It's important to say how grateful I am for the grooming salon.❤️ They've been nothing but loving and careful toward the dogs. Their bather Micah is a wonderful example of a model bather. When coming in, he treated me and the dogs professionally with no issues. During his assessment he ensured the dogs were comfortable and carefully gained their trust. Micah is wonderful, and I appreciate their grooming and bathing. Whenever I need services, I will always come here. You can trust the grooming salon as a whole. They have your dogs health as their best interest. ❤️

I am very disappointed by the grooming at this location. I will never go back. They have completely lost my business. I made early appointments for my elderly dog and my young dog to be groomed with nails done. In the pre-appointment I filled out last week I indicated the elderly dog has anxiety. When I went in to take them I again told them she has kennel anxiety occasionally. When our groomer, Micah, came in she was very standoffish from the start. She talked harshly to my dogs when they went towards the door when another dog walked up. When Micah took my elderly dog back to the kennel my dog started digging and whining (like I had warned them). Micah kept leaning in and harshly talking to my dog telling her to “stop” and “quit barking”. My dog is almost 9 and she is my first “baby” I was VERY turned off by the way she was interacting with her. She then brought her back out and said they would not be putting her in the kennel. I asked what they could do to help and I was told they would have to send her home and reschedule for a rushed grooming another day. I am a nurse and do not have many open days to reschedule. They told me there was nothing more they could do today because she was too anxious. I don’t understand how this was a problem when I informed them ahead of time she is anxious. I told them I would not have either dog groomed and asked if they could just trim and grind their nails. When that was done neither of the groomers spoke to me at all besides giving me the bill and telling me I could pay up front. When I assessed my elderly dogs nails when I got home I was very upset to see they had barely cut her back nails. I will never go back to that location and I would definitely not let Micah work with your dogs if this is the way she treats them normally. Maybe she was having a bad day but that one interaction was enough to keep me from never returning.

We take our French Bulldog, 'June' here and she struggles with anxiety from being around other dogs. The staff are amazing at handling her with extra TLC and she always looks so beautiful and well cared for when we pick her up from her appointment! Keep up the great service and great care for our '4 legged family members'!

If I could give this store a-neg star, I definitely would!I've visited this PetSmart location multiple times and unfortunately, the consistently poor customer service has been disheartening. Regardless of the day or time, the common denominator seems to be the team lead Brooke, who, regrettably, contributes to the ongoing issues in this store's service quality.My interactions with the team lead have been disappointing and unprofessional reflecting in the overall experience. The lack of unhelpful attitude, courteous customer service, and apparent disinterest in addressing customer concerns have been noticeable each time I've visited.Despite attempting to overlook past experiences, hoping for improvement, the service standards persistently fall short. It's disappointing to feel undervalued as a customer due to recurring service issues.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for PetSmart's management team to address these ongoing customer service challenges. I genuinely wish for improvements that would enhance the overall shopping experience at this location.---

Clean for a pet store… much cleaner than any other place. This is good and bad! Good because I like clean and for allergy sufferers it helps keep dander down, bad because Hank don’t get to clean up the dropped kibbles left on the floor. Overwhelming selection and onsite K9 training classes. We’re doing the full six week training and it’s definitely helping. Not only for our pup, but for us to know how best to create an environment where he’s excited to learn and engage with us.

The dog food we were looking for was easy to find and in stock. The toy selection is immense. We found several new toys to try for our destroyer. We also picked up some of the toys that take him a while to work at. The cashiers are speedy and ask regularly if you would like to use your Petsmart money to reduce your bill.

If you can catch a sale, prices are decent. Fish here are pretty well maintained. Other animals also. Our pup does well with the groomers, no troubles there!

We get our puppy groomed here and they are so good with her. The products they use don't irritate her skin and they trim her perfectly for her breed. She loves to go and it's clear they care for her as well.

Very upset about the Same Day Delivery option. I put down I needed a product between 3:00 - 6:00. It is now closing time and I have not received my order.it wad something I really needed for my boy.Very friendly. Did great on trimming Hamilton's claws. However, bit pricy compare to some local places.

Staff is SO helpful. If you don't see what you're looking for, ASK. My dog food appeared to be out of stock. A worker asked if she could help. Apparently, stock had come but not on the shelf yet. ALSO scored 2 shirts for my 85 lb. "Baby" on clearance for $5ea. SWEET!

Came in and wanted to get a price check on this bag of cat food priced at 1.99 and a worker gave me and my brother the worst attitude. All they had to do was they'll get to us after they get done helping another customer.Instead they stormed over sighed. They ripped the bag out of my brothers hand and gave us the correct price and stormed off after saying they don't understand who put it in a clearance shelf.Ruined our good day to be honest.The cashier we had today was very nice and was trying his best to the move the line.Be warey if you visit this location..

We have cats with special dietary needs, and we are careful about what we feed them. PetSmart has a great selection of foods and treats with multiple healthy options. We have also had very helpful employees available when needed. It's clean and organized, which helps too.
