Overpriced but I generally just buy what's on sale. They have no competition so that's what they need. They are friendly and helpful and I do like their meat. Very clean too.

Very toxic work environment with gossip and rumors that could rival any high school on the eastern side of the Mississippi. If some of the workers decide they don’t like you they will go out of their way to make you look like an incompetent worker such as submitting false complaints and lying to you about your work schedule to make you look like a no call no show found out I’m not the first person that had that done to them. I doubt I’ll be the last. Always make sure they give you the correct change one worker is an addict and was fired from a previous job for stealing money out of the register and other products. Found out that particular worker tried to steal a 20 from an old lady as well i guess the worker figured that lady wouldn’t notice she was missing that much money because of her age I really can’t believe that person rings people upI Don’t blame it on management.I highly doubt they know about the things some of their workers do in there0 out of 5 stars I do not recommend that place for work.

A smallish local grocery store without the outrageous prices of most "convenient" stores. This was a real surprise and a welcome one, as now I can drive an extra few minutes and save money, over driving to the VERY expensive, but very convenient store in Fairmount. Convenience is nice, price gouging for that convenience at other stores, is not nice! Thanks for having a decent selection of food, at quite reasonable prices, so if I don't want to drive into Marion, I don't have to.

Staff could have been nicer. Some prices were good and some were ridiculous. A pack of chicken there was $30 more than Meijer. I am grateful for the guy in the meat department who was extremely friendly and made up for the lackluster cashier.

Live out of town...But, this store was very nice. I ran in for just a few thgs for my brother on the way home. Able to find items I needed , I was glad it was such a convenience location. An for a small town grocery, I thought the prices were very competitive. Tk U . 🌞

Prices are very reasonable and everyone was friendly, however the produce doesn’t have the freshness it once had. Most of the time the fresh vegetables are starting to wither and dry up. I have brought some home that had mold in them. They very nicely fix this for me. Even the bananas seem to be in bad shape most the time. Great store but not the best choice If you are wanting to purchase fresh produce. I’m glad this store is here for our needs in Gas City. I understand that keeping the freshest veggies being a small store could be challenging.

It's a shame things have gone so downhill. First they remove most name brands, only to replace with their cheap brands. They removed money orders. They open at 6am rather than 5:30. Constantly out of everything I purchase. It's just getting worse daily. It's not like they offered anything cheaper than the Walmart alternative anyway. Don't expect this business to last much longer. R.I.P.

Prices are a little high compared to bigger stores, but that's kind of to be expected from a tiny local grocer. They bring in a lot of jobs for the local community though, and the value of that shouldn't be understated. Plus they have great produce, amazing fresh donuts and other baked goods, and the variety they're able to offer is surprising and welcomed.

Well lit and clean store. They've finally realized that there is a health issue and have put sanitizing towels with the carts. Only one thing that needs improved- watch the dates on the milk products. I bought one and went home only to realize that the gallon I just bought, expired the next day.

The price of meat is crazy this year I paid 16 bucks for a slab of mainly fat ribs wasn't pleased with them thing was they looked nice n meaty but the fat was unreal. I could of got a pound of lard for alot less

Check prices when you check out. They will gouge you .... Cottage cheese was 2 for 5.00. Check out said 4.99 for one ...They do this all the time. Always check your receipt. Just think of the ones that dont catch it . I go to Sav A Lot. Hartford City...Save 50% of their prices. Been going there for 10 yrs and never caught them gouging at check out. Neighborhood sucks..

Went to get WIC. Rang up formula for my infant, eggs, and rice chex. Because the rice chex could not go through they had to void the ENTIRE order. I told them to only ring up the formula. It would not come off of my card! Their store never put my order back on my card. So, I cannot get the formula for my child and the 3 dozen eggs have been taken off as well. They called the wic place. And I am standing in the store waiting for them to get ahold of the whomever they have to get ahold of to rectify THEIR THEFT!!THEY SHOULD NOT BE APPROVED FOR WIC!Standing in an empty lane for 30 minutes now!! Embarrassing.
