Alicia was amazing with my ACD mix. I got her from the shelter and as a result of being abandoned, she had urine scald. Alicia was thorough about getting as much urine out of her fur as possible without shaving her.I was so nervous about leaving my baby somewhere for so long, but when I went to pick her up, she was just chilling Alicia. Didn’t seem stressed or unhappy. She seemed like she was treated very well. Not to mention she smelled AMAZING.Fair prices, very friendly and dog-experienced groomers. Overall I’m very very happy with my experience and will be returning.

We've been bringing our now 65lb golden doodle to Alicia for the last three years. Our boy absolutely loves his trips there which makes us feel so much better about leaving our fur baby in the hands of another. Alicia is fantastic with him and we highly recommend her or any of the other groomers there.

They scheduled me for the wrong day then said I didn’t show up for my appt and since I was a new customer it was bad blood and they couldn’t see me at all ...her explanation was that the girl who scheduled me was new.. so how is that my fault I was scheduled for wrong day? Then said I was all over the place !! Bad customer service and really rude management
