This is a wonderful place! I will not just bring my dog anywhere. The staff cares for each and every dog. I felt comfortable leaving my Rotti in their care. I would choose DeTails over any other big daycare facility.

Our golden retriever’s groom was wonderful & I love that he got to enjoy lots of playtime with the other dogs while he waited his turn (and wore himself out!). Just beware: our 8 month old “tween” doesn’t have much of an “off-switch” so after several hours of play time, his paw pads were pretty sensitive for a couple of days after running around in the pea gravel in the enclosure. We applied some healing balm and cortisone cream and he bounced back in a couple days. We will definitely go back to DeTails for our future appts!

My puppy has been there twice now and he has came home tired both times! Great option to wear him out while I am at work and helps to provide him socialization too! The staff is very friendly! Liz did a great job with his first grooming appointment as well!

We love this place! Our girl comes here routinely for full doggie daycare to get her puppy energy out. Every time we’ve had her groomed, they know exactly how to groom golden retrievers. Love this place and love to see they genuinely love doggos!

Great place!! All the girls were super friendly and Lyla (50lb Goldendoodle) looks absolutely adorable! They listened and respected what I wanted/didn't want and I'm very thankful I gave them a try. I will be returning for sure :)

Our dog Maggie is old, blind, and diabetic. She gets so scared and starts trembling when she goes to the groomers. Today when my husband dropped her off, instead of taking her back with the other dogs who are constantly barking and would scare her even more, they kept her with them at the front desk. When my husband picked her up, she was still there with these amazing ladies. They even said she could come any time to hang out with them. We've been taking Maggie to details for a few years, but I was so impressed with their love and care for animals. 10000000% recommend! Not to mention her hair cut is adorable, and the groomer called me before cutting her hair to verify what kind of haircut we wanted. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!

Details is the perfect little spot for dog grooming.I called and was able to get in fairly quickly, which was important since I had a mini bernadoodle puppy who had never been groomed and his hair was getting unruly very quickly.They were very clear about expectations and asked me what I was hoping to get out of the visit for my pup.He came home looking super handsome and worn out from a fun day of play and pampering!Would definitely recommend.

Our vet recommended them and took our bassett hound. We have had dogs for over 30 years and Details was the first groomer that whatever they wash the dogs we could still smell after several weeks. It was unbelievable. When I went to pick up our dog I could here him playing with the staff and could tell he enjoyed his stay. Highly recommend if you're in the NE/Fortville/Geist/Fishers/Pendleton area. Ironically our vet has a groomer that we have used before down the road from them and this groomer wouldn't take our dog because he was blind. (we rescude him) so it was awesome to find a place that truly loves animals!!!

1st time there very helpful on phone. I needed my car groomed also her 1st grooming done very good job on her. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Referred my friend there to also get her cat groomed. Prices are good too.

Love this place, they do a great job with my poodle. Casey is amazing and very professional. They are all animal lovers and I feel safe leaving my pup there. Note that there are usually other dogs there that yours will be around while getting groomed so if your dog is a bit aggressive or scared of others, it may not be the best environment. However, my dog seems to do fine despite being easily spooked and a bit nervous, he comes home happy and seems comfortable there.Parking lot is a little cramped is my only other complaint. Otherwise I love this place, everyone is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and good at what they do.

Awesome place! It's our dogs "Spa Day" with her friends. Dog gets so excited and has fun. Tired when she comes home and smell good and nails trim. Pricing reasonable. Only place we will take animals. Free roam no cages.

What a great place to get the pet pampered!! The staff here is super friendly and great at what they do. I am asked exactly what kind of cut I want for my dog. He is always super happy when I come to pick him up and looks amazing!! This is our forever groomer!!

I'll preface this by saying I am actually pretty unhappy with my dog's recent grooming, but do not feel it warrants a bad review since I did not mention that when I picked her up.This was the 3rd time I took Luna to Details, and they did a great job the 2 previous times. They asked if we wanted the "same as always," and we said yes, but this time they barely took anything off her length. My husband even asked if all they did was bathe her and trim her nails. Currently I am googling "how to trim dog's ears at home"🤦I know they are short staffed right now, so it's possible the person that groomed her before is no longer there. I would suggest showing a picture of your expectations if you don't go often or if you work with a new groomer.

After a terrible massacre of a haircut froma different groomer, we took our golden doodle here today and he looks so beautiful. He was happy, made some friends, smelled great, and came out sporting a very nice tie, proving he's a gentleman 😂. The groomers are awesome and knowledgeable and I felt great leaving my puppy there. I hear he even made a little girlfriend! Super happy.

Awesome place! This was our 10-year-old dachshund's first time at a groomer. I was nervous about it, but he warmed up quickly to the staff and even let them brush his teeth. He even got along with the other dogs! Great place at a reasonable price!

Wanted to get my Dog into Details, because the reviews online looked stellar, so I called back in March to schedule an appointment. At the time they said they had no availability, and I was asked to join a waiting list for new clients, and was told that I could most likely get in 3 months in the future. It is now July, and I had received no call from them. I called up to check on the status of the waitlist, and whoever I spoke to seemed to have no recollection or knowledge of my status on a list of any kind, and told me that they had no availability for the entire rest of the year due to them losing groomers. If you are looking for a new place to get your dog a good grooming, don't look here, because you wont be getting in any time soon. Very disappointed with my experience with this groomer.

1st Time Pet Owner & 1st time Visitor! It was an awesome opportunity 4 my new Pup 2 socialize with many animals. Heard he was rather pleasant, just not too comfortable with other dogs. Took my two lab mixes in for nail trims. We were greeted by two cats in the lobby (thankfully, my dogs don't usually chase cats) and a host of other dogs behind a baby gate. My dogs had to walk the gauntlet to get back to the grooming area. The approach might work well for some dogs - but the whole experience was far too unsettling for my girls. They love to play with other dogs, but they don't appreciate an audience while being held still for nail trims. Lots of noise, lots of fur, lots of chaos. I asked if it was always this crowded and was told that it was a slow day! The lady that actually cut their nails was nice but the whole experience was super stressful and unprofessional. The environment is far more like doggy daycare than a grooming office.

We had our first visit thus week and the whole staff was amazing from start to finish. Liz groomed my 2 huskies and they look and smell amazing! We made an appointment for our other 2 pups as well. I highly recommend them. I love that the dogs free roam and are not kennels all day. Plus they have excellent photo skills and snapped this cute pic. I can never get them to look at the camera.
