Last night placed an order for a pizza for delivery, took the money out of the account and we waited almost an hour for it to come, never came to the house. We had someone call to see where it's at, the first lady on the phone was a little helpful, but when they gave the phone to one of the leads she was rude and disrespectful when we asked for the money back and hung up on the person talking mid sentence. So we went to the store because not gonna tolerate being scammed 25 dollars. We got to the store a nice lady was trying to figure out what went wrong, the lady that was speaking rude earlier on the phone, came up to us and said "that's a corporate issues not my problem" then proceeded to make us pay through the app again, it AGAIN did the same thing, took our money but no pizzas. Wasn't gonna tolerate rude and disrespectful customer service so I guess we just met them have the money lmao. Anyways they've lost a customer, quite a few of them, so they can have fun with that, plus to be real, Frankfort pizza just ain't it 🤷

This is what Domino’s of Frankfort Indiana calls a pizza. SMH… this is the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Then the manager blamed us stating the pizza had too many toppings. Mind you, this was a mere 3 topping pie. It’s actually laughable and we will NEVER order from them again. My advice, RUN from this poor service, and adjust poor management.Update.. after talking with management they sent another terrible pizza out and once we called about it, the manager hung up the phone and would not rectify the situation. The service end of the drivers was great. Tipped the first driver $20 and the second driver $10. Yet still have a raw, half cooked excuse for a pizza. Applause to the drivers, severe fail on management. Do NOT order pizza from this location if you want anything close to a quality product delivered to you.

1st time I called in an order for the 2 medium two topping pieces for $5.99 was told that's online only.2nd time a few weeks later I called in for the same thing they said that's for a 1 topping not 2 toppings but charge me the price of 2 toppings.3rd time I called late on the evening spoke to the manager placed my same order without incident she was lovely.This evening my 4th time calling in some young kid answered my call and screwed my order up they charged me for two toppings but gave me one topping only when I called back the manager was there she answered but it's a different manager than the last time she answered the phone at 11:15 p.m. immediately put me on hold without waiting for any reply or nothing and I was sitting there in the parking lot nobody was there they had no customers she didn't give me the opportunity to say anything after they screwed my order up she was very unfriendly when I pulled through the drive-thru. I asked if I could place another order she said no this is pick up only so I pulled out to the parking lot to call it in she knew I was sitting out there and instead of taking my order she just threw me on hold without giving me a chance to say anything about the first order they screwed up. I was ripped off!

Absolutely the best pizza and wings joint in town! Lacy helped me with my order and Jacob delivered to my door. Both were exceptionally courteous and the wings I ordered were perfect. For the price I paid, I cant beleive how good the food is! I highly recommend this Domino's. I will 100% be ordering here in future. Thanks guys!

This veggie pizza is the most disgusting pizza ever. I order veggie pizza a lot. This one had lots of spinach, yuck. I've never had a pizza with spinach. My last Dominos pizza. So gross.Vegetarian options: I don't like spinach on pizza.

I absolutely love the workers here at our local pizza spot, they are all hard workers and know and do well with customer service. This is about the only restaurant service that gets every order correct other restaurants fail miserably and can't make a sandwich for the life of them... so that Is why I continue to do my business here at domino's. Fast, reliable, get it right the 1st time type of place! Your #1 in our books 🍕

Ordered at 10pm and was told my order was ready. Upon arrival it hadn't even been put in the oven. Ended up getting it around 12:35am and found out they forgot the sauce on one of the pizzas. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO ADD SAUCE ON A PIZZA?!? They ended up giving me the order for free but still. Use to be my go to place for late night pizza but I'm thinking about switching to pizza hut after this

Wouldn't recommend using card to purchase online orders, the employees will take it upon themselves, without your authorization, to give themself a tip. Check your transactions if you use a card. They also won't refund you for their employee committing theft...smdh this place has gone downhill so fast its ridiculous

A mistake was made with my food so I had to wait a little while longer. But this dominos is always so busy with so few drivers. The manager was extremely polite, they remade my food, offered a refund but they had my food baking already so I said I would wait. No big deal. Things happen. The driver for here and I met him down stairs at the door. My hands were full and he opened the door for me so I could get inside, food was made perfectly, the order was completely correct. Mistakes happen and they fixed it quickly and adequately and that's why I gave them 5 stars. Awesome staff for what they have to work with. Proud of them :)

Order a pizza and told them to call me when they were here because I was coaching track. They never called, I ended up having random Frankfort students call me somehow which was a breech of information. They told me the delivery guy just dropped it off one of the doors at the school. When I went over to grab it - pizza , drink, and breadsticks were no where to be found and never got my order. I called for approximately 1 hour trying to get ahold of someone in store and they kept sending me to voicemail. All while I’m having to coach. I need my money back, and this was a total waste of money and time. I will never order this in Frankfort again. Should’ve waited until I got back to Lebanon where they take care of business and their customers.

