This place used to be really good years ago then it dropped of a cliff. It seems to be making a come back. They still don't carry as much as they used to but they cover the basics and the need to haves. The pricing is much better these days and when they have a sale it's definitely worth the trip in. A good environment, the workers are very helpful and know what what they are doing. The animals are well taken care of.

If I could give this place an operation a negative star, I would as being an employee and fired for no good reason Open speech is what I’m allowed to do. Therefore, I’m allowed to text members at work and should not be punished for that.. and the high turnover rate of employees!!! the manager Megan been there over 21 years clearly because she’s had manipulated her way through to the top. She’s an absolute terrible individual and so is Felicia. She does not smile and she is rude with every single customer that I have experienced and is extremely intimidating with all of her tattoos, colored hair and appearance she looks completely unprofessional, and absolutely like someone that should be in jail. She is not friendly to communicate with absolutely terrifying and extremely rude and hateful person. Sami is an absolute joke she yells she screams all the time the only thing she cares about is getting her next cigarette. She is not a good person and doesn’t care what your pet needs or cares about ur pet as long as she switches you to OUR brand, which is filled with chicken, byproduct sawdust terrible chemicals do not buy Redford do not buy any of our brands. They are absolutely disgusting, and made in factories with leftover parts of animals.that’s all she cares about. It’s extremely manipulative and not appropriate. She’s a nutrition specialist, and she does not even meet the qualifications as a nutrition specialist . never go to any pets supplies plus especially not on cold water Road!!!!! Please save yourself from the absolute stupidity that the store has to offer !

Prices are absolutely absurd. But what caught my attention most was the fact that they have an adoptable cat in there ALL BY ITSELF!! literally locked in a cage alone all day and night. Hurts my heart to even go in there and see that.

Who ever makes the shift list should make certain there is one employee on duty that aims to make the store a profitI ended up not buying anythingHell I wasn't even properly greeted at the door.It is clear the same employee who did not even say hello back to me when I walked in was more interested in playing with lizzards than finding out why I was standing near her for 2 whole minutes before putting my things down and walking out.This is not a slam against the store itself, but their employee standard may need some attention.Best wishes, Em

I received a 20% off coupon through email from Pet Supplies Plus.I ordered a large bag of dog food, ran some errands, stopped at the store parking lot on my way home. I called the number I got online and a nice young man promptly delivered my order to my van, checked my ID and I was on my way. It couldn't be any easier.

Just got a new, 3 yo, dog! Her previous owner had died, & I carried her in because the person who had been caring for her couldn't find her leash or collar...They were soo helpful, with providing suggestions, coupons, new pet parent discount, on bowls, harness, leashes, & treats, even for my two cats! Diva even got the cutest sweater, on sale, for the cold winter months, ahead! Thank you soo much!

Always have gone here to get my exotics food. I can’t get it anywhere else and I love how clean the store is kept. It’s always very organized and the employees are the friendliest. They have so many different varieties of food and toys and bedding for just about any pet. I definitely recommend Pet Supplies Plus

I love visiting this store! They always have pleasant people running the cash register, and whenever someone working sees me in an aisle I get asked if I need any help. Megan, the store manager has been here ever since I’ve been a customer (16+years) It’s nice to see longevity with employees. Even if it’s just the manger. Who doesn’t love seeing familiar faces :) You Rock Megan! Keep doing your thing!

First time ever here. I was looking for a beta fish for my 3 yr old. They were patient with me as I had my 19 screaming daughter with me, I found a tank the food the decorations and all the things I needed all under $45. I was really happy 😁. And my son was super excited. The beta was blue and he named him berry 💙

I'm new to Fort Wayne and have been to this store three times. On two occasions they had tanks full of seriously ill fish - once with Ick and once with fin rot. On my third visit (to return store brand equipment that didn't work), they had a large tank of mostly dead feeder goldfish. Have a look at the photo I took. The staff in the store couldn't have seemed more blasé about it. The best I can say about this place is that they honored their 30 day money back guarantee on the crappy equipment they sold. I won't go back. Ever.

Wonderful customer service!! It is awesome that they price match what makes it even better as the customer service!! I saved $60 by price matching, yes, it was quite a few items but the Pet Supplies Plus cashier kept a smile on her face and continued to tell me great job saving! I will return to pet supplies plus every time I need supplies for my two dogs

My wife and I visited on Sunday, 4/18/21. In our 20 minutes there, I believe we were greeted and offered assistance by every employee in the store (4 people, I believe); all employees were extremely pleasant and polite. It also seemed like all staff were actively cleaning the store when not engaging with customers. I never had a preference for a pet supply store before but the attentive and courteous staff alone has definitely made Pet Supplies Plus my store of preference.

This is my first review ever. Stopped going to any other pet store as this location is fantastic. Always has everything I need, all three of my guinea pigs from here are the best pigs I've had, and the staff is always accurate and quick in counting crickets for my toads. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and personable, and I couldn't have a better shopping experience for a pet store.

Customer service was horrible. Took my mom here and she asked one of the employees when the specific cat litter liners would be in stock, the first employee was nice, but didn't know so she asked the other employee. The other one was rude and just said, "I don't know". The correct response would have been, "let me find that out for you". It's okay to not know, but it's not okay to not be willing to find out or know how to find out. Please correct this. I like this store. I don't want to have to find another pet store but I will if I have to. I understand people have bad days, but that's no excuse for being rude. I hope she has better days and your team gets this figured out. 🙂

Friendly staff and they are always available to assist. They have great prices and they have mailer coupons and discounts for anyone who signs up for their membership card. I love getting my dog toys here! I can get durable ones for lower prices!
