I just wanna say that their staff are amazing .My baby was crying so much and a customer was mad so I had to go out and calm her down.I waited till the lady left and when I came backTheir stuff named Paulette helped me so much.My baby has fallen asleep and I was ready to go home but she thought of something I wouldn’t even think of just so I can stay and shop( I did got so much😂) and also gave my baby a cute stuff animal to put her head rest(which it was super cute so I had to buy it too)I had to go to the bathroom and she offered to watch her ( took me about 2minutes)I just want them to know that Paulette did amazing with her job and super kind and helpful. So does every employee that was there todayFeb.28 🏽 .Ps: I make sure I still hold her and watch where I go soShe don’t hit her legs 🏽

Carts of inventory throughout the store. The racks need to be sorted so that proper sizes can be found more easily. THE DRESSING ROOMS NEED TO BE REOPENED. The restroom situation needs to be addressed. Meaning that a customer shouldn't have to wait for someone to unlock it.

Fantastic selection of clothing at a huge discount. Great for school and summer shopping. Good selection of houseware items as well. Definitely worth going there to look for things before shopping elsewhere and paying full price.

Never been to this store until recently. Yes some items are cheap.. but not all. I’ll stick to shopping at Walmart or some other thrift store. They didn’t have much of a selection in my size. Feels like I’m in high school again when my mom would take me to look for pants and they was always out of my size.-place is clean-friendly-quiet environment (light music playing)-SOME cheap clothes-nothing in my size was a why I gave it the four stars.

If you like organized stores-stay away from Ross!!! Every time I go in this store it’s a absolute mess. Items all over the floor. Tables with a bunch of random items, carts full of random items. I went recently (holiday shopping) and was worse than ever. I will never visit this store again.

My minor son worked at this store until I had him quit on Wednesday, December 21st due to being excluded (probably discrimination). Stockings were hung in the break room for ALL of the employees EXCEPT my son. This is NOT acceptable in the work force today. Thank goodness when he told me about it I asked him to get me pictures and a video. I reached out to the corporate office because this is unacceptable. I’m not letting it go. They should also investigate why all the male staff quit, there’s a reason! The store always looks like a tornado hit it.

Idk why they won't open the back dressing rooms yet, we shouldn't have to wait in a long line of people for just 2 dressing rooms up front. And men were in line and my mother-in-law needed to open up so I could zip up the back of her dress. Horrible she was embarrassed

I love the staff here! They are so friendly! It’s a shame they have rude customers and people complaining about the store being messy when they are UNDERSTAFFED!!!If you don’t like it then don’t shop here!Most of the people complaining are boomers!I always shop here and will always support the staff!The staff always help me and make sure my items are perfect!

Place looks like a dump. When is the last time they washed the windows? Closed before 830 pm. Sign says 830 and they closed it before then. Thankfully I only pickup my Amazon stuff there

I love this store!! They have brand names at much lower prices than other stores. My daughter and I bought bathrobes for nieces/granddaughters that were $10. less for the same thing than another store down the street. My husband bought me a Frye purse for $200.+ less than anywhere else he looked. It was gorgeous and in perfect condition in case you're wondering. You can buy about anything you want or need there! Give it a shot. You won't be sorry!

Prices are good but the young staff there a rude they Don't want to take returns after they had Damaged product put in your bag.. tried to take it back today and they want to argue about two or three dollar item and all the liquid got into my bag and they said they don't take returns very rude people...... Customer service there was terrible!!!!!

I visited the new Ross in Franklin Indiana and it is a wonderful store! It was the second time I had visited the store and both times I had to make myself leave! There were so many items I liked! The store was very clean and well organized. It's fairly easy to find name-brand bargains which I search for. For example I purchased a beautiful Calvin Klein hooded sweatshirt that zips for under $20. My mother bought a very dressy and beautiful Michael Kors purse at a super discounted price! That's not to say it's still was not expensive but it was a good deal nevertheless. I also got two pairs of leggings for $3.97 each! So you can get a variety of clothing, toys, household items, shoes, etc. My Aunt is a real bargain shopper and she was absolutely thrilled. Oh I also purchased really cute pajamas for under $4! We found great bathrobes for $3.97 each and all of us got at least two! I hope this helps people who are searching for nice quality items and possibly name brand items at very good prices.

I love the store.Its just everytime I go it's very messy unorganized.I love the merchandise it's great prices. I would go more often if there was organization..Just makes the store look trashy..If I didn't have to pick up clothes off floor,look true several tables of just everytime throw on it.not neat. Get more business if u could actually see your merchandise..

I’ve never had a bad experience except this one time. We were checking out and my 3 year old was pushing buttons on one of the veriphone devices at another register. I’ve always had people say he’s fine, he’s just pushing buttons and I’m trying to hurry and get out because he’s autistic and if I tell him to stop he will have a major meltdown. This time the cashier said rudely “can you tell him to stop” like is it going to come out of your paycheck if he somehow manages to break it??? This cashier had short hair and glasses. Let’s just say I’ll shop at Marshall’s from now on.

So I traveled so far away to find such a perfect dress and could not find it however trying to find this particular store was a challenge for me GPS for some reason was not working the lady at the store stayed on the phone with me and helps me find the store her day shift was over with and as soon as I walked in she introduced herself and stayed with me and help me look for that particular dress even know she was off the clock. I wish I would have gotten her name about 5'3 5'4 white lady grayish blond hair around my age 50 60 whoever you are thank you so much.

Always enjoy seeing what they have in the store. I actually have had to give away kitchen things because of the many great kitchen things I had gotten at Ross. Wolfgang Puck cookware for far less than other stores. Much more!

I would love to give the store in Franklin Indiana a better rating but I find it unreal that in 2020 a store that serves the general public doesn't have at least a manual wheelchair available for their disabled customers use.I guess I'll spend my money somewhere else.

We love Ross! This store carries quality clothes, shoes, toys & homes supplies & the prices equal the Goodwill. Everything is brand new. I would say their supply equals Marshalls but they are far less expensive! I highly recommend experiencing this store.

I enjoy that store so much! My wife and I go there all the time, the first time we've been there this late at night though. And the only thing I didn't like at all was how unfriendly the workers were. I will probably never go back there this late at night because of that

Can usually find a pretty good deal here. Hope the dressing rooms open soon so I can shop again. It is too much of a hassle buying multiple sizes of clothing and having to return what doesn't fit.

Bought a pair of shorts in a size 9 and called in to inquire on a different size and the lady told me no. She said I could come back in and look but she wouldn't check for me because she wouldn't know the brand or size. I simply could have told her womens section hot kiss midi shorts in a 11 and BAM 🤦‍♀️

Love, Love, Love this store. I spend at least $100 Everytime I go (which is alot). They have really cute, and cheap, plus size clothes. I buy my son Jordan clothes here as well! Hands down my favorite store. I recommend it to everyone!

Love, Love Ross love the prices on there clothes. They could have better clothes in the men's department also with plus size but all an all it's a great store. I'm so glad they put one in here in franklin in.
