Normally quick service when I am finished shopping. It’s very good for outdoorsy type people. Nice staff and friends people. I love that they allow animals! Could be a little more organized, sometimes I have a hard time finding the items I need or they just don’t carry items. TL:DR nice staff need more merchandise options

Great selection and great employees too bad half the inventory doesn’t have a SKU attached and your POS system might as well just be a drawer with money cause that computer it’s attached to doesn’t help in any noticeable way.

Be nice if they can get their stuff together in the gun department every other time I go in their it's either closed down or they got computer problems or they don't have a manager there that has a gun selling license it's getting to be a joke and almost worth just going to Lafayette

Great service and knowledgeable staff who always go out of their way to help us find the best products for specific needs. Very good quality items are available for servicing and maintaining our diesel vehicles and other heavy equipment. They also have great plants and bushes for my wife's flower garden and her rose garden! We planted 75 new rose bushes from them along with all the items needed for proper transplanting them. Since those roses did so well we have purchased numerous other plants and chemicals for maintaining our numerous plant gardens for our bees to thrive with. Thanks for your quality and service!

2.5 hours because the guy lost the lady in front of us paperwork for her gun. She got fed up and left but they still would not wait on the next person! Even though they could have easily got everyone taken care of and then figured her paper out. They were very unprofessional, the store manager even walked away because he didn't know how to bring it back up on the computer. I would never shop this store again even though I love rural king! Also what happened to layaway???

OK I bragged on Rural King my last entry however I got the same honey that I was excited about but this last bottle I bought was crystallized. I thought (my fault for thinking) the honey was just a different color like honeycomb but it wasn't. One person looked at the bottle and said "I've never seen honey that color!" Did I think there was a problem even after that, I'm just too trusting!!!

Great place as always, but I think I did notice. If you need a battery they have a great selection & the prices are fantastic. I had checked on a battery for one of my cars and it was ""$ 35.00 /40.00"" dollars higher at acouple of other places. With winter coming in afew months you should check this out. Also saw alot on other great deals you could check out.

Interesting merge of hardware, groceries, agriculture, firearms, toys and clothes. But best is the staff. Had something that fell off the shelf next to me and clattered on the floor. Immediately a staff person came over to see if something was wrong. My wife was at a big box store (starts with a w...) and a few big boxes fell on her and a nearby staff person took one look and ran away. No one ever checked to see what happened. I have also asked several questions in different areas and if the staff person did not have an answer they found one that did.Good firearms selection and the R&R Carpenter pants are good and cheap. Free popcorn. And it's fun to watch the little kids over by the chicks. Yes the bitty chickens. Not the cute staff.......Like a small zoo to keeps little ones occupied. Only place I can find the big tub of honey pretzels.

Appreciated Rural King carrying several brands of Tall Women's Jeans. And carrying the Blue brand dog food that my Grand Doggies are able to eat for their health. Oh, the supply of Belts for both Men & Women is great. And they carry Big & Tall Sizes in Men's Clothing. Have always been able to find Boots for my 2 Grandchildren even now in size 16 in Men's. Hope they go up in Boot Sizes, 16.5 or 17, because a young man is still growing.
