This is a wonderful place to board your fur babies. We have boarded 3 different dogs at the Fishers location and have had no issues. The staff is familiar & friendly! They respond timely to texts & phone calls. Monica does a wonderful job with grooming. She listens and knows what different breeds need! I would recommend Bonnie for training!

Our dogs absolutely love this place! It always makes us feel a little bit less guilty going on vacation knowing that they’re going to have fun and that the staff is going to take great care of them. Our golden, Loki, can’t get back to the play group fast enough. He also gets groomed there and always looks fantastic afterwards (see photo). Highly recommend!! PetSuites in Fishers offers grooming so I take my two little longhaired dachshunds there for grooming. Monica is the best groomer I’ve ever had. My dogs love her and she does a very good job on both of them. Monica is very friendly and very calming to my girls. She always finds a time for us to come in. Extremely happy with her grooming skills.

We brought our dog here and made an appointment for 6:30 am and pickup time for 7:30 am. We were the 2nd people in there and we waited over 3 hours for our puppy just to get bathed and nails trimmed. I don’t know what the point in having an appointment and pickup time if that’s not accurate at all. My dog waited in a room for 2 1/2 hours before even being seen by the groomer. Apparently it’s first come first serve for grooming, and that was very unclear when making the appointment and dropping off my dog. Disappointed in the way they handle “appointments”.

My 2 lady dogs always have such a wonderful time at Pet Suites in Fishers. I relocated a couple years ago and tried to take them to another facility. It did NOT go well. Even tho I have to drive a bit farther, it’s worth it for my peace of mind, as well as theirs. Thanks everyone!! We will see you next time.

The absolute best place to care for my pups. I say that after traveling and living in several places and states and having to use other pet boarding facilities. With Petsuites Fishers I know for sure they take my dogs’ safety seriously, my dogs are attended to, their special diet and medications provided and that I can call anytime and get a friendly update on their condition. I have a fragile little shihtzu and leaving him is nerve wracking so I now travel from Dayton Ohio to Fishers Indiana to board him with petsuites and fly from Indianapolis airport instead of Cincinnati.

Discrimination against pits and pit mixes! I have a full grown 24 pound MinPin/Pit mix and was told immediately upon arrival that she would be put in large group play because of her breed. I brushed it off, but should have left right then. I asked for an update after evaluation and never got one. Finally reached out myself and was told that she failed because she could not handle the large dogs. She is 24 pounds and should never have been put in that situation in the first place. She was never even offered to go into small group because she is a “bully breed” and there are “no exceptions”. However she has thrived at other facilities in small group. I picked her up early since she wasn’t going to be in group play and ever since she has been acting scared and stressed. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

We had an excellent experience for Chilli-Bean, Romeo and Juliet. We had the day car and also had some behavior training. We also had the dogs groom on the last day. We stayed for 8 days and were very happy with the care of our furbabies and will be returning in July.

PetSuites has been a life saver for our family! I discovered PetSuites in a pinch when I called to see if they had any last minute boarding available. Fortunately, they did. The check in process was extremely thorough and they did not bat an eye when I brought three blankets, a dog bed, and 10 toys each for my two chocolate labs. I called to check in every day and I received A full and extensive report on how my dogs were doing when I called. This made me as a pet owner feel so confident that they were receiving good care and happy. You can add on services when you board as well. We added on the puppy preschool and training sessions for our three-month-old puppy at the time; we also chose to add on A grooming session and an individual play session every day for our seven-year-old chocolate lab. They do also offer group play for fixed dogs older than six months.Aside from the boarding, i’ve chosen to enroll our puppy in the puppy preschool day boarding and a dog training program (Dog Training by Jarod) twice a week. This has made such a big impact in his manners! He is building a foundation for a great skill set and a social attitude.The biggest thing that stands out to me is how excited my puppy gets when we pull up to his school. He runs in and immediately runs to greet the employees working. As a pet owner, this ensures me that my dog is getting a lot of love and attention. When my puppy graduates from the puppy preschool program, I plan to keep him enrolled in the adult dog day play program.I highly recommend PetSuites for both boarding and day time classes!

I don’t know what happens here, but our pup smelled so bad it was unreal. When we picked him up he was wet, matted, and smelled like hot garbage. We paid for the lux package and it seems like it wasn’t anything but that. His blanket and toys even smelled terrible. We will not be returning here. We had to take him to the groomers to be cut and cleaned.

