Destiny the team lead is lovely. Jessie at the pharmacy lied to me about a prescription being in stock, rolled her eyes at me when I asked why we weren’t informed, and was extremely unprofessional in general. I had to go this pharmacy three times today for a prescription sent from the ER. The first time they told me they were too busy to fill it and it would be a few hours. The second time they forgot to cancel a separate prescription and only filled half of the ER prescription. The third time I had the displeasure of dealing with Jessie. Fill your meds somewhere else

I would give no stars if I could. One of my kids was diagnosed with strep recently. Her doctor sent in a prescription for amoxicillin liquid. We were told they didn't have the dosage necessary.Then, we were told they had received the dosage and her prescription was ready. When my husband arrived, they had lost her medication and of course they didn't have the necessary dosage. So, we called her doctor and he prescribed her something else, but of course they only had half of her prescription available. That was several days ago.We have called this location daily, only to be told her prescription will be ready "tomorrow", but it never is. Yesterday, we called at 2pm, and they told us it would be ready by 4pm. My husband called to make sure it was ready, and was told it wasn't ready, but it would be ready "tomorrow" (which is today). It won't be. They will tell us it will be ready tomorrow, again.She ran out of medication two days ago, halfway through, and we don't know when/if more will be available. Nobody has any idea what they are doing in the pharmacy at this location. It's pathetic. Can't even get a child a full prescription to get rid of strep. What do I do now?

They have gone down hill fast, with this week at a new low: they lied to us when we called them, saying the medication 'might be in tomorrow' after a week of effort, when in reality it hadn't been approved by insurance. We waited 90 minutes for a scheduled immunization. Go somewhere else.

They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. They are literally the worst pharmacy in the area!!!! I have been trying to get my blood pressure medicine since the 17th. My doctor sent it to them twice but they tell me it’s not there. I however watched my doctor send the prescription to them. I even saw it pending in my app. They refuse to answer their phones and when they do they have the audacity to say they can’t get prescription filled because they keep answering the phones. Obviously that is a lie or I would have my prescription. I have been without my BP meds now for 5 days. This is unacceptable and I hope whoever reads these reviews take note and choose another pharmacy because the one in Floyd’s Knobs is useless.

Was just serviced by Jesse at Pharmacy, and she went above and beyond to help fix the problem with our order due to insurance issues outside their control. I just wanted someone to know that Jesse is outstanding and I greatly appreciated her customer service! Thanks

NEVER EVER do business with this Walgreens, Always has excuse why they cannot transfer RX to another business or says they transferred RX when they did not and closed acct. You will always have problems with this pharmacy. After 2 years of problems with this pharmacy I finally got away from them and been much happier with Walmart Pharmacy

In looking at the reviews before posting, I see a lot of negative comments, specifically about the pharmacy. My comment runs along the same lines, my husband were there for our scheduled appointment COVID booster. Others had come in, some with or without appts. for vaccines, customers picking up prescriptions, others checking out, a busy morning. But, even with all of these customers, waiting, a busy drive through window, and the phone ringing off the hook, the only 3 employees working in the pharmacy, kept their cool and were patient with customers the entire time. Cedric was the manager on duty who gave us our shot. Not many employees would have kept it together in that type of environment. Perhaps additional support would be helpful.

Hard to get prescriptions filled, it can take days to months. Extremely slow!!!Very rude pharmacy staff. Very uncaring attitudes. Pharmacist not very knowledgeable. Changing pharmacy!

Very poor communication on the part of their pharmacy staff ( techs and pharmacist). Due to lack of communication, my med was delayed being filled for almost 2 full days. Total lack of assistance on their part to coordinate filling the medication. Moving on to another pharmacy.

The two blonde technicians are terrible. I wish I looked at their name tags. Can't enter insurance correctly. Telling a customer they don't have their rx to turn around and tell the Dr you have it after waiting an hour.

Do NOT use this Walgreens. They NEVER have medication available. Even when their app notifies you to tell you it's finally available to order after being delayed for weeks if not well over a month, so I place the order right away just to then be notified that "action is needed-call pharmacy" I call the pharmacy right away and I'm told that they're out-of stock. When I ask why does it say action needed rather than the typical "delayed" and why would I have just been notified that its available if it's not, I get every excuse in the book but never a legitimate answer. IF you are able to, use the State street location because this Highlander Point location is a joke. No such thing as customer service whatsoever!

The store was well stocked and tidy with grocery, household items and more. The bathrooms were clean. Easy access to this Walgreens off the Greenville exit. Conveniently located near restaurants and other shops.

I was a long time customer of Walgreens (Floyds Knobs). Tried to be understanding and patient due to these unprecedented times. This isn't like a restaurant where people can live with inconsistency and odd hours. If they even open at all. This is an essential business. Why they didn't shut this pharmacy down at the start of problems is beyond me. To allow it to continue to operate like it is, is a huge disservice. My child is epileptic. After four days of requesting refills then finally receiving a text to go pick up only to find them closed. I was done! My daughter can't go without her medication like this and I know so many others can't either. We switched to Mathes and they have been amazing! They have won me over and I will never go back to Walgreens!

