This location is extremely messy, aisles full of stuff, employees are seemingly always standing around, looks like it’s not kept up with well at all. Employees leave self checkout open and then disappear. Not an employee to be found in the building when you need help. I’ve never walked into a messier store.

They need more employees. There was merchandise on the floor abd selves were not organized. Was unsure of prices on things cause they were not it the proper place. There was stock left in isles and made it hard to pass by. But I feel if they had more help the store would look wonderful. Customer service is always pleasant. Thank you for the work you do.

It was bad. Very dirty. Stuff laying eveywhere. Bathroom has dirty toilets and sinks with cobwebs everywhere. Very dangerous walking through there for o stuff on floors and stuff falling off shelves. Can't find what u need do to the never having it. Employs just standing and talking.

Employees need extensive training in customer service. The fact that there was a long line evidently did not indicate to them that they should open another checkout. Also, I don't believe that the cashier even spoke to me or the person in front of me.

It was just a mess! Most of the Dollar General stores I go into anymore are a mess! The 2 store that I have shopped in that are desirable to go in are the ones im Dayton IN & the in Romney IN. Dayton is maybe 1 year old. Romney has just recently reminded. Hope they stay that way!

Dirty unorganized store. Can't get to shelves you need due to all the racks of cardboard boxes in way. Not just a 1 time thing. Like that every time I go in.

Always messy and nothing is organized. Needs cleaned and organzied bad! Aisles are too narrow with all the junk crowding them.

I believe this was the Frankfurt Dollar General and as always I find anything and everything I need and then some. Look like they were doing some rearranging other than that everything was great!

I bought a belt two weeks ago it broke on me at work so I stop by there to see if I could exchange it manager said not without my receipt then I told her that's not right a belt should last longer then two weeks then she told me no some belts only last for a couple of week a belt should last way more then two weeks she should not to a manager giving out false statements

St rd 28 in Frankfort, in store was I guess getting ready for inventory, very hard to get around, but cashier was nice.
