Pharmacist working at this Kroger's are liars told me they would call me back about my prescriptions. Never did. Came in a later was told they cannot get these prescriptions at this location. Now we are out of medication for my child. Extremely disappointed in the negligence of the people handling our prescriptions

Below average 👎 Friday night at 8:45 pm, they have 5 self checkout lanes open and that's it. The line went all the way back to the pharmacy !!! I returned my few items back to the shelves and left. Several carts of groceries were abandoned. Not recommended.

Self scan requires store associate at least 4 times during my transaction, either belt malfunction, product not scanning etc. Store associate proceeds to tell me to step aside and then starts kicking the machine 🙄, super awkward. Will just have to pay more to go to Martins for the better service.

This is not a rant about self scans. It's 9 in the morning you have no registers open your store is not busy.. When I am scanning 300 dollars worth of groceries and I have to stop because the belt fills and go bag while you have 5 employees just standing up there talking not doing anything then go back to scan more groceries and have to wait for the cashier to stop talking to come scan her card so I can continue to scan my groceries. Only to do it all over again 4 different freiken times. It's frustrating... Do better.... Motivate your staff they are a reflection of you and your leadership...

I love the new store since the remodel. Some of the new sites have a lot to be desired. Somebody really should pay attention to these things. I went by on two different occasions this is not an accident this is an employees everyday bad habit... :(

VERY DISAPPOINTED today… Ordered sale items for pick up, but since they were out of the sale items, someone decided it would be ok to substitute everything AT FULL PRICE (nearly DOUBLE the sale price) and then attempted to lock us in to an order that could not be canceled . 🤨 This is unacceptable! If they are out of an item, they should not substitute something at full price to their own benefit rather than the desire/needs of the customer!

I stopped at our Goshen, IN Kroger gas station today, because the posted gas prices were excellent. However, since I hadn't gotten gas from Kroger in many years, I got confused about the new available discount options which showed up on the gas pump transaction screen for us Kroger Plus customers. The gas station employee, Donna, very patiently and pleasantly helped me. Thank you, Donna! And thank you, Kroger!

You waste my time. I do not work for you and thus will not ever be using your self checkout stations. Open more checkout lines or lose customers. I have no problem laying my milk and produce in the middle of the store and walking out.

Pharmacy needs new management/new pharmacist. Horrible service, very poor attitudes, the worst waiting times ive ever experienced.Avsolutely NOTHING has been done to improve these ongoing issues of over a year. if my prescription pickup time is going to be ready "no later than 2pm" but at 2pm its updated to say "no later than 8pm" please help me to understand the reason you are able to say "no later than" when its factually ALWAYS later than. Will not be back.

Earlier today, I accidentally dropped a juice that I had just purchased and glass went everywhere! A very nice lady quickly helped me out cleaned it up for me told me to worry about it, to grab another, saying “things happen” I didn’t have to pay again. She cleaned up all the mess and I was so happy after that embarrassing incident. I wish I would of got her name. Walmart could NEVER!

One of your cashiers needs an attitude check. She was extremely rude when I came up to the register with an instacart order. She started scanning before i could have her scan the codes on my phone for the instacart order. She got extremely rude and starting slamming stuff around. I understand we have our bad days but she better check her attitude i dont know who she was or her name.

I shop hare always my favorite place the digital coupons along with weekly deals it really helps stretch a already tight budget. It's a thousand times better that Walmart because there's actually sales and they change weekly so stock up on one item and another next week. Get a deep freezer guys it's getting bad and the meat sales here at Kroger are 100% worth it to stock up. The hamburger sale happens every other week. Just stock up now cause we've got no clue what's going on in DC and they are hell bent on emptying our wallets it seems. This is a really good place to save money download the app and clip your coupons on the app and from the paper. Be vigilant we're going to have to prepare food is getting outrageous we all gotta feed our kids. Don't give a place like Walmart money they don't care about people or they would not make it so a cart of groceries is 400$ at Kroger I can walk out with an over flowing cart and spend under 200$ so I'd say that's huge.

For years now behind the counter pharmacy and where you cash in lottery tickets make sure they give you the rite amount and the pharmacy make sure you have the rite amount of meds in your bottle this didn't happen to me but my wife I'm doing this to get the mangers attention this has been going on for well over 10 yrs and it needs to stop the person who is doing this works behind the counter

Nice store with friendly staff. If you are a Kroger card member, they send you plenty of coupons and the ability to load them on your card from you phone is a plus. They seemed a little short handed at peak times with their checkout lanes. Also, they seem to be out of stock a lot of times on items we purchase normally, don't know if it's due to our timing or lack of their inventory control. Overall a nice place to shop.

This used to be a great place to shop, but today I called and ordered several special packages of lunch meat from the deli to be ready at a certain time. My name and phone number was taken. When I got to the store, the young man in the deli found no prepared order for me and there was no note, no manager available. No one had called me. Apparently the person who took my order must have completely dropped the ball. Great job, Kroger

We used to do the majority of our weekly shopping there. Since the flood we probably do a third of our shopping there. The pet area was cut way back. No selection at all. Got rid of so much of the Kroger brand. Some of them were favorites. Most of the employees are very nice. I like Sushi but just think alot of that area is wasted space. Prices have gone way up. Now you cut the the points on prescriptions in half. There really is no incentive to shop there anymore. I used to stop most mornings and grab breakfast or lunch, but not opening till 7 now has stopped that as well. Self check outs are fine for small orders but not for larger orders. Alot of people especially the elderly prefer to be checked out by a real smiling talking person. It is sad to say that my local Kroger is not my main shopping place since the flood.

Attractive new cabinetry in the fresh produce area. Store looks well organized. Nice job refurbishing it! Lots of new self-checkout areas. Helpful employees. New front doors. Entrance is welcoming. I found the carry baskets easily. I like this layout. I'm glad Kroger is back!

This is my home grocery store and this morning after finding out my fitness center was closed for the week, I headed to Kroger to pick up some supplies for the week. This was early morning and I had 4 separate staff members greet me with a smile and a good morning. Thanks, great way to start the day!

This Kroger squanders it's convenient location with incompetent staff and broken self checkouts.Somehow clerks are constantly hovering or walking into your path (stopping there, with no intention of moving) while you shop, but when you need to check out or have a problem, they vanish.The self checkouts are rarely functional - but basically your only checkout option. If someone happens to be around to help, they will refuse to acknowledge you while they help, just grabbing your groceries and doing whatever seems best to them regarding of what customers are trying to tell them.It's also poorly stocked, but when you consider how much time you'll waste trying to checkout, that's almost a perk.

Online orders always late and missing items. Last order was from 4-5 and waited till 530 and was told they need another hour to pick the order when I had to call to check what was taking so long. Nope never again. Horrible management and it trickles down to the employees.

The place was fairly crowded when we went,but my husband and I were still able to navigate through fairly easily. We do most of our grocery shopping here. There are always good deals. The staff is also very friendly.the store was also very clean. This place is my favorite.