My daughter takes seizures medication. On Friday, October 21, 2022 her dosage was increased. After picking up the medication and reading the label the dosage seemed off. I contacted her dr. The dosage was way off and had been filled incorrectly. She was to be taking 75mg of this medication and the RX label read for her to take 300mg. That dosage would have KILLED my daughter. Thankfully I noticed the error, trusted myself, and checked with her dr.When the pharmacy was called by my daughter’s dr they were told that the pharmacist was confused on the RX. Yet she NEVER called her dr. and filled it to what she interpreted.When I went into the pharmacy to pick-up the correct RX I spoke with the pharmacist. She was unapologetic. No compassion. She was very cold and very rude. Again, this was her mistake and could have KILLED my daughter. After seeing her in person…I recalled that this is the second time she has made a mistake with my daughters RX.I did speak with her manger, and he said that she was negligent and lacks bedside manners.If Brittnay Cunningham fills your RX you need to check it with what your dr prescribes. She is dangerous and should not be trusted in any pharmacy.

We started using this pharmacy 6 months ago. They constantly fill prescriptions we don't need and never have the ones we actually need. They are closed for 2 hours at lunch which has made it very inconvenient to pick up prescriptions on numerous occasions. We are moving our business to another pharmacy this week.

After 6 days of the drive thru being closed every time I came (during business hours), I tried coming inside to get prescriptions. I waited 30 minutes in line to be told they didn't have it anymore, but that they would fill it real quick. I've now been here over an hour and they're closing up without acknowledging me. I know everyone is understaffed, but they're essentially holding prescriptions hostage. I'll be finding a new pharmacy.

Don’t go here if you actually need a prescription filled within a day! They have recently cut back hours, lost staff, and are overwhelmed. I’m still waiting on my non urgent refills from a week ago. And now I’m concerned about the expertise of whoever fills the orders and if they are actually trained. I will be moving on to another pharmacy after many years here.

Drive thru seldom open, pharmacy does not open on time according to posted hours, in the past 4 months I’ve not once been able to pick up a prescription on the first attempt due to pharmacy being closed or the line extending to the front of the store despite trying early morning, midday, and after work. Then you get a call informing you your prescription will be re-shelved if not picked up - but you can’t pick up without 40-50 minutes feee to wait in-store in line (despite Covid) due to drive thru closure. Recommend ANY other pharmacy even if it requires a longer drive.

Walgreen commercials are really stupid.Instead of giving a nurse a bag of gifts, RECENTLY advertised by Walgreens, people should refuse to pay for healthcare. Walgreens never has any rx available-they must order, because they have no business other than playing games with customers who use the pharmacy.

The only thing worse than “No Service” is “bad and unreliable service.” If you want a drug from this pharmacy, save yourself the pain and go anywhere else. This is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve been to in the world. If you’re lucky enough to get there for the most random pharmacy hours this side of the sun, you’ll be unlucky to know they’ll probably close 2 hours early and the likelihood of transferring your prescription is slim to none.Do. Not. Go. Here.

The only time I usually go in this store is to drop off Fed Ex packages. I had to take my kids to have shots done and the pharmacy staff was super rude. The first girl couldnt even find my kids on the list at first, then the guy jumped into the conversation and said maybe I made the mistake finally the girl found them and no apoligy for being rude. The other red hair girl was rude also told me she get to me when she could get to me now or later. I wont deal with this store again other than dropping my packages off. The guy gave my kids the shot and he was nice to them so I greatly appreciate that.

Prescription wasn't ready two hours after it was called in. Told me it would be another two hours. I came back three hours later at 3:30 pm to pick it up and a sign reading "due to unforseen circumstances, the pharmacy will be closed the rest of the day." Was posted on the drive thru window. I am SO done with Walgreens pharmacy. Too many others around that would love my business.

Made an appointment to receive an immunization today. Arrived on time and was told to sit and wait while every other customer in line behind us was attended at the cash register. An hour later, finally received the shot.

I have tried to be patient however the situation has not improved over the past few months. Hours have been cut back, drive through not consistently open and very long wait times. I moved my prescriptions to the Corydon location. At least at the Corydon location they are finding ways to address similar issues that this store doesn’t seem to be able to handle.

Always friendly staff, but long check-out process. Even if it's just two or three people in front of me I'm still waiting at least 10 minutes. I went in a few days ago after work to buy a pack of cigarettes, and the lady sat there and tried talking me out of buying cigarettes because they were bad for me. I've worked at multiple grocery stores, Kroger in JC, and never have I once tried talking someone out of buying something because I thought it was bad for them. Everybody is their own individual person, and it's just plain disrespectful and rude to try and talk somebody out of buying something. I was with my friend who bought a pack of cigarettes also and a box of condoms in the lady sat there and talked to her about which condom she liked. It made me very uncomfortable and I walked out because I didn't want to listen to it anymore
