Always a good experience, between the staff, the selection and prices that rival the big box stores, you can't go wrong with Gillmans! It's obvious from the minute you walk in that this store gets a lot of attention from the staff. It's clean, well organized and thoughtfully stocked with all the right stuff.

I decided to tackle a plumbing project. After 3 trips to Gillmans, I finally achieved my goal. It wasn't there fault! I finally got ahold of a plumber and he pointed me in the right direction. The Gillman staff was very nice and was going by what I told them!! Thank you for your help.

We just did a complete remodel to our kitchen, and Myriah was excellent! She answered many questions we had and gave us so many options for everything. Thanks to her we now have a beautiful kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out.

Poor transition from Kramers. Common items not stocked. Third time out of 3 times I visited in last month I could not find what I needed. Last time I visited I asked a female clerk for assistance. She would not help me and was rude. I will not be back.

Was told when renting a carpet cleaner that there was a 4 hr rate. Brought back early. Mgr said it was the full 24hr rate that there was no discount. BEWARE !

Would not recommend renting hand held concrete saw from Gillman's. The saw is difficult to start and the watering system does not work. I previously rented a concrete saw from Midwest rentals and even though they are more expensive than Gillman's their saw works.
