My fur babies are treated like family! They love going to see Claire and Amelia for their spa day! We were more than willing to follow these sister groomers to their new location. The best news was when we found out they would stay at the same location! The renovations to the salon are beautiful!

The only reason they get a star is because the groomers actually do a good job. BUT, the people that run the place? Disrespectful, not worth giving business too. Everyone including the groomers have lives outside of dog grooming we all know that, something happened, a family emergency so the groomer had to cancel appointments which is understandable. BUT what’s not okay is the fact that the owners NEVER contacted the customers about the cancellation. Never made a Facebook post, sign on the door nothing about a change in appointments. So as I sat outside of the building for AN HOUR I went through a 5th party to find out what was going on. I won’t do business with people that don’t care about messing with other peoples valuable time. I hope the groomers find somewhere that values their clients better because they deserve better bosses.

Great groomer! Patient, loving and gives lots of hugs & treats. My pups get so excited when we pull in the parking lot. My dogs coats and nails look great after FurEver friends do their magic. Can’t remand highly enough.

We have been to several groomers around town and this place is the best by far! Very friendly staff, clean environment, our dog gets so excited to go in and looks great every time when he comes out!

Please see below why not to do business with them.They will explain who I am and how I am rude. But yet then as owners should not have reacted the way they did, they should’ve apologized to the miscommunication to an angry customer. They do not know how to run a business. They are manipulative from calling me out for being upset, yet they called me a POS. Does that sound professional? No I don’t think.Seek services else where.
