Sad that it's basically the only "department store" in town. Items that are shown online "in store" are out of stock for months, the aisles are narrow, constantly blocked by product waiting for stocking. So many associates doing curbside pickup orders that it's a nightmare to navigate the grocery area.Most items are way overpriced, but that's just corporate greed, of course.The associates are generally pleasant as they can be working for a soulless corporation, with a few that are outstandingly friendly.All in all, it's a Wal-Mart. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. They have made it very clear YEARS ago that customer satisfaction is the last thing on the priority list.Aldis and Ruler foods blow it out of the water in all categories.

My favorite Walmart. The employees are sweet friendly and helpful.I live 2 miles from a Walmart in Lafayette. I go to Frankfort whenever possible. AAbsolutely NO comparison. Frankfort wins every time!!!

This Walmart is clean and well organized. I was able to get all the items I had gone in for, pay, and get out of there in less than 30 minutes.

Typical Walmart here , self check out attendant really watching you check out almost as though you have not been trained at your job. Employees we have inerreactad with were helpful.

It's always a pleasure to shop here. But this visit I picked up money with Walmart to Walmart. It was fast, easy and I had no problem and never have with this type of transaction at Walmart and I use it frequently. The cashier at the money services desk was friendly, professional and fast! Thank you!

Constantly spoiled meat in pick up or in store and other spoiled products. This is a constant issue. As a customer I shouldn’t have to check your dates before putting in the cart. This Walmart is a health hazard and needs new management that actually cares about their customers. Just bought this yesterday it’s almost 2 months expired and turns out the entire middle fridge section displaying them were. Disgusting. Never getting food here again. I’ll stick to Kroger or Aldis.

There isn't a lot of staff, but what staff there is here are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lights in this Walmart are always way too bright and since the floors have a reflective coating that makes the lights bounce back it just feels like a pain to walk up and down the aisles. Luckily I can usually get in and out with what I need fairly quickly. Decently well stocked store

Always clean, staff always friendly and helpful! However I am so disappointed in their stocking on the shelves. Pepsi milk there were maybe 10 gallon left in the cooler, Tennessee pride sausage i got 2 and that left, so many shelves were empty or close to it. The staff that were filling phone in groceries ALWAYS take time where to find things all the time and numerous staff are always polite and willing to help.

The last time I went through regular checkout, Kimberly was awful. Since the checkout was so bad, I decided to do self checkout today. Mind you I have 3 people watching me checkout, a camera watching everything I do, and I still get stopped to see my receipt. I understand there is a shoplifting problem. But I call this overkill. I spend a lot in this store. That is soon to change.

They always check your receipt. Well if they actually had people working the registers besides the self checkout lanes then maybe they wouldn't have to check receipts.

Place closes at night to stock shelfs. Shelfs are never stocked. Employees are every where in the way with pallet jacks and carts trying to stock during peak shopping hours making it hard to shop. Isels are always block with pallets of merchandise making it hard to get around. They need to stock at night and not leave isels blocked.

I recently visited Walmart and I was quite impressed with my experience. The store was well-organized and had a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Walmart!

This isn't a terrible store. The layout is a little weird, but the shelves are usually stocked. The store is clean, and there are always carts available. Employee friendliness leaves something to be desired however.

Came in looking for a wireless router. Got there at approximately 630. Got the router and finished my shopping. Went to check out and the price of the router was $80 cheaper online than in store. So I requested that the manager honor the online pricing. After waiting 10 minutes for “Sandy” the Manager to come check on us. She immediately told me she would not be able to honor the pricing and “that’s just the way it is”. If I wanted to get that price I would have to do the pick up in store option…. Wouldn’t you know when I attempted that there were no available pickup times that evening. So I was forced to order it and I have to drive back out there tomorrow to get the product.This is not a very practical business model. They’re causing the Customer inconvenience and they’re costing themselves labor for an employee to go find the product tomorrow and scan it and take it where it needs to be to be processed. Not to mention the poor customer experience. All of which could have been solved by allowing a manager to override the price and mark it as an online promotion OR to override the option to order the product on the app and pick the product the same night.

The employees are usually very nice and helpful. The store itself is overcrowded with boxes and carts and displays EVERYWHERE. I have to use an electric grocery cart and I can't even get to things because there's no room to maneuver.
