Staff have helped me through end of life care for two dogs and performed surgery on a third dog that would have died had I taken the advice of a different vet. This animal hospital is probably cleaner than a human hospital, staff are extremely kind and thorough. I will absolutely continue going here even though it’s about an hour drive for me.

Very good. Did not try and push purchasing of unnecessary treatments as most vet clinics do, in my experience. The treatment they did provide worked amazingly. we saw improvement rapidly.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I brought my sick elderly dog in with both of my kids, one being a toddler. They helped keep the kids busy while talking with me about what was going on. The next day I had to bring my sweet boy back to be put down and they were extremely compassionate and allowed me to take my time with him before leaving. I’ll never forget how kind Dr Taylor and Makayla were with me during such a heartbreaking time.

Poor customer service. Charge $28 for a "no show fee" even though that appointment was rescheduled! Did not mention the additional $28 when they ran my card for separate appointments. Location sucks anyway. Would not recommend.

Frankfort Animal Hospital was able to get us in for a last minute, emergency visit & they were so, so helpful! The price was MUCH better than I expected (we had paid nearly 3x elsewhere). I would highly recommend!

Frankfort Animal hospital has an amazing and caring staff. We have had Dr. Strueh and Dr. Hughes treat 3 of our dogs; they have gotten top of the line care and the facilities are excellent. I would recommend any of the services they offer. The pic is of our Dane and Boxer in the Villa Suite boarding area, doing playtime.

Even though I got very scary news about our Chichi they have really helped us get threw it. When I thought the only way to make my Buddy comfortable again was to put him down they have gone above and beyond to help him get his health back and make him a happy guy again. Thank you

Absolutely LOVE this vet!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them! All the staff is really really friendly and helpful, they're able to get my cats in quickly every time, you can tell the vets really actually care about the animals, and they also have boarding for both cats and dogs right on site that are super reasonable prices!I had an issue with one of my cats at my apartment while I was out of town (I have security cameras so I can see them) and because I was new in town I only knew one person to ask if they could help. They couldn't so I called the vet in a panic asking for help and one of the girls that work there took time out of her own day after work to go get my cat and bring her back for boarding until I was able to get back in town so that my cat would be okay. I can't say this is something they would do all the time but I'm incredibly thankful for their help otherwise that one cat would have starved and been very ill by the time I got home so I'm extremely thankful for her help.I would give this vet 10 stars if I could!They absolutely truly care about the animals!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were absolutely amazing! They got my dog in for a possible stroke within 30 minutes, did a full exam and treated her for the ear infection she actually had! Such a caring group of people- our new vet for life!

I overheard about a dog that came in the dog was pregnant and got x-rays but the people had no money and couldn't pay for it. The dog needed fluids and some other things. Since the people had no money they rejected the people and sent them home without helping the dog out. So the dog is probably home and suffering. Why can't people just help and not be so worried about money?

The staff is the sweetest. Answered all of my questions, and there were a lot! I told them I got a new puppy and she didn't have any vaccinations/puppy care and they offered to get me in to see them the same day! (I couldn't make it) but they were able to get me in the next day!

I’ve tried vet offices closer to my house and they’ve either marked up their prices insanely high or provided less than stellar service. Frankfort Animal Hospital is a gem in that they provide excellent veterinary care at reasonable prices.I brought my puppy to them after another office failed to clear what should have been a pretty simple ailment. Dr. Mummert reviewed her past treatment and established a treatment plan. Just one week later and my puppy is finally improving. I was so impressed that I brought my older dog in for a different issue and yet again, they got him right in and gave him excellent care.Dr. Mummert is so friendly and clearly very knowledgeable, it’s apparent that she really cares. She’s gone above and beyond at each appointment - thoroughly answering questions, never rushing, clearly outlining next steps. Everyone at this hospital is great. I highly recommend Frankfort Animal Hospital and thank them for taking such good care of my babies!

First visit to FAH to have my Yorkie spayed. I am so happy with the service. Liv (vet asst.) was very informative and so very courteous towards me and my JoJo on intake and outtake. It is obvious she loves what she does. She was able to share about my dog's recovery, potty breaks, etc. She knew my dog! Dr. Hughes performed the laser surgery and JoJo's recovery is great. The ladies at the desk were also very friendly and helpful. So very pleased!

This place is fantastic!! They really love animals. I took my new kitten in for her vaccinations, they are gentle and loving to her. Appointments are easy to make to match your schedule, they even double book an appointment to work me in. No other vet has done that. And they are very affordable. This is where all my pets will go.

I love Frankfort AH. We had to put down 2 dogs here. One during Covid, but we were able to stay with her. She was our 16 old Labradoodle named Libby and Dr. Mummery was amazing. I highly recommend her. That’s the only vet we see there and we drive from Westfield. We have a new dog now and she’s been seen there exclusively. Love them!
