Employees are very helpful . They still have old catalogs ,not everything is in a computer data search. And they know a lot. May not be the cleanest place but the most helpful I respect them can't say that enough

I needed a very hard-to-find socket (Star e20 size) to remove the brake caliper from my Saab 9-3. Had tried several places with no luck. I went to NAPA in Fortville and they had a whole set of star bits, including the one I needed. The guy asked me if I just needed the one, and when I said yes, he opened the set and sold me just the single socket (for the pro-rated price of $5). When I told them I hated to see them open a set to sell me one socket, he said they would just re-order that socket to complete the set. "We just want to make our customers happy," he said. They did, and the brakes are done!
