I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smitten Kitten, a delightful cat cafe that seamlessly combines the joy of spending time with furry feline friends and savoring a cup of steaming coffee. Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, this establishment offers a unique and heartwarming experience that cat lovers and coffee enthusiasts alike will cherish.Upon entering Smitten Kitten, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The soft purrs and playful antics of resident cats created a soothing ambiance, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cafe was thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, large windows allowing natural light to stream in, and strategically placed cat-friendly furniture, ensuring that both humans and cats could coexist harmoniously.The star attractions, of course, were the cats themselves. Smitten Kitten partners with a local animal shelter, providing a temporary home for adoptable cats. The diverse range of feline personalities added to the charm of the cafe, from the playful kittens that darted between tables to the more reserved older cats lounging on cozy cushions. The staff members, who clearly adored their four-legged charges, were attentive to both the needs of the cats and the patrons.

This cat café not only does great things for it’s cat residents (over 300 adoptions so far!!), but they also provide such an amazing space for their visitors. We stopped by for a half-hour visit in the Cat Lounge and it was a great experience! The space was clean, the cats were very friendly and the staff were helpful and approachable. We spoke with Ash about how the Café works and she was extremely informative and kind to our group. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone that’s considering stopping in!! Thank you Smitten Kitten for creating a safe place for these kitties to stay while they wait for their forever homes! ❤️🐱

Reservations recommended! The staff was super helpful in getting us in, but a reservation is definitely needed.The cats are adoptable and super friendly - the capacity limits also keep it from being overcrowded!The coffees were great and used Torani and 1883 syrups. They also had fun seasonaldrinks like a strawberry matcha latte.A bit pricey with the experience being 10$/person for 30 minutes, but it’s good that it goes towards the shelter/adoption process!Dietary restrictions: Torani and 1883 syrups used. Almond and Oat milk is also available.

Visited The Smitten Kitten 🐾🐈 Cat Cafe in Fishers and it is fabulous! The decor is outstanding and I am attaching several pictures. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Clean and beautiful interior! The coffee was delicious and the cookies were yummy. Most importantly, cats. This is a great place to come to hang out and see the cats and get to know them-and adopt a shelter pet. We will definitely be back!

I recently went to this cat cafe. It was around 1pm when I visited with my family. For the most part, the cats were lounging around and resting. They must have been active all morning so I didn't mind. I love the fact that they had toys and chairs for the visitors. Overall, the cats were friendly. It was a nice closed environment to just lounge and enjoy seeing cats. The cafe area is very nice and clean. I cannot wait to visit again!

We were so excited to go to the cat cafe as we are self proclaimed “cat people”.The space is very well decorated with natural light and openness.Large menu of drinks and some baked items.The medicine ball was exactly what I needed.There were many cats in the cat room but there were also many people in at the same time. I wish there was a cap because the cats definitely felt overwhelmed with the amount of small people going after them.My only issue was the staff, they were all just meh, like they didn’t want to be there or interact with customers. When we first walked in there was no staff present at the counter we waited quite a while until someone came from the restroom. While I don’t fault them for having to go to the restroom, there were two other staff members that should have manned the front. No one seemed to be concerned with customer satisfaction at all.

I can't say enough awesome things about this place. We simply love it here! It's always clean on the cafe side and the kitties are definitely cared for like royalty. You can tell the owners and staff genuinely enjoy their jobs and are very informative and welcoming to guests. Now one thing I want to highlight; the cost of cat gifts available for purchase have always been a reasonable price and unique! It's someplace great to shop for the cat lover in your life. Overall the concept of giving people within the community a place to come love on adoptable cats is a beautiful thing.

Absolutely loved my time here! All the cats were friendly and/or playful. Staff were very kind and helpful. $14 for one hour with the cats. Technically reservations aren't necessary, but definitely recommended if going on a busier time of day or day of the week like Saturday afternoon. They do have drinks and snacks there for purchase, as well as other items such as cat hats, etc.

Super cute kitten cafe and coffee was fantastic too! I got a Vanilla Latte with half and half milk and it was REALLY good. We reserved a 30min spot with the cats online for $7/person. I'd recommend arriving 10-15min early so you have time to order coffee, go through the waiver and orientation, and use your entire 30min. They do request you leave right at the end of the 30min as scheduled. The kittens are super cute and there's lots of toys/brushes to interact with them. When we went there was 3 little kittens ~2months old and a few older cats. The kittens were super playful and fun! You can also adopt the kittens there and there's a little bio folder available.

Extraordinarily good vibes, the cats seem content and about as unstressed as they could be (considering they're shelter cats). The cat cafe also has a shockingly great adoption rate: with over 10 cats adopted per week they have found almost 300 cats homes in less the half a year they've been open. Their selection of cat-related trinkets and gifts is also a wonderful selection; with socks, hoodies, stickers, a crochet kit, various baskets and a few other goodies this place makes a great way to find a gift for any cat lover

Excellent experience! Everyone working here is helpful and friendly, and very good with children! This cafe is so clean and cheery! The gentleman giving us the rules was very thorough and also very good at gearing his talk to children. The girl managing the cat area was knowledgeable and able to keep a watch of the entire area. We will certainly be back!

