They always did a pretty good job, but it is time to find a new groomer. I got charged for a service that they did not provide, and I had to pay an additional 40 to the vet to complete the service. When I asked them about it, they said there was nothing that they can do. I understand their hesitation to do it, but to continue charge for it, claiming it was part of the package, does not sit right with me.
