We’ve contacted River Bed Builders to clean and rejuvenate our backyard pond that has not been well maintained.Andrew responded back in timely manner and came to our premise on time to quote on the project.As the first phase of the project, we’ve decided to clean the pond, remove massive clump of plants floating in the middle of the pond and install the upgraded pump.Andrew and his crew did exactly what we’ve discussed (it took a heavy equipment to remove the clump of plants) and pond is now looking great with nice flow of water from the waterfall.We had unexpected, but Andrew took care of it immediately.Andrew is very easy to work with.Looking forward to work with with River Bed Builders for the next phase of the project.

These people are awesome! They work in a variety of stone, they do a variety of water features, and have an excellent talent for the artistic design that goes into putting these things together. River Bed Builders' Andrew Johnson is a professional through and through, very honest, and a great person to work with. They constructed my pond in 2018 during some difficult weather conditions. The pond was larger than I thought it would be. The pond looks like something you would find walking through Bernheim Forest. A giant waterfall gives the water some movement and adds oxygen to the water. Andrew suggested lights and I am glad I listened to him. The pond is even prettier at night time. The waterfall and fish are lit up. Andrew's creativity and ability to use natural rocks/boulders makes the pond special. He has been cleaning and maintaining my pond the last two years. What he says he will do he does. This is my third pond and is the best one yet. It gives me a lot of peace.

Andrew and his team replaced our old pond liner with a new rubber liner when he was out for the yearly cleaning. He was very fair, honest, and he went the extra mile to make sure our pond looked great. He raised the waterfall and changed the look of the rocks around the border to make it a much more appealing pond.

Andrew and his team have been helping us with our stream/pond since 2015. Our pond had been installed in 2006 by another pondscaper and it used to be unsightly, green algae was a huge issue, frequent leaks, so we called Andrew. Within a few months he had it crystal clear, made some suggestions for changes and they all worked. We now FULLY enjoy our waterfall and pond. Once a critter got caught in our motor and we called Andrew. He was on site within 24 hours, removed the critter and made the necessary repairs to get the pond up and running again. They found the leak that had been getting worse for a year, fixed it quickly. took great care of my fish. cleaned the entire pond and rocks, it has never looked so good. also built a "condo" for my fish out of the rocks, so they can get out of the sun. This place did a water fall and cleaning of my dads pond. The water fall and pump are by far to small for the pond size and fish load. The pond is SO thick and green all season long. We have bought ALL their so called solutions and NOTHING has worked. The owner hasnt ONCE came out himself to check and see what is going on? We are VERY disappointed and after spending 3000.00 yes that is correct 3000.00. The pond is by far WORSE that is have been in 20 years of having this pond set up!!!!
