldn't get help in time. For my kind of load, I couldn't back up to the dock. Pallet jack by a worker inside the trailer had to be used.

This place is wonderful but I think a better name for the this place might be Tractor PARTS Supply Co. they do not sell anything but lawn tractors which are mowers honestly. Does not accept cryptocurrency at this time.
