Had a wonderful experience with Smoochie Pooch and i will definitely be going back. It was my first time taking my extremely anxious golden there and they were so understanding and so kind. They were budget friendly and my golden looked beautiful when I picked her up. My golden got a basic groom, teeth brushed, and deshedding. Thanks Smoochie Pooch I will be coming back and bringing both of my dogs to you:)

Oh my goodness, this is by far the best groomer we have ever been to- they gave our boy a gorgeous cut and he was quite mess going into it. You never know what your dog will look like the next time you see them but we were truly amazed. He’s gorgeous and she gave us just what we asked for- and he was so relaxed too?! Maybe it was the massage? My husband thinks it was the mango facial, lol. He smells so good. We found our forever groomer, thank goodness. This team was gentle and amazing, yay!

Never a complaint at this Smoochie Pooch on Lima Road. All the groomers are skilled professionals. We often get compliments on the grooming of our two standard poodles. Highly recommend Smoochie Pooch on Lima Road!

We love Smoochie Pooch. All of the girls love on our Theo everytime he comes in! Kayla does a wonderful job grooming him everytime and giving him a puppy cut! Kayla let's us know what things we can work on with our puppy to help him be successful at his grooming appointments.

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Sydney! My pup can be pretty high energy and anxiety and we’ve had issues with different groomers in Fort Wayne not being able to handle her. Sydney has been so patient with our dog and always wanting to make it as easy and a good experience for her. She does a great job! I also so appreciate that she always checks in with me if any problems arise or has to change anything from our initial plan. I definitely recommend Smoochie Pooch!

They take such good care of my older dog and younger puppy. They have gotten rid of all the mats around their butts and keep them looking beautiful. It may cost a little more but SO WORTH every penny!!

It took a couple of tries to find a groomer in Fort Wayne that met our expectations, but once we found Elli at the Smoochie Pooch Lima Rd location, our search was over. She's incredibly talented and knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to give us her professional opinion when she thought we weren't quite making the right choice of haircut for our dogs. My 3 dogs have never looked better! We have a Newfoundland, Golden Retriever, and La Pom and they all turn out beautiful, and most importantly, they are in great spirits when we pick them up. Our Newfoundland even whines with excitement as soon as she sees the sign when we pull up. My dogs have NEVER been excited to get groomed before and I think it says a lot about the atmosphere and grooming experience they receive.

we absolutely love sydney! my dog doesn’t do well with nail cuts and has always flipped out! she absolutely loves him and now he loves getting his nails cut! 10/10 recommend!

Friendly staff. Overall decent cut (3 out of 5 stars for the cut) because its not what I wanted and there were details that should have been attended to. I wanted closer cut all around and asked for the lowest possible shave. Also price for a cut and bath were $62 when I have never paid over $55 at other places. Will I return? I will try one more time but only while looking for a place with more competitive pricing.

Our dog, Duke, has gone to Smoochie Pooch since he was a puppy. We’ve had a few different groomers, but Sydney has been our girl for a while now and he absolutely loves her. He has a tricky mane and she does a perfect job every time.

Eden did my dog’s grooming, and she did an excellent job. Teddy came home seeming happy versus traumatized (which he has seemed after getting groomed at another place) and he looked like himself (also not the experience we had at another place.) I am so happy to have a happy, cute dog home after his visit to the groomers!

Couldn’t be more disappointed in this company. My daughter went into the Hospital the day before my appointment and even though I called them 4 hours before my dogs appointment, they still charged me. They was more worried about getting their money then even having the decency to ask is my child OK she wasn’t even out of the hospital yet, I guess they expected me to be more worried about canceling my dogs hair appointment!! it was worth my $61 charge not to ever have to deal with a heartless company like this ever again in life. I’ll stick with Pet Smart they have a heart. This company is more worried about getting paid than anything else. Life is full of the unexpected I’m not a person that tries to get out of paying something that I owe but when it comes down to an emergency, you don’t treat your clients like that. A manager was supposed to get in touch with me and they’ve never called but it’s OK like I said I’d rather pay $61 and learned a lesson and so thankful to God that my daughter came out healthy and OK!

Smoochie Pooch is the place to go if your fur baby is in need of some self care. They offer a variety of different services and packages. They are friendly, patient, talented, and super helpful when it comes to taking care of your fur baby. My German shepherd who has been known to have high anxiety always walks in there excited for his self care days and walks out smelling and looking handsome. Special shout out to Danielle who has been our groomer for the past year and so amazing.

Staff are fantastic and did an amazing job both times we’ve utilized the service.Kayla does a great job and our dog absolutely loves her!We were originally referred by a friend and called them to set up an appointment.There was an issue where we were told different hours than what they actively have at the store - which is an honest and understandable error.It led to a misunderstanding with our last visit earlier today, which is why we will no longer be utilizing them. The owner called me and provided me the updated information regarding their hours and during the call spoke in rude and elevated tone effectively just saying “you’re wrong” on a loop as I relayed what had been told us to the point that I had to end the call because nothing worthwhile seemed to be possible from our continued interaction…Again the groomers (especially Kayla) are amazing, the owner was just rude and dismissive to a point that interaction seemed impossible… which upon further inquiry is a common complaint regarding the owner.

I was very nervous when we started going because my dog can be a little rough but Sydney takes great care of him and I love talking with her and everyone else who works there. Sissy Blackburn (10 lb Yorkie) LOVES her Spa Day with her Groomer Sydney Phillips. She has a Spa day monthly to get spiffed up each month. We go to Smoochie Pooch on Lima Rd in the White Swan Plaza. We live in Columbia City but it is very convenient for us there. They have a Mobile Grooming station but we have not needed to use it. A great place for our pets.💜💜💜💜💜

I made an initial appointment for the first time last week at the Carmel location. At the last minute, I received a text stating that they had to cancel for whatever reason. This was unacceptable to me because it was the last minute and too late in the day to find someone else. I responded to the text and voiced my dissatisfaction/disappointment over the last minute cancellation. The next morning, at 7am, while I was still asleep, I got a text stating they’d have someone drive from Ft. Wayne and that I had to be there at 9:30 , I was sleep and simply typed “ok”. However , because I was asleep when I received the text, I forgot all about it.I then called later in the day when I remembered and asked if I could bring my pup. The man said they were booked. One week later (today), I wake up and call to reschedule and he tells ME that I was a no show lol! Even though they cancelled my appointment at the very last minute without explanation, and then in the wee hours of the morning the next day, text me barely two hours before, while I was asleep, saying we could bring her. When I remind him of this, he proceeds to go back and forth with me….. in addition to telling me that i “blew up” (who says this) when they cancelled. I didn’t blow up. I simply told them that it was extremely inconvenient for me because I had no where else to take my pup on that day. I simply cut him off, told him he was unprofessional and hung up.I’ve never been here before due to all the back and forth, but if his horrible customer service manners are a reflection of their service, I’d advise anyone to stay away from this place. You would think since THEY cancelled my appointment at the last minute, and only offered to reschedule at barely two hours before, he would have shown some grace and compassion instead of attempting to argue with me (I didn’t participate in the argument because I’m the one who’d have been paying him).

Danielle at the Lima rd. location was so genuine and sweet.. Louise was so comfortable and looked amazing when i picked her up and she was in good spirits! I loved how my baby was only there 2 hrs compared to my last groomer that had a 4 hr pick up! My pup looks great! i highly recommend!!
