Product works great ( FT-330 ), the LED strobe is an awesome function for night time running. Also the customer service here is bar none the best. 2 years after my purchase I had an issue and Emily from CS had a replacement at my door 2 days later.. Spend the money and buy a quality product your dog deserves to have a safe electronic device strapped their neck!

I have had a couple of issues with the collar receiver since I’ve had it and the companies customer service has been awesome and so easy to work with every time. We love great customer service!!! We purchased a E-Collar Educator from our local trainer here in North Carolina. As the weather has cooled and Sable's (our pupper) coat has filled in, the collar was a bit too tight (it had been trimmed too short). We called to order a replacement collar strap and were welcomed with a great conversation with the friendly and helpful team at E-Collar. It is always nice to interact with folks that love what they do and are committed to helping customers. A new collar strap is on the way and we have a new appreciation for the folks at E-Collar. I cannot thank E-Collar Technologies for its quality products! But, more importantly, the customer service team, especially Ed F., who helped me solve a problem with a receiver. We have used these products with our two German shepherds for Search and Rescue training and now cadaver dog training. It is so nice to know that when you have an issue that needs immediate attention, the company quickly, professionally and kindly helped us out. This company is amazing. I purchased my first e-collars in 2016 and just replaced all 3. The customer service is 💯💯💯💯💯. Some say it's really hard to program the educator pro 900, but with customer service like theirs you get it figured out quickly and you're on your way. I called at least 6-12 times with questions over a few days, I always got a real rep on the phone that was courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions, even though the first couple of calls I purchased nothing. They did not push me to get new collars. They recommended getting new batteries to avoid getting an entirely new setup. They helped me troubleshoot if it was the transmitter or receiver. Having the collars from 2016 to now, I definitely got my money's worth. I will always have dogs 🐕 ❤️ so I will always have ecollars, and I wouldn't want any other collar on my dogs other than theirs. I always recommend their collars and I have a few acquaintances that I've met at the local dog park that now also have e-collars from them and they have told me it's changed their relationship with their dog. I have used the 900 in 1 2 and 3 dog setups since 2016 and have posted images of what I use and am familiar with. I just got the bark collar so I'm still figuring that out. E-Collars - Excellent product and excellent customer service. After 5 & 1/2 years had to replace Receiver. I live on a farm with a 1/2 mile-long drive, so not a lot of cars - but my little 14 pound dog thought it was fun to chase cars that did come. The collar has been used to teach him not to chase. For the most part he quickly learned not to chase, but every few months he'll forget and will need a reminder.

I should start by saying I have the ez 904 controller with 4 collars. This is one of the only systems I could find where I could have all of my dogs (minus the little guy) on one controller. That in itself sold me on the company!!But over the last 2 years I’ve used these collars daily! rain or shine, cross country skiing or swimming, negative temps or at the beach on vacation. They are work horses and worth every single penny.I was a week over my 2 year warranty date when one of my collars finally failed completely and 2 more were being inconsistent. I called up the company and Nicole immediately helped me figure out it was a battery issue and sent out replacements for me despite being a little over the warranty date. She completely replaced one collar and sent me out 3 new batteries even though one collar seemed to be working fine- she just wanted to make sure I was all set!Nicole was so patient and knowledgeable, and extremely professional.These collars are just all around a great investment!

I became an E-Collar user when two of my dogs completed obedience training with a local company. I didn't have a choice in the type of collar -- it is what the trainers used and implemented. I am happy to report the collars have been fabulous and the only way to keep my two crazy and super bonded brother and sister duo, Bonnie and Clyde, from complete chaos.It was perfect until a week ago when Clyde lost his collar swimming and chasing after ducks at a huge dog park. I contacted E-Collar Technologies directly to inquire about options for replacement. Customer Service was fantastic. They were informative, professional and patient in helping narrow my choice.I upgraded to a 3 dog system and was further impressed with customer service quickly educating me on the new device and programming all of the new collars. (I did attempt reading the manual but I do much better with verbal instructions.) I am now a loyal and happy customer. These are terrific collars, a great product and a wonderful company.

