Came from Urgent Care after waiting a long time there to be seen diagnosis FLU B, I am a diabetic 69 and a heart patient so was prescribed flu med , inhaler and something else drive straight to CVS wait at window as do not want to spread the virus. Pharmacist said they were out of stock on the flue med and she was too busy to fill the other two prescriptions I would need to come back tomorrow!?? Ummm this is a 24 hour location.....I thought ER/Urgent care scripts would get some sort of priority?CVS you are pathetic

Will not be using their pharmacy again. Apparently the staff (there were 4 of them behind the counter) are incapable of letting customers know when their prescriptions are ready when waiting right in front of them for over 45 minutes - we were the only customers in the pharmacy area at the time. Not wanting to be pushy it took us a while to ask when it would be ready - think we'd still be there if we hadn't. Has to be better places to get scripts than this one.

Arrived a few minutes before lunch in the drive-thru. Waited for about five minutes to finally pull up and find out they'd closed the window for lunch. You couldn't have come outside and put a sign down behind me to at least finish the line?So I brush it off and come inside to pick up my prescription. Nope, can't even do that. Although I continue to hear two employees work and scan in pills/bottles.

CVS in Frankfort Indiana is open 24 hrs. There SHOULD always be someone available to answer all questions and help with everything. Cashier DID not know what she was doing; made me lose a $2 off coupon that I had and no one was available to help. Had to leave the store unhappy

I waited 4 hrs last night for my sons refill. I called and checked twice and was put on a message service so as to get a call when it was filled. Never heard anything. Now it's 6:33 in the morning and trying to get it so he has his medicine. Every experience is bad with CVS.

I'm very disappointed as I had purchased two food items which were spoiled. I called and I was told I could come in to exchange the items. As I returned to the store the same items were ALSO spoiled. For reference I'm talking about GT's Kombucha which is a fermented tea which runs about $5 each.. they then told me their policy was to not refund food items. This raises big concern to me, as I can personally recognize my privilege, however, if I was a single mother and I used my last $5 to buy my children some food item which was spoiled? What would I do then? This is absolutely unacceptable. In a low socioeconomic town considered to nearly be a food desert, this return policy is absolutely disgusting.

Very long waiting time to get a prescription.. that's the only con about this place really.. you won't get it for at least 30 minutes even if you call in ahead of time.. that could be improved on greatly

I've never had a prescription filled that didn't leave me waiting for at least 40 minutes. Even when I've called ahead and given 24 hours to fill, it is never ready. I'm changing pharmacies.

great place and 24hrs / greetings by staff at the door a nice touch. Don't touch the stylus :-) All I'd change is it's store # oh and maybe bring back cigars.
