Absolutely horrible and rude management! I called in to get my 14 day health guarantee because my puppy has an upper respiratory infection due to being in THEIR store! The manager I spoke to was nothing but rude! They asked if I went to "their vet" and I did for the free physical but "their vet" missed it completely that she was so sick! They told me she was healthy at "their vet"! I went to my vet and got her diagnosed very easily with an upper respiratory infection! The manager I talked to said that she "didn't see the problem" and continued to just hang up on me! If you want a real healthy guarantee then go elsewhere because they won't cover anything here even if it is their fault! Some "health coverage" this is! They also need to get this place better staffed with people who are friendly and not rude!

this isn’t so much about the store as it is a specific employee! Jamie happened to be there when my family and I visited recently and she was AMAZING!!! Her smile never left her face, there were little kids asking her questions and she had a nice, friendly answer for every question asked. She knew everything about all of the dogs and cats! She was amazing, I could go on and on, she was amazing and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! :)

We started a new saltwater aquarium hobby could not have done it with the guys at Uncle Bills! Very knowledgeable they have been with us every step of the way! We had/have a ton of questions and they always direct us in the right direction thank you Dustin, Alex, Jessie and Max!

The fish aquariums are not kept up with very well. Lots of expensive crossbred dogs. $3000 for a Pomski? Is that even a humane breeding? Hopefully the female was the husky and not the Pomeranian if not done in vitro. Asked all these e questions in person and no one knew or cared to find out the answers for me.

Our crayfish passed away due to white spot syndrome, a viral infection as we learned that our critter must have been purchased with as we had no other exposure points. I'm not an expert but I believe if management reads this they should be aware and explore their suppliers conditions if possible - although honestly I'm not sure how preventable or identifiable this is, it may just be part of the horrors of capitalist/mass produced aquarium critters. But a note to future customers of crayfish as well, you may only get less than a year out of your new family member.Overall the staff were friendly, helpful, and loved caring for the animals from our perspective. I was just disappointed that such a beautiful blue cray had such a significantly shortened lifespan. RIP Jimmy Snips, you were an amazing crayfish.

What a nice local store to have besides your big chain stores. They have a great variety and selection for all types of pets. It took awhile for someone to come check us out but the people were friendly.

Had everything I needed as usual. I keep small jumping spiders as a hobby. And they always have fresh crickets, meal worms and fruit flies by demand. Very friendly and lots of great stuff for our furry pets.

Seems like a nice, well stocked pet store, but we've been there a few times and have not ever been able to get an employee to talk to us. We were looking to get a pet for the first time and had a lot of questions, so we'll probably end up going somewhere else. But the pet store itself has a lot of different animals and a lot of supplies.

I see this cichlid with no tail fins. I asked the guy if they adopt them out if they are injured, he said "no, they are just mean fish" he's $10, I could set him up in his own tank but I would be suporting a awful place. I pointed out the fish that had ick and asked if they are going to treat them he said "no, its 1200 gallons, we cant treat all of it, we just add salt to the system and let them figure it out." Many fish were in rough shape, fins tore up and clear signs of not being taken care of.After bitching the store guy out twice he moved him into the smaller cichlid tank to atleast help him heal. I told the guy I would take him home for free but would not buy him because I did not agree with they way they take care of their animals. On top of that their guinea pigs, rabbits and any other small animals were in to small of spaces. Their puppies are $2500 and come from puppy mills. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !

I hate pet stores like this. They do the bare minimum in taking care of the pets and price them for over $1,200. When you can get the same pet at the humane society for $20 with actual volunteers who take great care of the pets. It’s sad and disgusting that these animals are locked in cages and pawned off for a quick buck.

I bought two birds 2 days ago , if the bird die within 7 days I get refund or different.Ok one of the bird died I took it back to the store I got another bird but the manager over there his name is Alex was very rude and not professional handling situation and make me feel like wants to get ready of me and I just spend $135 , he wasn’t nice at all since it’s only 3 days I asked him for a few days warranty on this bird since it’s less than a week he refused in a nasty no.They need to treats customers better way and have some skills .

Its a nice pet store. i do not encourage buying puppies from here because im all for shelter dogs. But the staff is really nice. Store is always clean. Bright and easy to find what you are shopping for.

The fish tanks here are full of algae so I wont buy fish here, but the puppies and kitties are super cute and seem to be well taken care of.

I used to love going here and looking at the animals and reptiles. I went in there today and the cats cages needed cleaned the were so gross I couldn't even go near them all you smelt was urine and poop the one puppy was so scared and terrified anytime you went anywhere near it gage it started shaking. Then half the scorpions didn't have water or proper inclosures under a heat light so no where to go to cool down then you tell them one is dead and they say we'll it's got water in there.

Uncle Bill’s has a huge variety of everything you need for your pets. Dogs, cats, rodents, fish, reptiles, etc. they sell live insects to feed your reptiles.Insects are quite expensive and all my crickets died within just a few days. I would prefer to get live insects from here than to order online, but the price and quality is just not great.Our hamster was a great purchase though and a fair price. We were able to get everything we need for our hamster from here.

Friendly staff, good selection. We get live hoppers from here to feed our snake. One day I forgot my wallet and was short 50 cents in cash but they let me get it anyway. Our 1st choice for pet supplies now.

Best pet store around. Good prices, exotic animals, everything is well taken care of. Staff is overly nice and helpful. I've bought a bunch of different animals from them and everything is still going strong with no health issues.

Before they stopped letting you play with pets, one of the staff gave my seat to a white couple even though me and my mom who wanted to see a kitten said that we wanted to sit in the only seat that was available. I waited 15 minutes for that seat and the lady gave it to those who came way after us. I tried to tell the women in charge, but they just brushed me aside like it didn't happen.

Clayton is a gem. We bought our little puppy after he spoke with us and shared his incredible knowledge with my wife and I. When we've had issues with her food our treats, we've specifically looked for him for his advice. His personality is a ray of sunshine and we've always been greeted and treated like family. Y'all have found yourself an incredible employee!

Never had an associate ask if I need any help. Their prices on some stuff was I thought a little too pricey. I gave it 3 stars because at least it was clean. Also hate seeing dog who don't have a blanket or bed to lay on.

I went here with my boyfriend the other day and had an awful experience. I am about to be 17 and he is 18. The store was completely empty except for us. We were looking at the puppies as an employee watched and wandered near us. We asked the employee to see a puppy and he asked if either of us was 18. I said that my boyfriend was and he asked for ID, which we handed over and he approved. Then he said that my boyfriend could see the puppy but I was not allowed to. I could watch, apparently. What?? I have been here before with my grandma and mom and they have never once told me that I’m not allowed to go in the pen. The employee appeared smug when he said I would not be able to go in. According to the website, there is no policy against me being in there due to the fact that I was with someone who is 18. I was incredibly upset and I will not be returning.
