Jody is a spectacular trainer and very knowledgeable! She taught us different ways to boost our dogs confidence. She also taught us how to react with unwanted behaviors, how to greet strangers, and how dog’s body language communicates with us. She gave us great tips on what toys and treats to help keep our puppy busy during the chewing phase. I trust their products over the big chain stores. I would definitely recommend training with them!

Great place to buy dog supplies! The owner has 5 dogs and has personally used a lot of the dog supplies with her own dogs, which makes me feel more confident buying from them. Also they offer puppy and adult dog training classes. We've been through the puppy classes and are about to start the level 2 class called manners. Definitely highly recommend this place!

I love this place because they love pets. I never have to worry that they have some nasty fillers or ingredients that will hurt my pups. They also do training and some grooming, and they don't shove them in cages all day and traumatize them. They also know about the products; they know which chew is best for puppy teeth vs adult dogs so they don't hurt their growing teeth. Our dogs have had special diets over the years and they always know just which food is best for them. Green Dog cares, plain and simple.

Great local pet supply store. Very friendly employees. They are the only place nearby that carries all the food products I need for my senior dog with kidney disease and are willing to special order additional product/other varieties they don't normally carry. Their prices are also great on the products I need. Very responsive on facebook if you are wondering if they carry something specific. Highly recommended.

I currently have my puppy in rolled in training classes here! The instructors are amazing! They are so informative! The items to purchase in the shop are of great quality! They know so much about there products that you truly know that they care and that they have a great passion for the health and wellbeing of your animals! Awesome place for high quality dog foods, treats, and wellness essentials. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They also offer training classes for nearly any age of dog at a fraction of the price as Petsmart. I wish I had found them sooner!

They were far cheaper and the customer service, no beyond that, the kindness and help went far and beyond just knowledge and kindness. I will continue to go back. I rarely leave feedback, especially negative but if ever place earned a poor review.... We came on from Kendallville today looking to score a doggie cupcake and a nail trim for our Beagle, Blue for his birthday today. This place offered both so I gave them a call at 2:47, no answer but message said they were with customers and open till 7. Got there finally and They wouldn't trim his nails, they were booked and he was sorry we drove so far. He didnt even go back to humor me and ask anyone. Sorry not sorry lady lol...If they are turning away business they could have at least answered my call. Also, I was the only customer they had.
