Lousy customer service. I asked cashier if there was anyone that could help me find the fine thread bolts or find out if they even carried them, she told me the isle they were in. I explained that I knew where the nuts and bolts were but I spent 10 minutes and couldn't find fine thread, she said they should be there i asked if they had anyone to help she called on her radio and asked , then tried to explain their location basically telling me to go find em myself . Meanwhile I have a bad ankle and im limping due to the pain today and just not feeling a scavenger hunt without someone knowledgeable of there store and products lord have mercy i thought tractor supply was all about customer service and helping customers find what they need.

I love this place! They have a great selection of horse feed and products. The employees are always wonderful and welcoming. Prices are excellent, and lower than online stores. There are bigger warehouse type of stores, but TSC is always stocked with everything I need.

Odd I thought like she probably just said it is there and ain't and bam I was right why? Lol make me believe in Jesus and now I got to pray for her SMH it's a shame she had a easy service she could only do sinfully and horribly but 5 stars to the others she ruins the 5 star work for them she is full of it, shame shame

I have been in this location many times in my life. TSC has always been a great place. I visited 1/22/24. I could not believe how poor the customer service was. The person at the checkout was either looking to be fired or was having some sort of medical issue.she said nothing and acted as though she was ready to quit. I hope whatever issue she was having is better today

Went in to look at live traps but decided they were too pricey for what I'd need it for. They did have the cat litter I normally buy somewhat cheaper than at other stores, so that was a nice surprise. Employees were helpful and friendly.

Their 4health dog food is comparable to brands like blue wilderness or blue buffalo but at a much better price. Went to this store before closing time to get my LP tank filled was told they stop doing that at 5:30 the cashier and the other employee were not doing nothing but talking with each other. told them that you are telling me that i came here for nothing? yes you did its to close to closing. just great customer service from these two hard working nothings

TSC has the friendliest employees. They have good stock on dog food, which is why I'm normally there, but I always manage to find other things on sale or clearance. It is also a good quick in & out, unlike the big box stores. Their pricing is competitive.

The customer service here is great. Each time we go here they either have the product we are looking for or they will place an order to be shipped within a couple of days. For example, we were looking for a particular treatment for our pond. There were none on the shelf. A gentleman offered to find out if there were any from that morning's shipment in the back. There were not. He went a step further to look at incoming future shipments and found that this product will be on tomorrow's load. We have experienced this amount of effort from their staff multiple times. They are there to serve their customers, and they do a great job!

I get my dog's food here and I typically take him with me in the store. The employees are always very friendly and helpful and they hand out dog biscuits at checkout. My dog loves getting biscuits here and puts on a show to try and get more.

Horrible customer service!! There was no one else visible in the store for questions, other than the ONE cashier inside a store that had at least 20 people! Was asking cashier if they had anymore yard fertilizer in the back on pallets, and before I could finish my question she interrupted me and said, "NO!" I asked if she could check the other stores inventory and she said, "Nope, if you want to know that you'll have call them!" After she rudely interrupted me, she asked the people behind me to come up to the counter, essentially pushing me out of the store! I am extremely unsatisfied with TSC experiences today! Thinking about doing my shopping elsewhere!!

Great place to get what u need but the cashier Lisa was her name that thought she was helpng had a very smart mouth and was rude to other customers that was there also. Im not a violent person but she had me ready to snap it was unreal the smart mouth she had. Must have been her first time doing customer service most definitely not a career for her. We dropped what we had and left

TSC is great I got my weed trimmer form there. I was able to get a really nice Cub Cadet at a great price and they had a special offer that gave me a few extra goodies for free with my purchase. They also have great deals on dog food and other supplies. If you are working on your garden or landscaping definitely check this place out.

Kind and friendly staff. Definitely have knowledgeable people as well. I love the choice in pet food/feed that is available here. Also plenty of tools and other needed equipment here.The prices are generally hard to beat as well.

Horribly rude and unhelpful. We needed propane for our animal rescue vehicles, which run on propane and always get filled at Tractor Supplies around the region. When I walked through the door, the manager "greeted" us and told us she couldn't sell us propane if it was after 8:30. I told her it was only 8, and I've never seen anyone look so disappointed in my life. I guess because it was cold and dark they didn't want to help us. I explained to her that we would be stranded there without propane for our vehicles, but they had no sympathy and refused service. They must have called the other Tractor Supply near there, because when I called them, they also said no and hung up on us. Very disappointed in this lack of service and rudeness. They put us in a terrible spot, and if I could give them negative stars, I would. We've never had this type of trouble at a Tractor Supply before. Thank you Ft. Wayne Tractor Supply, for showing us how horrible people can be, and how lacking in empathy people in that area must be. Very sad.

I enjoy going to Tractor Supply they have a great supply of farm feed cat and dog food horse food all kinds of stuff I love going in there and just browsing around they have all kinds of lawn ornaments it's just a great place to go whatever you're looking for it's there. The last time I was in this store asked for help with loading feed onto my cart and the check out lady said she get someone to help me. Waited 20 minutes and still no help. Loaded it myself and then asked for help to load it into my vehicle waited another 10 minutes and still no help again loaded it myself. will never shop this store again!!!! Now go to the one in Kendallville where I don't have to lift a thing and they are so friendly.

Third time they charged me for 50 bags of wood pellets without my $10 bulk purchase discount. This time i said no, calls manager, we wait at least 7 minutes. So she goes looking for him and has him figure it out. 10 minutes later he charges my card then says he will have them load me after they load a safe for the lady waiting to pay behind me. Ive been waiting outside 15 minutes. Needless to say i will be going anywhere but tsc from now on.

The stores laid out pretty nice, but the staff Lacks, I approached the gentleman working the service counter in the back of the store in the gentleman pretty much blew me off he didn't have time to help me find what I was looking for, so I went up to the gal working the register and she was more than courteous in assisted me in my needs, so the only thing I would say is good luck shopping there.

Love Tractor Supply. My go-to place for bulk fasteners and anything else you just couldn't find at the big box stores. Besides all the livestock and farm supplies, they have everything home and garden a house needs as well as clothing and friendly helpful service.

It's about what you would expect out of a tractor supply store. Just a little more tired looking though. We went in a couple weeks before Christmas to get some snow boots. We seem to always make it in too late. They are usually out every year long before the snow hits.
