Pharmacist is very cold and rude. He is unwilling or unable to answer the simplist over the counter medication questions for customers. He is unwilling to assist with prescription issues. I have been a loyal CVS customer for 30 years but due to my last 3 interactions at this CVS and with him, I am transferring all of my families prescriptions to Walgreens. That also means all of my drugstore purchases will be done at Walgreens. If you want help when there is a problem you should find a new place to go.

Refused to take my Amazon return. I ran into the UPS guy in the parking lot and he said no problem he scanned it and off I went.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The head pharmacist thinks he is more educated than my own spine care specialist about what medications are appropriate for me. He refused to fill a prescription that was accidentally sent to this store. Due to the Holiday and weekend (New Year's), my doctor was not in the office when I called on Friday to have him send my prescription to the CVS pharmacy I have been going to for years. My own CVS store has never given me any issues filling my medication, yet the pharmacist at this store refused to fill it, and began to lecture me as if I haven't been taking this same medication for ten years. I can't stand pharmacists who think they are more educated than a patient's doctor. He was extremely rude and belittling!

ATTENTION CVS: please listen up the racial profiling has to STOP! My wife and I came here to pick-up my meds. As soon as we entered the store heading toward the pharmacy area, the very tall unattractive lady from up front who was running the cash register, started yelling can she help us. Well if we needed her help we would of asked for it. besides we are adults. However let us continue our horrible experience then after waiting for the pharmacist to check on our meds we decided to walk around their store to see if there was anything else we needed and low and behold here comes your generic, noticeable top notch floor walker who shows up in every isle we are in with absolutely nothing in hand. Remember people this is low life fortville that' is filled everyone of all races. By the way my wife and I make 50.00 an hour together. With that being said we would never risk our freedom to steal from a darn CVS. Please change your employees

My fiancé went to get his COVID booster here today and the pharmacist has not been properly trained to give vaccinations. As a medical assistant, I was concerned that the vaccine was given much too close to the acromion process and I think he hit a nerve in my fiancés arm. I would like them to be better trained if they’re giving vaccines, this can be dangerous if done incorrectly! I would hate for someone to be hurt from this.

I like cvs. And I like the staff. But the medications there are way to expensive. For my metformin 1000 milligram 180 pills are $50.01 with my goodrx app. And at Kroger they are $12.75. That is a big price difference. You should lower your prices. You would get more buisness. A lot of the meds are life savers . And alot of people live paycheck to paycheck can't afford those prices. I still go to CVS a lot but not for meds.and again love the staff they are awesome

I had been coming to this CVS ever since I was a little kid. It’s close & convenient as it’s easy for me to stop there on my way home. Unfortunately I’ve quit getting my prescriptions filled here. I have been on the same medication for years, and I have come in every month for my medication. Once this guy they have in there now showed up they no longer had my full prescription every month. I could only get one or two & wait for them to order the rest which is not only inconvenient but completely ridiculous as I had been getting that particular medication for quite a long time. After several months in a row of this I’ve switched to a different CVS which is less convenient to drive to, but it’s better than the alternative. That same guy also copped an attitude & refused to fill a prescription for my mom as she normally gets her medication via mail order. More recently my mom & I went there to pick up a prescription which had been called in about 24 hours prior. We went back there to pick it up & the pharmacist said she’d be with us in a minute then went on counting pills. Then she actually took a phone call instead of coming to help us then she continued to ignore us & went on filling prescriptions. The one bright spot was a lady who has worked there for years & who had worked as a tech. She ended up helping us. Turned out the prescription hadn’t even been filled. Unbelievable. We just asked to have it sent to another CVS. The one in Pendleton filled it with no issues. Although prior to transferring the prescription the Fortville pharmacist “accidentally” deleted it from the computer & had to fax it. It’s such a shame Fortville CVS lost the good pharmacist they had & now have these others in there. I quit getting my prescriptions there a while back & now my mom is following suit. Such a disappointment after having gone to the same pharmacy for so long.

Everyone I have ever met when I come in this store has been amazing... till today. Today was my first experience with the stores general manager, it was not a positive one. I usually am just in and out for something real quick, but today I was in for a little bit more of a serious situation. There was a problem with the computer systems communicating, which is never anyone’s fault, and I completely understand that. The sales associate was amazing and trying to do everything she could to make it work and resolve the problem. She couldn’t get the problem resolved so she went to get the general manager. She tried to explain to him what was going on, but unfortunately he assumed what happened and didn’t listen to the associate or me. As I tried to further explain to him what was wrong he got an attitude with me infront of other customer to the point he tried to turn the computer screen around and berate me. I was so shocked with his actions I told him to have a good day and walked out of the store. I’ve been in customer service for 15 years, I understand just how frustrating it can be. In my experiences if you listen and work side by side with your customers a solution can usually be reached. This I see as a very sad situation that was exacerbated by the fact his district manager was two aisles away. I understand he was under a lot of stress today, but please don’t treat others that way. Simply listen to your customers they will tell you what they need.
