While visiting the area I made a quick stop at this Walmart to pick up a few essentials, the store itself is super clean, updated, and had what I needed. As I shopped I was surprised by the lack of safety with using an electric pallet jack while the store was open. The checkout process was quick and the host was super friendly.

This Walmart had some super nice art work right in the front by the carts. It was was just beautiful. Overall the team at this Walmart that does the displays are on point. This Walmart clothing section gave me the feel if a clothing store/mall feel. The bed display was nice & the baked good section was fresh & fully loaded. I only came here for a few things & my boyfriend bought two folding chairs that I have in the pics. I had fun looking around & getting pics for my review. Great job the team for keeping this Walmart looking good & those displays are definitely winning! I appreciate when I see a good clean store & with the proper management team the whole team will be winner's!

We waited in the electronics department for over half an hour for somebody to retrieve our photos for us. We received email and text that they were ready for pickup. My partner wandered the store searching for any employee for help and went to customer service twice just for nobody to be able to come and help us. The nice girl from customer service tried to come back and help but she didn’t have keys or anything to truly be able to help us out. Seems like there’s absolutely no manager in this Walmart and no employees capable of helping.

The store boasted an extensive range of products, from groceries to electronics, making it a convenient one-stop shop for various needs. Despite its size, the layout was well-organized, making navigation relatively easy.

Honestly one of the best Walmart experiences I’ve ever had. The workers are proactively helpful which is something I hardly experience at Walmart. Twice, I have been scanning for items and different employees have seen me and asked if I needed help and promptly directed me towards what I was searching for.

Sat for almost an hour waiting for order at 8pm when it said it was ready at 3. For one video game. The girl came out two times the entire time we were waiting. There were probably 10 cars waiting. When it says “order ready” I’m assuming that means my order is right by the door ready to go. Do better.

Sat on hold for 26 minutes waiting for them to confirm they have a product in stock. Had time to drive to the store, look for myself, and stand in line at customer service before hanging up. Was rudely greeted by Kathy who said “I’m not in customer service”. So I can order it for pickup in an hour but you don’t have it in the same store I can order it for pickup from? Doesn’t make any sense. If I didn’t call and drive up there myself I would have ordered it and been SOL when I came to pick it up. Walmart 96th street is a complete joke.

Sitting in pickup spot for 35 minutes only for them to completely blend my order with the car next to meWe both had to get out of our car, check each other's groceries and cross reference what we were finding with our own lists.I've traveled all around the country and this is by far the worst Walmart I've ever been to.Carts scattered everywhere in the parking lot, palates of material sitting in the middle of the aisle, garbage and loose items all over the floor.It's genuinely pathetic. Just go to Kroger man.

I as a customer, I’m truly disappointed to see what the store has turn into. I have a pet and the area of toys, leashes, and pet shampoo looks disgusting. There is bathrooms products, personal shampoo for adults just a bunch on things stacked up in the wrong place. A ton of isles are empty, as you can see in the pics. Most of the employees are just walking around. You ask for help and nobody knows where things are or just ignore you. I honestly hope that someone would do something. Our store looks horrible and I know for a fact I’m not the only one who feels this way. Also, did the store hours changed again. The doors are being shut at 8pm or way before that. Someone do something please.

Update after 2 years. There isn't as much on the shelves as they used to be. Seems like Walmart isn't employing enough people and the customer has to manage billing on their own. There ought to be a discount on self checkout for all the money they're saving. Self checkout is awful when you're in a queue with two items and people ahead of you have a truckload.A supercenter, rightly so. 5 stars for the auto center!The store's got nearly everything you're looking for. Christmas, Thanksgiving, school supplies, et Al.The self checkout lanes are overcrowded most times so you can checkout faster through the conventional lanes!

I don’t know where to begin with this review.From the time I stepped inside to the time I left the whole experience left me in disbelief.Totally unprofessional in so many ways with from the start the auto repair employees blaming others for their mistakes. They vent their anger towards you the customer and then complain about it towards you. I don’t have the energy to go on. I tried to save money and all I got was a bad experience.Think about it before you go into this place.Not worth the hassle

This store is definitely cleaned up Their act. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of the checking lanes were open and I was able to walk up and do self check out. In addition customer service representatives like Ken, Jayda and others made my transaction very seamless. Not like the other Walmart where you have to wait all day long in order to get service I get checked out. This is a great location. Good job guys!

good morning, I would like to share my experience buying on the Walmart website on Black Friday. I bought two Fireston brand tires to pick up on Friday morning. That day, I went to the store and the people in charge of the The cars tell me that they cannot deliver the tires to me because the website has not yet sent them the product but they had them in inventory today, one day after the purchase, it turns out that they return the money to me, in reality I am not needing them. the money but my tires that's why I bought them that day and in that promotion. It seems very unfair to me that they offer a product or some service and this is not fulfilled. At the end of this paragraph I am going to leave the order number of the purchase I made that day I just hope that someone with a good heart can read this comment and in the future people do not have a bad time when it comes to buying or picking up their products. Worst experience ever at the photo center. Placed an online order yesterday and received the order ready confirmation around 12.30pm. Came today to pick up the order, but it was not ready. One associate asked me to come in an hour and another asked me to come back in two hours. Please get things together Walmart. Why you send out order ready text and email if it's not ready? Don't waste our time.

E96th Wal-Mart has (finally) been upgraded/remodeled after thirty-plus years... I know, I've lived here all along.The interior is refreshingly wide aisles and cleaner than it used to be.Relocating the pharmacy relieved the traffic problems with grocery shoppers.Parking is still at no cost, and the spaces are, generally, wide enough.There are not, however, enough cart collectors in the parking lot. Two problems. They get full and are not emptied; or, discourteous shoppers don't take their carts to the collectors.Lastly, this Wal-mart's lot tends to get pretty 'trashy'. Trash depositors are usually part of cart collectors (see the problem? ) and, of course, discounters shoppers and / or their children.

We grocery shop at this Wal Mart every Sunday. We purposely come to this Wal Mart because the ones on the Eastside and trash. Every single cart this morning had trash in it as well as the cart area being filthy. I have a picture, but it won't let me upload it.

Amazing Walmart! And get everything here from food to clothes,.. management must be good as I've never had an issue with any employee or check out. I also attend the Claire's that is inside the store, which is fabulous. In addition, I get my eyebrows and face waxed here every two weeks and my beautiful eyelashes put on from the salon inside the prices. There are great just as they are the best for Walmart standard products. My mom is also handicapped and she is easily able to find a charged up automatic share. If there are any issues, the staff is always happy to help.

The reason for my 3 stars is because of the way I seen a manager treated a customer I personally didn't have anything done to me but to watch the way the female manager talk to this woman because of a return! I just think she should have gone about it totally different! She embarrassed the woman and if you ask me she embarrassed herself! well I would've been!

How clean and organized it is and I understand the closing time but the people at the checkout don't have to be rude, just be patient, we are simply people who out of necessity go shopping because we don't have time, just be understanding and understand hard work. Do not buy a gift card here. It will not work. When you try to get it fixed, the manager is too afraid that it's a "scam."
