The store is always clean and doesn't smell like some other pet stores. They've updated the fish tanks and they look much better.I have dogs, cats, fish and a bunny. It's nice to get everything I need for them in one stop!

I probably won't be taking my dogs here for grooming anymore. I paid for a deluxe add on and I'm pretty sure he didn't get it. He didn't have a bandana on and his ears weren't clean, and his nails don't look like they were filed. He's a short haired smaller dog that shouldn't be that hard. I know he probably isn't 100% cooperative but they did not say so. He was done about half an hour earlier than expected too.

VERY impressed with the fish section today. I loved all the back drops and the tanks were CLEAN! very minimal dead fish and the fish seemed happy and swimming around. I don’t see this often and was very happy to see it today. Good job!

I see a lot of extremely sick fish pretty much every time I go there. They're always still for sale, not being treated or quarantined or anything like that.

I greatly appreciate that your nail trimming and paw pad service is done as a walk-in. Many places are but most don't seem thrilled when I've just walked in for nail clipping. It's nice to be greeted just the same even when not paying for a full service. I can bathe my dog at home but need someone trained for the nails. And it's nice to come to Pet Smart are be able to receive that!

I called yesterday to ask if we could bring our dog in to get her anal glands done. I was told yes. I came in and was told I needed her rabies paperwork and that her 2023 tag wasn't enough proof it was current. That would have been nice to know on the phone but okay, fine. They told me walks in were closed in 30 minutes so I didn't have time to come back with her papers but they opened the next morning at 9 am. I am six months pregnant and stood outside in 30 degree weather waiting for them to answer the doorbell and they didn't. Then I called and was told I could come in and they had availability right then. I said the doors were locked and I needed to be let in. They said they can't take me until 10 even though they had just said I could come right in, and their sign said they were open before the actual store.... I'm gonna take my dog to Petco instead this morning, even though it's further away. This was awful and the communication was just so bad.

Be nice to mix and match the sales that are the same price. I thought we was able to do but I got told they no longer do that anymore, and as much as I spend in there on my dogs you would think I'd get good coupons an alot more points than what I receive for what I spend a week with toys, clothes, camping gear exc.. however I do not buy my dog food there.. very expensive! Some of the workers can be lil more helpful, an lil more knowledgeable about the pets they sale stuff for..

Had a question about my always scratching told them I needed something for fleas but one of the staff took a close look at him and told me it was most likely environmental allergies and suggested zyrtec which they do not carry. Tells me a lot about place when they save me a lot of money because the pet really does come first

Update: Still the same. More kittens and cats for the wife to ogle over.Nice store, well laid out. Found what we were looking for and more. Great employees, very friendly and conversational. I think we'll be returning in the future. Overall great experience.

This is the main reason I never buy a fish from a big box store, how long is that fish been stuck to the intake filter, there is also one in the Fake plant, then it looks like all the tanks are overrun with blue green algae.

The staff are helpful and informative and they love pets ,all pets we brought our new puppy who is now almost two year's old and most of the employees know her name.(she's a beagle,terrier with beautiful crystal blue eyes,) she especially. Loves and expects her treat when we ck out.not to mention. There always stocked with her food,treats and toy's. Highly recommend.

I have stressed over a goldfish my daughter won at the Fair. No matter what I did, couldn't get the nitrates and nitrites under control. A young man in the fish department was a God send. I will be back for all my pet's needs!!! Thank you!

I really like this store most of the time, but the past 2 times getting crickets i have been told they have the amount I'm asking for, and then I get a bag of corpses. 2 times in a row now. $10 for 100 crickets maybe got 25-30 in the bag.

Never had a bad experience in times before. I have gotten many items from fish to dog products.Recently I have been seeing dead fish in tanks. Very unwelcoming and higher chances of poor fish community health.I did purchase a couple of patty fish. (They do poop as shown below.)PetSmart should have signs or information nearby tanks for beginners about the few fish that are different from others.I was not aware as a new fish owner so I did not have another container or location to separate those fish from eating more food than necessary. Many websites would not advertise that info nor would many people search up specifically about the matter ahead of time.The rating is not due to my fish and lack of awareness, it is due to the PetSmart critique about dead fish. I would not be surprised if other fishes were dying from the fact other fish bodies was contaminating the waters.

Super clean PetSmart, with a very friendly and helpful staff! They must also take really good care of the animals, who are almost guaranteed to be scurrying around happily upon arrival. They have anything you need for your pet, including leashes for dogs, costumes for guinea pigs, and a cage for your rabbit Sammy!I have, personally, never used the grooming in this place, so I could not fairly write a review about it.The only complaint I have is they do not have dogs at this location.. but, this is understandable, due to high maintenance.I would rate this place an A+ for those who want a new pet, or just need supplies!