Would give 5 stars if my order wasn't somehow messed up every time I order delivery. They do always make it right with me on correcting the problems . Food has always been pretty good for me and delivery usually fairly quick . I would recommend them

I ordered pizza here in Frankfort an my entire pizza was covered in hair it look like someone took the toppings an swept them around the floor I didn't get to call because it was too late an I didnt think they would care anyways I have had multiple problems for here I even tried to get dipping sause an I didn't even get them so I'm so glad I just wasted over 30 dollars on something I couldn't eat cause me nor my bf have little white hair

Ordered food online. Went to pick up and was told the store was backed up and that our order was not available. Manager Emily apologized. We then agreed to wait an additional 35 minutes for our food. On the 2nd trip to pick it up we were met in the parking lot by a customer informing us that the assistant manager walked out leaving only the manager and two very new delivery drivers with the back up of orders and almost no help. Well sh×t!! We're still starving. The manager Emily, in all of her what would have had been 110% frustrated rage if it were me, had the calmness, composure, and PROFESSIONALISM to apologize profusely that we would not be receiving our order. Emily then went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything she was obligated to do and brought to our car food that was not deliverable because customers did not want it no longer. Free of charge. Huge shout out to Emily. We thank you. And to whoever signs her paycheck, she deserves a raise.

We ordered pizza today. Online ordering was a breeze. The estimated time to receive our food was 25 mins we got it in like 20. The food was amazing and hot!! I'd have to say a huge step up for this store. All of our items were delivered and Austin was such a nice delivery driver!! Way to go ya'll!!! Keep up the great work!!! We will definitely be ordering again.

Thank God I live in Kokomo. THIS IS Frankfort, IN location. We ordered at 7:30 for pick up.....Said 8:00pm done...it wasn't given to us until 8:40. TRIED TO CALL. No answer.....IS there NO adult supervision on Sunday nights??? April 2nd 2023 ...NEVER AGAIN!!!!We didn't even get our order. Did not get tator tots...we live 15min north of Frankfort.....

The last 3 times I've order from them, the crust has been either undercooked or raw. Turning up the belt speed on your oven in an effort to game the metrics by which you are evaluated is a bad idea. It's disappointing to see the quality go downhill so fast. I switched to Dominoes when the same thing happened with Papa John's. Looks like it's time to find someone else from whom to order pizza. The photo below shows the bottom of the crust, which is completely raw(so much so, it is hard to tell cheese from raw dough).

Ordered Cinnamon twists got my order 30 minutes late and the twists had BBQ sauce on them. Called the store to let them know and see if i could get it replaced and they hung up on me

Ordered 3 pizza's for $5.99 each. I sent my daughter in to pickup and she was charged $12.49 each. I found out when we got home so I called the store to correct it. Very rude service flat out stated they don't have to give the specials price unless you request it. They refused to correct it. Will not order there again.

I once fancied Domino's pizza as some of the best. Last night has proved that to be a falsehood. I literally had the worst pizzas in my life. I could not believe that after the App indicated my order was ready and waiting it was not done. I had to wait another twenty-five minutes my order was brought to me and the pan pizza not only had about four inches of the side folded over the dough was half raw. The bacon was so crispy that I thought I broke a tooth. I do not understand what is going on in Frankfort but I have had two disappointments from two different establishments in one week. I may break down and delete my App.

Horrible service.. I get we’ve had an issue with low staff at our dominos in Frankfort, but no excuse to leave my mom hanging and not asking what she needed and then saying they didn’t have an order that she was looking for then when my husband went over there to complain he noticed the pizzas were just sitting there! After they told my mom they didn’t get no order. Again, no excuse for such bad service … :((

Ordered a pizza for delivery… even though the last two orders have been cold and wrong but hey, figured it can’t be messed up a third time. This time I get a call after tracking that the pizza was “baking” and was told they didn’t have a delivery driver and asked if I could pick it up. No thanks, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery if I wanted to pick it up. Going to be awhile before I give dominoes another shot.

Absolutely love the older lady delivery driver, she's patient, caring, and down to earth and my kids and I love her to death, but more importantly our food is always hot and just the way we like it! I've been ordering from Domino's since 2007, so I'd like to think I can give an accurate review.This is, without a doubt, the best Domino's I've ever ordered from. I've gotten food from a few others in Indiana and even two in Illinois and one in Texas, but this one in Frankfort on West Walnut Street [in front of Admiral Gas Station] is the best, hands down. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I've never had such wonderful service from any other pizza place.One such example: My mom ordered something she'd never had before last week -- a chicken bacon pizza with garlic parmesan white sauce -- and she didn't care for it; the sauce wasn't what she was expecting at all. The manager had a coupon for a free large unlimited pizza mailed to her in her name, with her name actually on the coupon. If that's not five star customer service I really don't know what is.The few times I've ever had issues with my order [only the crust being burnt on my thin crust pizzas] I've had them replaced with no extra charge and no hassle.Too long; didn't read: If you're looking for good pizza at a great price with even better customer service, look no further than this Domino's location!!