If I could, I would give more than 5 stars!I called the day before Christmas eve to see more information on two of the cats there for my sister. As I wanted to get her a cat for Christmas. She had a tough year and a cat was all that she wanted.At first, I was a little put off by the girl who answered the phone. She didn't seem pleasant and called me "she" when in fact I am a grown man haha (I understand, she was probably irritated or had a bad day).However, when I wanted more information about the cats, she passed my call along to Adrianne (I hope I got her name right!), things took a turn for the better. She was able to tell me some detailed info on the cats that helped me get an idea what cat is best for my sis.I was a bit nervous about bringing my sister there as most experiences in the past there were loud and had lot of immature guests which in turn made it difficult to spend time with the cats, however Adrianne made it my best experience so far. She remembered our phone call and wanted the best cat for my sister.There were a group of teenagers blocking the way to one of the cats my sister wanted to see and Adrianne carefully got the cat out from the corner to a spot where my sis could observe her. We only had 30 minutes to look and with the other guests it was hard to find the perfect cat. Adrianne was so kind to let us stay past a couple minutes so it could be quieter. After that my sister actually found a different cat catered to her liking named Angel Noelle. I work in guest experience at my business and I have to say that Adrianne is a superstar! One of your best employees!

Don't listen to the entitled Karen's giving this place one star reviews. There isn't a cat cafe in the country that doesn't HIGHLY recommend reservations.This place is really cute and I love the space they've created for the cats! My only suggestions are having more outgoing cats in the room, quite a few of the cats were skittish and not wanting anything to do with people, and speed up service at the counter. Otherwise had a great time

My boyfriend and I visited Smitten Kitten for the first time this evening and had a great time! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The employees were all very kind and got our beverages out to us quickly. The cafe and cat room are both spacious. There are plenty of places to sit and hangout with the cats. They have tons of toys, beds, and hideaways for the cats and functional cat furniture! Smitten Kitten is definitely an asset to the community by providing a safe space for adoptable cats prior to their forever home. Can’t wait to go back and support them!

We came here to meet and adopt a cat so we didn't actually try any food but we did have a lot of fun interacting with all the cats as they have lots of different personalities and it made me nostalgic for the cat cafe we visited in Tokyo, Japan.Our cat, Mouse, is 8yo, he was lonely and needed a buddy. My husband really wanted a black cat, que in Uncle Si, he was older and black with pretty green eyes.The staff were so helpful when we expressed interest in adopting him, they showed us his favorite place to hang, gave us some treats for him, and told us about his fave toys and activities. They also introduced us to some of the other older cats. We got to play with quite a few cats during our reserved time which was super fun!Uncle Si seemed like a laid back retired street cat and sure enough, him and our other cat have become really good pals! We're so thankful for the cafe type setting to have gotten to meet him and see how he was with other cats. They were hosting him from Hamilton's Humane Society around the corner, we had him home in less than 2 hours!! No wonder they've adopted out more cats than days they've been open!TLDR; We met and brought home the perfect cat for our household and he seems to love us as much as we do him!!

The cafe is cozy, welcoming and very clean. They have a fantastic assortment of baked goods as well as creative drink selections. Our chai lattes were dreamy! The lemonade with mango boba was delicious as well.All of the staff was very nice and answered any questions we had about the cats.The room where you interact with the cats was very clean. Cats played and slept in cute spaces all over the room. There were plenty of toys to play with.Our kids, 10 & 6, loved their experience. Highly recommend whether you're looking to adopt or just have a novel experience in Fishers.

I brought my twin sons here to celebrate their 14th birthday and we had a spectacular time. We were able to greet some very precious (and adoptable!) cats, enjoy some delicious cocoa and chai, and just enjoy an hour at this very lovely place. The cat space is full of toys, brushes, and comfy spaces to interact with the cats. I can see that they are very well taken care of here.We cannot wait to go back!

We stopped here on our way out of town. Our 11 month old LOVES cats so we like taking him to cat cafes. Other cat cafes have charged our baby full adult admission prices, but here children under 5 (on weekdays) get in FREE! I loved the option to spend either 30 or 60 minutes with the cats. 30 minutes was the perfect amount of time for us. The cat room was spacious and there was enough room for my baby to move around and see lots of cats. I also enjoyed my coffee! Would come again.

I appreciate that they make it easier for the kitties to get adopted by letting people see their personalities and play with them. It is a very calming and fun experience.For the food side, they have a lot of vegan pastry and drink options.

Love this place!! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my mom so she could play with the cats as she is not able to have a cat at the moment. Seeing her play with the cats was wonderful. She loved it! Will definitely return. Coffee was delicious and the "gift shop" items were very reasonably priced. I purchased the most adorable hand knitted cat bed made by staff member Ashley. My cat loves it!

You don’t have to be a cat lover to visit the Smitten Kitten in Fishers. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We watched the other people play with the cats from the window seats while we enjoyed our delicious treats and drinks. Our grandkids were there on another day and loved every minute. Fun to watch the kids and kittens interact with each other.

We visited Smitten Kitten during a recent visit to Fishers Indiana. The staff here were super friendly and we were able to schedule a 30 minute session the day before. Wife and I have two cats already and loved seeing the atmosphere these lovers live in. So much better than a cage. My only complaint is my wife now wants to open our own cafe locally 😉.

Staff is very friendly. There are books with info about every cat currently at the Cafe. We loved that you can bring drinks into the cat area (no food). The cat area is well decorated, clean and just a really relaxing space. We enjoyed visiting the 11 cats that were there, most of them sleeping since we went mid day, but a few woke up and got pretty playful for my 2 kids. They have toys and catnip there at the Cafe. We will definitely return!
