Nothing at all like they claim. 2 hour drive to get there. The store is very small. The reptile room was about 5 foot square my wife and where packed in. There were only 8 reptiles. I went for the reptiles very dissatisfied. There really is not much to look at if you went for animals. There pictures on the website are very deceiving. Parts of the store were closed off. I could continue but there is no point. I see mall pets stores with more to offer.

This place had everything we needed. The only thing I wasn't big on but can definitely overlook was the smell. Yes i know it's a pet store but I have grown up surrounded by many different animals from different parts of the world all shapes and sizes but have never had a problem keeping the smell to a minimum.

Fish varieties are good most of the time. They do however sell puppies and kittens. There's no breeder on earth that would give their littler to a pet store. It's sad. And about making money. Not quality dogs or cats.

This is the best pet store in town. The staff is knowledge and a pleasure to see, happy workers! The manager is so cool, patience to the core, over the top knowledgeable and keeps the staff and clean store running smoothly. I love this place!

Knowledgeable employees! You usually can't go wrong shopping locally!I got great help from a few employees with some issues I was having with my aquarium parameters. Everyone was super helpful and gave me their personal tips on fixing some water parameter issues, as well as getting the best deal on what I wanted using one of their helpful bundles! They also helped me pick the Betta that was the most suited to my desires in a pet.I end up buying this beautiful little Betta fish from them as well. So far he is active, colorful, and as healthy as a horse!Oh also, they keep their Bettas humanely, in very small, but filtered tanks, rather than cups like big chain pet stores.

I LOOOVE this place. The girls are always very helpful and sweet. The fish always look great and disease free. I love the fish manager. He always orders the most cool and unique fish. He always makes time to chat if you have any questions regarding everything from, ph, nitrates, fish food, fish care, fish that can/can't go together, etc He has a wealth of knowledge. I adore all the fish I have gotten here and am definitely a lifetime customer.

I just came here for the first time and I was really impressed. They have the best selection of aquarium chemistry and fish meds in town, a great variety of healthy fish, the store and the tanks are really clean and there is a nice atmosphere, and the staff was really courteous, helpful, and if someone didn't know something, they had someone onsite who could answer it. They're locally owned and it looked like the prices were pretty good as well. I'll definitely be coming here regularly. I'm so glad to have found this place.

Went and bought some fish for my pond and yeah the wait time was fun but I gained alot of knowledge about proper set up for koi ponds and how to properly keep it going my fish are thriving and living life like champs

Really amazing reptiles and a good selection of habitats at a good price. Had to find someone to help us look at the reptiles and answer our questions. Once we did though, they were knowledgeable. We took home a beautiful surrendered skunk gecko.Defenently check them out if you are looking for a reptile or habitat.

Haven't been here in yrs, decided to visit a few weeks ago and noticed they were selling Cheato alge, I purchased a handful took it home and put it in my sump. this was the biggest mistake I ever made , because the Cheato was infested with parasites. a part of me wanted to go back and tell them about it but I didn't, Anyhow my tank that has been running for over 14yrs got sick and the parasite wiped out all my tangs. salfin, clown tang, 2 powder blues, hippo, scopas, and a few others. this was a sad day for me, because some of the fish been around for yrs.

Great store,friendly staff! My wife purchased me a used 90 gallon tank that needed a ton of help!! They were so great at walking us through all of our needs,tips and tricks to help us crate a healthy tank full of life!

Applied the second time I walked in the door. Sparkling clean tanks, wide assortment of pet supplies, healthy fish, great customer service! And if they don't have the fish you want right then and there, they'll put it on the next fish order and call you when it comes in

The only pet store in Fort Wayne I go to & has been my go-to for several years. The staff has always been friendly & helpful. They are knowledgeable & have a higher standard of care for their animals than chain pet stores. Their supplies & feeders are fairly priced, and they have a reward system. Their feeders are also bred in house which is why I really prefer this place over any other pet store around, I lost one of my geckos to parasites from petco crickets years ago & I will never get feeders from a chain pet store again. Did I mention they also display & sell local art there? I love this place♡

I love this pet store! It's a small animal/reptile lover's heaven! Not that they don't carry items for cats and dogs, they do and have a great selection, but they actually carry a great selection of things for small animals and reptiles! I bought a cceramic house for my gerbils that I have never seen anywhere else, and gerbils of course chew everything so its wonderful that they now have a house they can't destroy! I also got a rat there and he is the sweetest ❤

It was ok. I thought they would have more animals? Guess the dogs were gone. Small birds, reptiles, cats. Love the Bengal cats. Things are moderate to expensive. No public restroom. Lots of fish!

Awesome awesome place, the animals are actually takin care of from what I know, unlike a lot of pet stores. The place has a really nice vibe and I love coming and seeing the kittens, rats, lizards, and fish. Very and always clean, it doesn't smell bad here either. Great options for dog toys, beds, treats, cat trees, and a lot more. The workers are always nice and helpful, I've never had a bad experience here. It's probably one of the best let stores I've ever been too. Most pet stores you see so many dead fish but I haven't seen any dead fish in this store. The worst thing I seen here was some sick looking/acting kittens but I assume they were working on getting them better. I 100% recommend this pet store to anyone looking for pets and/or pet supplies or to just look around.
