I had an exceptional experience last week! The grooming service for my cutie was top-notch. The staff was incredibly professional and their expertise truly showed in the way they handled my furry friend. The attention to detail during the grooming process was impressive, and the end result exceeded my expectations. He not only looks amazing with a fresh haircut but also seemed to enjoy the process. I greatly appreciate the care and dedication the team put into making sure both the service and my dog's comfort were a priority. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend for their outstanding pet grooming services! 🐶✂️

Love this place! Definitely my favorite groomer in Indiana. They do a wonderful job and my pups always come back very happy and clean! I have three dogs, so sometimes they get a little crazy and hyper, but the groomers and owners soothe them and treat them as though they are their own. Always do a fantastic job, too. Highly recommend for your furry friends!!

They did a great job on our boys! Done in a timely manner, smelled good, and priced well. They were also able to get us an appointment in a timely fashion, which is hard to find. Also, my Wheaton was nippy because of the new facility and he can be a grouchy old man. They still managed to cut him evenly and he looked great! Both dogs were happy and so was I!

I was impressed with how well Brutus our goldendoodle was groomed. She was very patient with him and I literally didn’t recognize him when I went to pick him. He now loves going to the groomer!

We have been taking our dog to Precious Paws for grooming for several years now and they have always done a good job. We had a bad experience however this time with how they handled him. Isabelle was on her mobile phone when I came to pick him up and she went in the back and allowed our dog to just run into the lobby with no harness or collar on to grab him with. He is an excitable dog and very much wanted to leave. Without hanging up the phone she tossed the harness at me but it had been taken off of him wrong and wouldn't close properly. Then she tossed his collar at me and by this time he was very excited and I couldn't hold on to him to get the collar on him. Luckily my husband was waiting outside and came in to help. She never bothered to hang up the phone to help. Someone could have opened the outside door and he would have been gone. Normally they put collars and harnesses on him before bringing him out, as they should for everyone's safety rather than just letting him run wild and loose. I'm very disappointed and feel he was endangered by the way she carelessly handled him.

We've been taking our mini bernedoodle to Precious Paws for 18 months and always felt that they were kind and professional until this last visit. Admittedly, we waited a little long in between visits but brushed our dog's back, chest, and belly almost daily to prevent matting. Imagine our surprise when we picked her up and were charged a $28 de-matting fee due to her legs and behind. Their policy is free brushing for the first 15 minutes and $1/minute after that. I am sure this is stated somewhere, but we had never incurred this charge before and found it quite surprising. More concerning is that they brushed our poor pup for almost 45 minutes! She always leaves looking great, but this certainly wasn't worth it.

I have owned dogs all my life and labradooodles for the last 14 years. I've used Precious Paws for several of those and have been very happy. If your doodle is matted there is an additional charge, as it should be. It is hard on both your dog and the groomer. My dogs also occasionally get matted when life gets in the way. It is unfair to blame the groomer. The business is clean, the grooming prompt, and my dogs look good and are combed out, not just the top part of the coat. The pandemic quarantine gave me new appreciation for how hard groomers work and the skill they have.

We used to go to this groomer all the time with our American Eskimo. They always did an amazing job!! We have since moved away but haven’t found a groomer as good as Precious Paws.

I had a dog that was very matted. I was told by another reputable groomer that she had to be totally shaved. I remembered Precious Paws helping me a few years ago with a different cocker spaniel that way matted. So I called them and they agreed to take a look. They said they could save her fur if the dog would put up with being dematted. She did. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this groomer!

We have a mini goldendoodle, and cannot consistently brush her which leaves her matted and tangled. They were able to make her look so cute when she was shaved down, whereas most places tend to make her look like a drowned rat. I am so impressed, and will take our dogs here from now on. I recommend this groomer to anyone!

