The best grocery store ever! This store has much more than food. Their clothing, shoes, candles etc. are good quality and sales are every week which is wonderful. The employees are very helpful as well.

This store only continues to get better and better. They have an amazing variety of products at reasonable prices and their staff has been nothing but kind and courteous. I can't say enough positive things about this company and this location.

This is our regular grocery when we spend a week in the area visiting family every summer. Good gasoline discount when using a Kroger card. Nice that this store has some clothes and other department store items. Staff helpful finding things. Mostly self checkout but they also had two registers open with a cashier. Good selection.

After shopping at Kroger for over 45 yrs I will no longer be a customer... I'm sorry that such a large Corporation that's making RECORD PROFITS right now , can't afford to pay for cashiers.. But I will never be treated like I'm trying to steal. I work to hard for that... You will never receive another dime from me again...

Horrible experience! It's a huge place and hard to find what you're looking for. I sought help, but all the employees seemed to be in a foul mood. I half-filled my cart, but after the third employee acted like I was a nuisance to them, I gave up, left my cart there, and walked out. I'll never be back unless I'm just extremely desperate. It would be a great store if all the employees were more pleasant. Maybe they're treated very badly by their bosses? That's the impression I got.

Was treated poorly by customer service and the digital coupons with their app never works. I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years, but no more! I'll spend my $12,000/year somewhere else from now on...

Cudos to Miss Melissa in the cheese department. She is amazing and her knowledge of all the cheese is fantastic. She answered all my questions and encouraged me to try a couple of new ones..will definitely be back..

I was just in the store looking for meatloaf seasoning. I couldnāt find it so I looked online. It said isle 8. It was not there. I finally saw two employees walk by me. I asked if they could help me. They turned and and looked at me didnāt say anything turned back around and kept walking. I went to customer service and asked why those two ladies treated me like that and I was told they were off the clock. I just needed one minute of their time. They could have helped or offered to find someone to help me. This Kroger has lost my business. I will shop Meijer from now on.

I love the huge selection!Usually the produce is great, but this week the produce was mealy. I noticed the melons were cold. So if they're refrigerating it before putting it out- it goes bad SO FAST. I paid $5 for cherry plums & half of them were bad the next day.The white nectarines were great the last 2X were great but mealy this week. So Many Flies were on the everything šThey sell fly strips in the store tho?!

Huge store! Big and rather hard to navigate. The store is clean, the staff are friendly, and they have tons of products to choose from! Overall, it was a nice place to shop.

I honestly love shopping here but I also love my mango cubes and they never have them stocked. I honestly would have no problem with Kroger, their selection is GREAT! But they are the only store who sells fresh mango cubes and they never have them in stock when I go. I hope this complaint doesn't fall on deaf ears and that other mango lovers understand my plea. Thank you.

The produce and deli are great. This is the best place to get fresh seafood in Franklin. I do generally enjoy shopping here, but it is very crowded for the most part. Not at the fault of Kroger, but I could see it benefitting by having a larger store with more room to maneuver between rows and people.

a nice woman helped me find a product that was hard to find in other stores & i was so grateful for that... she saved me a lot of money and did not complain about assisting me at all and it took a long time to find it

Friendly, helpful staff. I left my wallet at the self checkout, came back an hour later. My wallet had been secured behind the service counter and I had it back within a minute, no more. Thank you, Tanner!

This is my least favorite Kroger to go to because of the lines. There are rarely more than two registers open even on the busiest days, such as right before a holiday. The worst part is when they do open a new register, they donāt take the next person in line. They let people walk up in front of people who have been standing in line for 15 minutes. Iāve even spoken with management about it but he just seemed bored with the conversation and didnāt care. I do give them points for cleanliness.

Please update your store hours on your Google page. They do not reflect the correct hours. Super glad I showed up at 6am to end up praying that speedway would have what I need pre op on my dog.

I had the wow factor when I walked in what a huge store but it was easy finding my products I needed because customer service was out of this world. Pretty much had everything that I desired. I sure will be back and thanks for the winnings from the lottery machine I'm $230 richer. Your friend John Winslow

Man this store is slow. You can't make heads or tails of where lines start. Just a few lanes open. I literally burned up 20% phone battery up waiting in line. I was the 4th person in line. I would have only gave 1 star. But 1 of your employees was a big help. Helping me find chipped beef in a jar. Thank you!

Don't use the checkout with an actual cashier!! Use self service only!!...Lady on the checkout cash register didn't give me a bag of meat she packed!! I didn't notice until I got home and then called the store, to which a very rude man told me the store was closed and call in the morning (total lies! as the store close sat 11pm and i called at 10.20pm)...Wow!!

Masks ARE required at this time. Young kids are an exception. Our cashier was sweet & polite, even though my 2 boys (1 & 3) were hyper happy and being super extra. They have plenty adult size disposable masks (10 pack) for fairly cheap. And single pack (reusable) youth size for a little less cheap.

This a review primarily of ClickList, since I have yet to actually step foot in the store. I have used the service for about 2 years, and it was nice to get a Marketplace closer to home. The two women I encountered were very friendly and professional. I was informed of one substitution and asked about any special packing before they put the groceries in my car. They packed the groceries better than I ever could. For five dollars, this service is amazing!