Having recently started having issues with the length of time our receiver was holding it's charge I reached out to ecollar technologies. Within hours they responded asking for further details. After receiving this information, they are sending out a replacement for our ecollar. Amazing customer service.

We love our Ez educator 2 dog system. The freedom it gives my dog, Dutch Shepherd, has been life changing.. already started our new Gsd on it. She is is taking it to it immediately.. I am huge advocate of the another way to communicate with your canine. I recommend this brand every time. Used correctly it is one of the best tools in my box...and the customer service is top of the line...

Cannot thank E-Collar Technologies, Inc and Ed Feyl enough for their support while experiencing issues with our collar for one of our best friends. Our receiver seemed to not be charging so I emailed E-Collar and had the best customer service experience! Not only did Ed provide a solution to our problem via email but also went out of his way to call me to make sure we were all set with our parts package since I mentioned we would be out of town during that time. After providing detailed instructions, I was able to fix the transmitter and receiver myself. I did have to reach back out but Ed was once again, on it with a solution. All is great now and we are on many more off leash adventures!! Thank you E-Collar Technologies for being a great company and providing top-notch support!!!

I have experience with e-collars as a dog owner and professional dog trainer. These e-collar systems are an incredible tool that we have access to to safely communicate with our dogs from a distance to allow them off leash freedom. My personal dog would not be able to enjoy where I live to the full extent because it would not be safe to let her off leash without some physical communication system because of the wildlife we have and busy road we live on. My clients would not be able to fully trust their dogs off leash to take them on adventures and let them live life to the fullest. Deaf dogs would never be able to safely enjoy off leash freedom without the ability to use e-collar training as a way of communication. Deaf dogs deserve freedom too. E-collar training + humane training methods save so many dogs with behavioral issues from euthanasia or a life on sedatives. It’s amazing seeing dogs be able to run and wander as much as they want with no leashes restricting them, and be confident that you can recall them when needed. This training not only saves dog’s lives, but it also saves the lives of wildlife and livestock from being attacked or killed by off leash, untrained dogs. Our dogs would miss out on so much without the ability to safely and humanely e-collar train them. Also, E-collar Technologies is a fantastic company with reliable systems and amazing customer service. I use them with my dogs, my client’s dogs, and always highly recommend them. :)

True to their word! E-collar tech. Really is fast and they helped me out with my warranty claim. I got a response within like 15 mins. I really like the product. Other than this little hiccup that happened, where my controller stopped working. They made it right though and sending me a new one! Thank you Ed for helping out!

The owner’s manual for this product (EZ-900) is the absolute worst manual I’ve ever had to use. Forget that it is full of what appear to be a horrible translation into English. Poor grammar and spelling throughout. It has poor references for how to turn on the continuous versus momentary settings. The lcd display matrix does not refer to the S1,S2 and so on so that you have to bounce back and forth between various pages. There are incorrect instructions and vague instructions. Page 11 refers to page 18 for a more “detail” training guide that does not exist. I called a customer service rep to get support and she apologized and told me that they are working on a new manual. So the company recognizes that they are providing poor quality instructions. Beware if you are inclined to purchase these products. Having a professional trainer will be required in order to use these. I’m not a happy customer.

The ecollar gave my dog off leash freedom.My cattle dog Goose, is stubborn and has zero food or toy drive. He wouldn’t recall in anything but a low distraction environment. Now we go everywhere off leash! He’s living his absolute best life doing what dogs do. Chasing birds, sniffing, running free... In MONTANA. We have Bison, bears, elk, so many dangerous animals and I still have full confidence recalling him. This EARNS him SAFE and RESPONSIBLE freedom. He couldn’t have it any other way. He pushes boundaries, and living here? I can’t have that. My other dog is reactive because she got attacked while she was on leash by off leash dogs who wouldn’t recall. How I wish they were ecollar trained.

Our trainer for Kona recommended the E-Collar 400 for additional training. Since we have a lab, she will be an amped up puppy for a few years. Once we purchased the E-400, we had a much easier time managing her excitement.I originally was against this type of training having used other products in the past. However, E-Collar Technologies have built a great tool that is very controllable to ensure you don't over stimulate the dog. We are very happy with this tool and have recommended to friends thinking about getting a new pup.Taking it a bit further, I did need some tech support. I can say with certainty, that Customer Service is outstanding and knowledgeable. A little bit of user error on my part but this wasn't an issue. They just cared that we are comfortable and happy with the product.I highly recommend E-Collar Technologies for your pet. You will be very happy with the product and support!

