Don’t bring your dog here please. I have a 12 year old dog and drop off is from 7-8 and he seems to always be the last one done. I dropped him off at 7:30am and I didn’t pick him up until 5:30!!! That’s an entire work shift. I don’t approve of this.They want everyone to drop off their dogs at 1 time and then make them wait and do them 1 by 1 instead of focusing on one dog at a time and doing a groom in 2 hours. Then I called Heidi to express my concerns and felt dismissed. Also on our way home he peed all over my car as if he had held his urine all day. The claims to have taken him potty and there’s no way that they did because he couldn’t hold it anymore. Don’t bring your fur baby here.

I have been taking my Bella to Heidi for over a year now. Bell can be a handful. We have been to a few groomers around town. Some were disasters. But every time I pick her up both Bella & Heidi are smiling. Bella always looks and smells fabulous! So soft and silky. I would recommend Heidi in a heartbeat!!!!

Julie did an amazing job with my Goldendoodle puppy’s first grooming! Her hair was cut to the exact length I was hoping, nails clipped, and smelled great. And to have the convenience of them keeping her for hours so I was able to go to work and come back and get her. I will definitely return and highly recommend! Thank you for treating my puppy so well!

My pet went there recently and I asked for a medium cut and shampoo. The groomer cut my pets nose and didn’t tell me when to pick up. The hair cut wasn’t good either. Left way too long. Wasn’t cut around her ears or her chest part, back was long also. When picking up I was told that the groomer used to do my pet is no longer working there. Not happy with this service this time.

We took our long haired cat here to be groomed, and it honestly could not have been a better experience! Our kitty looks great! Her fur is so sleek and shiny, and she no longer has any tangles! I can tell Heidi really took her time and put a lot of care into our cat’s needs. When we got home, our kitty didn’t even feel the need to hide! She usually hates vet trips and will hide for hours after we get home. I was pleasantly surprised that didn’t feel the need to go hide at all. I can tell our cat was also treated very well. We will be returning and recommending!Also, Heidi might be the only groomer in town that will groom cats with front claws.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.On 11/19/22 We took our 2yo Great Pyrenees for grooming. He had matting on the back of his legs and tail, with much undercoat to be removed. We dropped him off at 7:45am and picked him up at 6 pm. Upon arriving at home (less than 2 mile drive) he struggled to get out of the car and walk. On entering home, he went immediately to his water bowl and drank so much that he vomited, then went to our bedroom where stayed until Sunday morning.He slept most of the following day, with little movement. Sunday evening I noticed he had bruising at his knee area and where his leg meets belly area. I reached out to the owner on her Facebook Page via messenger with pictures attached and asked her to call me. She responded via messenger and told me that the bruising was from "tight matting" The bruised areas were not where matted fur was present. (see attached pics) I reiterated that matting was not present in these areas and asked if he had possibly fallen from a table. Her response was still that the bruising was from tight matting and have been ignored. Absolutely zero attempt for further communication.

Have always been pleased with Heidi's Pet Paradise. They have cared for and groomed my family's golden retrievers for years. Back in 2005 I brought my previous dog Sparky to this place. She was a puppy back then. When I brought her to this place Heidi promised to take good care of her. But she leaves the dogs there all alone without anyone to take care of them for a whole day. What if there had been a fire, flood, or break in? Heidi would have been responsible if either of these incidents happened and if all the dogs died or got stolen. When we brought Sparky home from this place we had to give her a bath because she smelled like poop because Heidi just left her in the cage all day without letting her go potty outside. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We brought our dog here out of desperation because our groomer of the past 11 years had a deviating fire at her home. We saw some good comments so we took here here. We had missed 1 appointment which means our little dog was now 12 weeks without a grooming. She was a bit matted on her ears, and tail I will say that.We picked her up and she was shaved to her skin, even her tail! They didn’t even try to brush out the tangles. The other groomer would always do that and never would have shaved her this way. Our dog has been shivering since she got home.I feel terrible for her. Ugh!

We have been taking our dogs to Heidi for many years! Our oldest dog just loves going to Heidis to get what we call a spa day! You mention to him you want to go to Heidis for your spa day and you cant get the front door open quick enough! Heidi and staff is great! I would recommend her and her business to anyone! Heidi and staff has always taken great care of our dogs for us! Thank You Heidi and Staff for your taking care of our two fur babies! You do great work!

We had a horrible experience this last time we brought our long haired cat in. They claimed that my daughter said to shave her off for new growth because she had some rats in her hair. My daughter says she never said that, so needless to say. They completely shaved her off,tail and all. They even did a botched up job with the shave. So now my cat is depressed and chases her tail because she doesn't recognize herself. I am not sure if this a miscommunication between my daughter and the owner. But we feel that the owner had us confused with someone else or they botched up the trimming and just shaved her and said we told them to go this. By the way who would shave a longhaired cat in the winter. Never going back!

After my cat spilled my entire scentsy on himself, this place was amazing! Not only did she squeeze me in on a Saturday, but only 1 in the 5 places I called that actually takes cats. I could tell they really loved my little buddy and took great care of him!

I took my Yorkie too Heidi’s and he came home with hair in his eyes and water in his ears, he kept pawing at his eyes and they were red and swelling this was on the weekend they did nothing to help but talk I had to take my doggy to the animal hospital to get his eyes washed and too the vet on Monday with a ear infection from water in his ears. They had the nerves to send me a card for another appointment never again. smh

I dropped my cats off 8 and picked them up at 5 and they still did a rush job and it showed. Hack of a cut totally uneven like they didn't care. This service is 120 for two cats and I didn't even have one of them trimmed it all very disappointed, I feel like I wasted my money, a lot of money.
