I feel they did great! I'm a first time doggy mom and it was the first time going to a groomer so I had alot of questions! Kati did a great job on helping me understand the basic needs as far as grooming care and what she recommended for my specific breed. I upgraded my package before coming in and was excited to find out on arrival that it included a free digital picture and bandana! Not sure until how long that promotion runs but It sure does make our visit much more special! Thank you for such great customer service🏆 Me and Sophie are excited to work with you nexttime!

Petco store Goshen great staff and always knowledgeable or will find someone who knows the answer. But the grooming department has gone down hill I will say as a customer. Ever since Vickie left the girls do not know what they are doing with scheduling appointments. Also there is one specific grooming lady who needs to quit I have taken two of my dogs in on different occasions and she accused my retriever of barking and very stressed refused to grooming him okay he is at the groomers he will be stressed and anxious. Now I took my minu bernedoodle in for his hair cut hoping to have him come back so clean and groomed she called my literally 5 min after dropping him off saying he bit her. Excuse me I told you specifically he will be anxious and scared he is 4 months old and his first grooming and first time in a petco be please be patient with him she assured me she would um nope. Petco needs to reevaluate people working in the grooming department at Goshen maybe why you can keep staff. I am not a happy customer with grooming but everything else I'm the store is awesome and great.

My little man was abused at his last groomer who was arrested. I was so nervous about sending my little Oliver anywhere. Not to mention he was traumatized. Well Vickie at the Goshen IN locations is amazing! She takes such good care with my little man. She is calm and patient with him. I've watched from the other side of the glass and I couldn't be more pleased. I know in my heart she cares just as much as I do for Oliver.

I enjoy shopping here. I think the staff is very nice, they hire a lot of young people, seems like no staff member is over 30. I take my fur baby here for grooming. I like the groomers and they seem to be very nice. One thing is the knowledge or lack of from staff, it’s like they never know anything when you ask a question.

Vicky always goes above and beyond for our dog with special needs. He can't go in kennel or dryer because he has seizure disorder. She always works with us on getting him cleaned up and taken very good care of

The groomers at the Goshen store do a fantastic job on my dog, Maggie. They are kind and polite too. The rest of the emoyees in the store are very helpful. I had trouble with enrollment for the Vital Care program. The store manager even went outside the store with me bcuz my phone was having problems with connecting to complete registration. And it was hot out!

Sara, the groomer is absolutely wonderful with my older dog BB, she takes such great care of her and she looks amazing after she's done with her!!! She's so kind and attends to all the needs of my older girl dog, thank you Sara 😊

Consistently excellent! Customer service, grooming, friendliness and familiarity of staff. Very accommodating! Katie, in particular, does an amazing job of caring for my elderly baby and always does a GREAT JOB!

I take my Chihuahua to Petco for nail trims because I can't do it myself, my dog won't let me. But Vicky must be a dog whisperer because he is fine with her and she is able to get the job done!

Hailey M is always good at grooming Duchess. Duchess is a senior dog and Hailey goes to great lenghts to ensure that she doesn't make Duchess sore. Duchess just loves Hailey and I know that Hailey loves Duchess too.

This Goshen Indiana location is advertised to groom cats and do nail trims. They don’t work with cats at all. I am extremely disappointed with this. Why serve every other animal but cats.