So grateful for this product and it giving me and my crazy doggos the ability to enjoy the outdoors together! My boy is stubborn and does not like to come back when he isn’t ready and this helps the both of us enjoy off leash time that is structured! They are my top choice for e-collar products and accessories and have always been incredibly responsive by phone and email if myself or my clients have an issue. Their website is easy to use and their products are top notch. They provide awesome products that help folks have a bigger, better life with their canine companions. Without the mini-educator for my own dogs, I wouldn't be able to enjoy the off leash freedom that we have together. I also wouldn't be able to help so many other folks with their dogs without the products they offer.

My 7yo Cane Corso(husbands dog before me) was always a handful. Snapping at dogs, she has bit me, fighting with our dogs. We were at our wits end UNTIL we got her training with ecollar.Now she is able to live in a 5 dog household with a foster dog and constantly seeing new dogs as I am now a dog trainer myself! Without the use of ecollar she would have a miserable existence as we would not be able to trust or communicate with her off leash in our home or outside.She now has less reactivity AND is less stimulated by things that would have set her off all because of the training with ecollar.

Love my e-collar. I am not able to run having had several joint replacements so having a well behaved dog is key. Not easy in a boxer as many will know. Now I have strangers comment on what a well behaved and well trained boxer she is which warms my heart. I hardly use the controls on the collar as the minute I put it on her she is fully under control and keeps checking in with me. Cant recommend this product enough - especially when used in conjunction with the right training (sometimes the human more than the dog!)Picture shows Roxy at the Lake park where she can run free!

This tool saved my dog’s life. Adopted from the shelter as a puppy, my German Shorthaired Pointer, Duke, began displaying owner directed aggressive behaviors at a young age. I have quite extensive dog experience, and have always used “positive reinforcement” training methods. Duke was getting worse. I was covered in bruises and was afraid of my dog. We tried medication, I was reading all of the training information I could find, our vet ultimately suggested we consider behavioral euthanasia as an option. There was one thing we hand not yet tried, and that was adding tools to our training. We hired a professional balanced trainer (By the Dog LLC in Arizona) and Natasha worked with us to rehabilitate Duke. Within our first session of properly using the mini educator e collar, I could see changes starting to happen. Properly used, this collar is a tool. It didn’t scare him out of behaviors, it didn’t hurt him. It held him accountable to follow through with his training, and let him know that we will not tolerate defiance, while also keeping us safe because the collar was providing the pressure, not us, therefore he was not directing his aggression at us when corrected. It has been several months since we had that first training session, and after a total of four sessions to teach us how to properly use the tool, and consistency on my end, Duke is a new dog. He is able to be out with his family, unmuzzled, and just be a dog. He is happy and living a fulfilling life. This tool saved his life.

Amazing company, have bought 3 Boss-800 models from them. Incredible customer service. And such a pleasure to deal with an American company and know that I'm not only getting the best products around, I'm also not sending my money to some company making massive profit margins by using substandard Chinese manufacturing. I don't trust anyone else to make a device like this that's delivering stimulation to my dog's neck. Great company

They recently switched operating systems so their shipping was delayed and I contacted them inquiring about a recent order and when it would arrive. We love these collars! We have two very large dogs, one who is 225lbs, and there is no other brand of training collar that we have been able to trust like these guys.Not only that, but the warranty on them is amazing! We had a defective one, (we had had it for over a year), and they sent us a new one ASAP!They are easy to use, effective, and definitely the best quality for the price. Plus, their customer service is amazing.

Help and support in the UK …I have to write and commend Dana who deals with the issues in the UK , I have been using the mini educator for 4 years with a great deal of success on my reactive border terrier Norman , this tool has literally saved his life on many occasions but I would be totally lost without the help and support of Dana , t she has been so patient and supportive I think she deserves a medal for guiding me through the pitfalls and instructions of the mini educators…than you so much Dana and what a fabulous company you are all involved in .
