We shop at Pet Supply Plus because they make you feel like a value customer. They're willing to find answers or solutions to the questions or problems you have. They're friendly, kind, knowledgable, and make you feel at ease. If they don't have a certain product or stock on hand they're willing to check into seeing when it will be available.

Merchandise is pricey but their new pet wash is definitely worth it. I take both my dogs to this facility to get clean. Staff is nice. Some of them could be friendlier.

Much better and cheaper than Petco. I like both places but Petco never has live mealworms. This place has live mealworms and they're much cheaper.

They helped me find a harness that fit my dog, she was in between sizes posted on the box. They allowed me to try different sizes on her to ensure that we walked away happy and with a product that worked for us.

I attended their $10 nail trim night and a staff member graciously helped me choose the appropriate muzzle for my terrier, put it on her and even gave her a treat! And the ladies doing the nail trim service were very nice!

Great prices and knowledgeable people everyone is so friendly too. I live the doggy wash they provide all the shampoos and conditioner and provide me with a rubber apron so I do t get wet. They have great dryers too. I will definitely be a lifetime member here for sure

I just went in to the store to grab a quick treat for my dogs, I didn’t get a welcome but that’s not the point, the treat I had bought expired 6/09/21, need to do a better job at getting them expired products off the shelf cause if I wouldn’t have looked before feeding them to my dogs they probably would have been sick.
