I just left there.I was at the register and the bell was going off and a lady was standing there going threw boxes.she couldn't hear the bell because of the music and seen me standing there.it wasn't until I made the comment that nobody knows how to do there job that she said I will help you than asked if I'm having a bad day.In her line of business the customer comes first if not than she needs to get a different job.I took time from work to run up there and she waisted my time.

Well I was grabbing a few things before I headed home and found a good deal in febreeze and got to the register and POLITELY asked the man working to see if my coupon had came off he was very rude about it...the lady that came up with him was no better when I told her he was rude she just stayed quiet and huffed...I've spent lots of money here!!!! I will support a different business until they can at least get employees who aren't rude to you!!!

I've been a lot of Dollar Generals. This one is very fully stocked. In fact, it's kind of hard to get down some of the aisles! The workers are super nice and very helpful if you can't find something.I will go back when I'm in the area.

Just came back from here and Scott B was extremely rude because an item rung up more than it was suppose to be as if it were my fault telling me it would be a "very long wait for his manager" who was less than friendly about the issue and only apologized once I mentioned how they couldn't even do so over the issue.Most DGs we are use to seeing some clutter, but this store is one of the worst I've seen and moreover they just leave trash in the isles for you to trip over as well.The store manager (unsure her name since I couldn't see her name tag) told me that if I didn't like it to contact her supervisor Stacy.

Oh my goodness. No joke it looked like a tornado had gone through this store. Items all over the floors, wracks were empty, I was legit nervous about being in there. The line was backed up to the middle of the store. I just needed juice ...waited over 10 mins in line. Apparently the over head speaker was broke because the head cashier just kept yelling Karen with no response.

When you need to go to the dollar store here in French lick usually you can't because they're always closed either they're short-handed or something else is wrong well everybody in this town is shorthanded but we still run our business but the dollar store can't never run its business the one in French lick every other Dollar store I go to runs just fine .

I went to a dollar general store in French lick Indiana I bought ketchup and it was expired from November they need to check their shelves

Very crowded with stock. You can't get to the shelves to get what you are looking for and can barely get through the aisles because of all of the stock sitting around. And it's not just like that on stock days, its generally always this way. I went in to get paper plates and couldn't even get to the ones I wanted and had to maneuver around racks to get down other aisles. It just looks a mess all of the time....

I had to walk half around the store to get to the counter because the Pepsi guy had 5 or 6 carts of stuff pushed down the main isle. When I did get to the counter, I was waiting for 5 minutes at the counter to pay. One employee finally came to the counter, looked at me and my items, sighed and rolled her eyes and yelled at someone else in another area. 2 minutes later the 2nd employee arrived, look at me and the first employee and then also yelled for someone else. The third employee finally arrived and was unable to get to the register because the other two people were standing in the way. I left and will not come back. I purchased my items across the street.

This store is requiring employees to come to work when their children have currently tested positive for COVID. This is absolutely wrong. They are putting their other employees and customers health on a back burner. I am completely outraged by this. Told the employee that if they don't have a fever, they have to come in. If anyone in your home currently has a positive COVID test, the entire home is to quarantine. Get it together D.G.

The manager cussed me and my friends out because we accidentally dropped cotton candy. The guy was an ass wipe. Rick Hanson or something. Apparently he runs the number 2 store in his region like I was supposed to be impressed or something. He's just lucky he didn't cash me ousside, how bout dah.

They have a little bit of everything they have a cold cabinet it was estimated for milk ice creams in perishables they sell a few groceries they have cleaning supplies Pet Foods some clothing candy the storage cleaner and better organized then a lot of dollar stores

It seems like Walmart is just as cheap or cheaper now. The new store in French Lick has a bad leaking roof. It is a New Store so I don't understand why they can't get the builder to fix it. When it rains they have to shut down part of the store. This can not be good for the grocery items.

Terrible place. Disorganized, over stocked & over priced with bad service. Do not recommend. When it rains, the floors flood & spreads black mold everywhere. West Baden DG is the worse!

Like most Dollar General's the prices for the most part are good . You can find a big verity of goods to pick from and they're open almost every day !

I went into the store to buy razors but the razors were locked and there didnt seem to be any workers in the store.
