The new Auburn Dollar General building is significantly better than the previous store. Located strategically east of the vast majority of shopping and dining options and on the main road in centered between residential and commercial, it is great for anyone who does not want to travel into the busier part of town. Although moving farther from the Interstate may cost them potential traveling through customers, the gain of local customers likely will overcome that.The new building is the highlight of the move. It is a brand new building that was built specifically for Dollar General and their needs; allowing them to better serve customers and optimize the shopping experience.Overall, I love the new building and the new location and look forward to shopping there more than ever.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff but this is probably the most disorganized store I've ever been into. sometimes I try to browse while I run in for one or two items however I am usually too frustrated with how messy it is and just leave once I have located the item that I need.Occasionally they have really good clearance items and I have to spend time to digging but it is generally worth it.I was able to purchase an entire bag full of clothing at for under $5 once. it is not the best quality clothing in the world but it definitely is decent.

Everybody always seem so friendly there and always willing to help you and going out of their way to do so.It was a bummer that I had left my debit card there and had to obtain a new one it's a shame that places do not take your phone number as well so as if you by chance would leave your card behind they would have a way to contact you.Or at least they could turn it in to the bank that it was made out from.

One of my wife's favorite stores. The store is clean and generally reasonably laid out. The staff has a good idea of where everything is, so asking where to find something usually works well. Staff is generally friendly.

Staff is very friendly and they have alot of good deals. Their DG baby diaper rash cream works GREAT. Only 2.50 and has worked better than stuff twice the price.

Our small town needs our Dollar General as it is convenient. But can't understand why it is always so messy and unkempt. Pay the employees more or hire some just to straighten up the shelves!!!

Usually have some good deals especially if you use the dollar general coupon app. However the clearance isle could use some TLC and organization. Employees are extremely nice.

The store is always in disarray, isles always blocked by merchandise waiting to be stocked and products crammed into small spaces that is cluttered. One of the worst Dollar Generals I have shipped in. However, somehow the staff stays friendly......

went here not long ago and you could barely walk through the store because everything was just thrown everywhere and falling into the isles... and its not all from the customers, because there was stuff from the staff just left in the isles and forgotten. horrible.

Staff are always VERY friendly here and provide great service. The only bad thing I could say is that it could be a little less messy in the isles.