What a terrible experience. I made an appointment online and never received a confirmation of an appointment. I called to confirm, and I was told I should have received an email (which I never did).I was told that the groomer had worked with Bernese Mountain Dogs before. I asked how long it would be for her appointment, and we were quoted 3-4 hours. Five hours later, our dog was ready to be picked up. Not only was she shaved (which if the groomer had had any experience working with Bernese Mountain Dogs, would be aware that a very natural look is standard for Berners, and only the feet, ears, and tail are slightly shaped). Instead, our dog had been completely shaved, and no longer had her beautiful long coat. The fur around the pads of her feet were cut so short that the skin was pink and irritated.The groomer had also cut into the quick of one of her nails, and our dog had dried blood on her paw. I could not be more disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.

We have been taking our shih tzu to Precious Paws for a few years now and they always do a fabulous job. The entire staff is friendly and you can tell that they loved their job. I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom my little guy!

They always do a great job with both of our dogs. We have a rat terrier and a boarder collie/English setter mix and both always come out looking great. Prices are great and we've never had any issues with them.

We love taking our Shih Tzu to Precious Paws for grooming. They are super friendly and can always get us in within a few days. We have taken our dog to a big name store and he did not like going back there. He likes going back to Precious Paws where I know he is treated kindly!!

The staff was very attentive to what I wanted. My yorkie pup is very active and feisty when it comes to grooming. He was injured by a high end groomer in Carmel. This place was excellent! Fast service! Made my special guy look like a show-dog!!! I will not go anywhere else!

We have been bringing our Bichon, Teddy to Precious Paws for over a year now. The owners are always very friendly & professional and they do a terrific job grooming Teddy. I have taken Teddy to several other groomers in the past and I am always disappointed by the way they groom him. At precious paws, they give him a true Bichon haircut and it looks wonderful every time. We are moving to Brownsburg soon and plan to continue to drive all the way to Fishers for grooming because they are the best!!!

So far within the last few days, I have had 2 of my dogs here for grooming.i could not be more pleased. The staff is terrific and the place is very clean. Took my Mini Australian Shepherd in for a bath and brush out. He is 26 lbs. He had some matting around his legs and I took him to get them out. When I picked him up, at first glance, he looked good. Got home and they just cut chunks of fur out. Huge chunks! This ruins the coats of the Australian shepherds to cut that short!! They also charged me $50 for a bath and brush. If I wanted them cut out I could have done that myself!!! Not happy will not go back.

I've taken my two bishon's to several places and their hair cuts are never what I ask but this place nailed it. My dogs smelled to clean and were so happy. Precious Paws were friendly and professional. Their facility is very clean. I will be returning.

After completely disregarding every grooming instruction I wrote out (after learning from my first experience here) the groomer cut EVERY SINGLE toe nail on my puppy too short to the quick. Over a week later, his nails are still bleeding.I placed a call to the groomer just to give them a heads up so it didn’t happen again and she argued with me saying his quicks were just too long?!!!!!!!I am not one to ever leave a bad review, but I have then a chance to apologize and they blamed his “long quicks” for their ridiculous mistake. :(

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. It's even sadder that my first rating was a good one, but that was apparently premature. The owners, Isabel and her partner, were SOOOOOO RUDE and INSULTED ME in front of two other customers. They asked me if "there is a reason I keep my dog's hair long" and then told me that if I'm going to keep his hair long, that I need to be a better owner and brush him everyday. I left, went home, and actually cried because they hurt my feelings and humiliated me in front of two other people (who now think I'm a negligent pet owner). Here's what they don't get: My dog Ronin is half Shih Tzu , and half Coton De Tulear. He is my whole world (I have no kids and work from home) so he is very spoiled and VERY well taken care of. Since he is half Coton de Tulear, he has an undercoat of hair on his arms and legs that mats as soon as it gets wet. Have you ever tried to de-mat a wet cotton ball? It's much like that. No matter how much you brush and de-mat beforehand, that undercoat mats when wet. They thought I just didn't take care of my dog and accused me of being negligent before discussing it with me in private first. I will NEVER go back again and I urge no one else to. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It's pricey, but they do a decent enough job. Took my Aussie Shepherd there for a trim and nail cut. It took about 4 hours til I got him back, but I didn't mind the time off.
