Went to get my scripts tonight and an employee rolled her eyes at me because I asked if I could wait on the one that wasn't ready and she said she didn’t know. And refused to ask someone else for me. Words were exchanged between us and I was told to let it go. The pharmacy worker did not drop it and she then thought it would be a good idea to go to the front of the store and bad mouth not only me but also my mother. Worst pharmacy around and their customer service is awful too! I had to call them and my dr 3 different times today because they claimed my scripts didn’t get sent there- which that happens all the time. Don’t waste your time going here. Have no clue what they’re doing most days, like the last time I was told I have no insurance when I had my insurance card in my hand.

Pharmacy is terribly slow! My Dr. Called in a script for me at 10:00 am I arrived at 1:30 and they couldn’t find it. When they did find it they said the doctor had “just now” called it in. Then they couldn’t find my insurance, so I gave them my card and they (2 separate people)entered the number wrong and had me call my insurance. While I’m speaking to my insurance they asked me to leave because they had to close for lunch…. Terrible customer service! I Would Strongly recommend going to any other CVS in Grant County.

Sat on the phone for 20 minutes just listening to the employees talk and joke in the background after being told to give them a moment. Not the first time either that this has happened with this CVS. If I could give it a zero star rating I would.

They never have prescriptions ready (even monthly ones that are supposed to autofill). You have to make several trips every time you need a prescription (because you're given a promise day/time and show up to find they aren't ready). Wait times are awful and if you want to call and see if the prescription you refilled a week ago is finally ready, be prepared to wait on hold for 30 minutes--if you're lucky, because most of the time they just won't answer. It's become such a headache, I'm looking for a new pharmacy. Do not recommend.Edit: Added screenshot of my recent call. I wasn't exaggerating; I was on hold for over 30 minutes, and they never ended up answering.

If you can go else where or it’ll be an all day event EVERY TIME YOU COME TO GET YOUR MEDS! THEYRE ALWAYS SWAMPED SHORT STAFFED AND LIE ABOUT HOW LONG ITLL TAKE. Dude Sadi come back in 30 minutes and I came back in 2 hours and it’s still not ready. That’s a pretty big time allowance for an inhaler and 5 pills.

Tried to call store to ask of a service and all I get is a recording about covid. This store should have a number for service. Also do not like automatic register and a service person ringing my things up then pushing the button for donation. Over shoping here and will not be back.

I don’t know why I am waisting my time with this review. I have complained to the store manager multiple times. They are still just as rude as they have always been. The store employees are nice very different when it comes to the pharmacy staff. They are very very rude. Prescriptions take forever staff acts like it’s no big deal for a prescription to take 24hrs to fill. Don’t call you will wait on hold for at least 15 minutes. So I am adding on to this review. For the past year they have not changed. I said something to store manager hasn’t changed. They are still just as rude.

By far the worst Pharmacy! Why do you have an automated service tell people their prescription they're waiting on is ready when the pharmacist or any of the techs can't be bothered to make it to work when 16 year Olds at McDonald's can? Ridiculous.

I have to make 2 trips every time to get a prescription filled. It's never ready and I have to come back, new and refills. The hours now are a joke for the pharmacy. Really, 10:00 am is the earliest they can open? So close at 6:00 pm and now we have to wait until mid-morning for our meds.

This store has been so awful lately!I feel kind of bad leaving a one star review because I doubt it is the fault of the stores employees. I'm sure like everything they are struggling to find people to work but it's unacceptable for this line of work.Corporate needs to do something urgently. I am 38 weeks pregnant and I need my blood pressure medication! It's been filled but everytime I try to get it the drive thru line is literally half way around the building, no exaggerating at ALL. I don't want to drag my three children in and stand in line inside for however long, either! Parking lot is packed. I don't have hours to wait for this. What am I supposed to do?Half the time it's been "ready" lately when I finally get to the window they say that they'll have it ready in an hour... Why is the system texting me to notify me it's ready if it isn't?All of this on top of closing unexpectedly early and the holiday... It's just unacceptable. Corporate NEEDS to fix this.

They are always very friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues getting my prescriptions in a timely manner...and my family has a lot of prescriptions.

This pharmacy is ran by democrats so that in itself should warn you to avoid it at all costs. Look at what they have done to this country, to be today’s democrat is a sure sign you have a mental disorder or suffer from TDS.

Waited on phone for 30 minutes with no answer. I drive up to the store while still on hold and phones are not ringing in the pharmacy. This place has turned into a joke for service. I recieve automated calls saying things are ready...go to store they aren't. Steer clear of this one pharmacy is worst I've I've seen.

Went to pick up Rx that I called in Wednesday and was told it would be 4eady yesterday only to find out the Rx were not the ones I called in. After 3 trips they supposedly have the right Rx meds this time. This is the 3rd time I have been told meds would be ready only to drive there and they either did not have the meds or filled wrong ones. The staff talk about customers in front of other customers, they are rude and nonprofessional

Unfriendly staff. Unreliable. Don’t expect to receive your prescription in a timely manner. I had my wisdom teeth out and was unable to fill my prescription due to a “system update”, in time to waver the pain post surgery.My second chance was spent this past week when the doctor diagnosed me with an measly ear infection. I’m still in pain the day after my doctor’s appointment awaiting my prescription to be filled.Don’t bother trying to call either, because it’s only a robotic questionnaire which leads to a 20 minute call-waiting. My to recommendation is to go somewhere else.

This CVS has horribly trained employees who can’t tell 10 mg pills from 15 mg pills. They never answer the phone and are never in a hurry to help. If you can avoid this pharmacy, do so at all costs.

I know it’s hard to find staff but why tell someone a prescription will be ready then you have to stand in line and wait 20 minutes because the drive thru is closed due to not enough people working and be told well we haven’t even started on your prescription and this is every week when I go in every week I’d give a half a star if I could only because at least they’re polite when they tell you the wrong times for all these shenanigans

The pharmacy rarely (basically never) answers the phone, & half the time you have to make multiple trips because the prescriptions aren’t ready when they say they will be ready. (*again, don’t try calling to confirm, because they won’t answer*)

While I can't speak for the pharmacy, the store overall (and getting covid testing) has been a very positive experience for me. It's kept fairly clean and the staff are reasonably courteous.

Stopped taking my insurance. When I did go here it was always inconsistent. One person would tell you something and then you drive there to find out that they lied. Staff are friendly though.