This was my first time boarding any of my pets. PetSuites of Fishers eased my anxiety with constant communication and updates about my little guy. The premises is clean & comfortable, the staff is caring & really love their clients, and the dogs coming in were excited to be there, which is a really good sign! Highly recommended by Max & I! ❤~Thank you for taking such good care of Max while I was away!

PetSuites accommodated our pup very last minute which we greatly appreciated. The staff was very nice & the facilities were very clean. It’s a chain so their app and website were pretty efficient and they directed me there when I called in. It was pretty pricey compared to where we normally kennel our pup but overall she seemed happy & taken care of during her stay which is the most important 🐶

We picked up our dog the other day and our dog was tired, limping, and not himself. Seriously hire more people to watch the dogs ok. If my dog got hurt or bitten and no one cared then what oh well? He likes to swim and was wet when he got picked up to go into the car. What in the world why would you not dry off the dog. My dog is also limping and this is a golden retriever who loves to play but why did he get hurt? It is not cheap here. Please take care of our pets more we pay to have them watched and taken care of. My dog could barely stand when he came home from exhaustion. Then he was eating like he never ate the entire day! Things have got to change for us to come back. Please work on things PetSuites!!

Great care and staff for my dog! We have boarded her here several times now. . She is always happy to come thru the door which tells me a lot . She is always well cared for and loved , which is the best . The staff are wonderful and always share how they love her . Highly recommend !

We take our pups for “all day play” and they have an amazing time. Our dogs know the day of the week that they are supposed to go there and you can tell how much they like it and that they want to return every week.You will see several teams working the front seat but after few visits you will get to know the whole team.They also have treats available to try and to treat the pups after a full day of play time.The green areas around are perfect to let pups relief before and after a full day of activity with plenty of supplies for cleanup.Once one of our pups got nipped by another dog and they have a plan that covers the expenses of attention and they were in full contact and disclosure with us when pup got hurt and was taken to the vet and back. Very responsive team and they care for your pups more than you can expect.

Came to indy from Chicago for wifes surgery. Our dog sitter backed out. Needed just the daycare for our dog. Called on our drive down .wife filled out emails and sent our vet history while traveling. Accepted for care that morning. He had a great time. Staff and facilities were great. Picked him up in evening and was tired out all the way home.Thank you so much for taking the care and pressure off us on a tense day.PS. Wife is doing well.The McDonalds and Macs

Glad we found this place! We decided to try PetSuites when our normal doggie daycare was full and we made the switch over. Having turf is so nice so he doesn't get as dirty and he loves the pools.

I have used Boarding and grooming services at Petsuites for my dog Jack for almost a year now. Jack loves when he gets to visit and play with his friends. He is nervous around other dogs and the Petsuites staff was accommodating and understanding. He was always a happy boy when I would pick him up! We appreciate the warm and friendly atmosphere.

The only hiccup was I discussed picking up my dogs on Thursday after 12pm when I checked in. Got a call Tuesday asking if I would be picking them up. My dogs had been bathed and then were kenneled for 2 more days. Luckily they are short haired so their fur was smooth and still smelled clean. I’m giving 5 stars because admittedly I could’ve booked the reservation wrong online and at least I got a call to confirm. Might suggest verifying the online reservation at check in.

My main issues with this place are the following:A) My dogs came home with tummy problems every single time. They have a policy that I found out about a bit too late that may have been helpful. But on the second time I brought them home and had to pay over $150 at the vet for tummy meds, I called them to say "hey, you're facility is giving my dogs tummy problems." They replied that they have a policy to reimburse for things like that up to a certain dollar amount. I only found out about this upon complaining out of frustration, that should be made more clear in their documentation because it has a time limit, I couldn't get reimbursed for the other time(s) it happened at that point. I'd also really just like for my dogs to not need to be seen by a vet after their stay at a boarding facility in the first place.B) You have to pay really unreasonable up-charges to give them even a kind of reasonable amount of playtime and potty breaks. The basic package of the stay is not nearly enough time, and the upcharge is something to the tune of $15/dog for 15 minutes of playtime per day. So if I want my 2 dog to be out of their room for 30 mins per day, I need to pay an extra $30/day? Gosh that seems unreasonable.I'd like to see pricing and basic care plans that feel more humane and thoughtful of a dog's basic needs. And a little more clear responsibility of my dogs' wellness while they're there.

We take our dog to PetSuites to be groomed. Monica is the best. I don’t trust my dog to anyone but her! Not only does she do a great job with grooming him but she is also kind and caring with my little old dog.

I am aware of the price of everything has gone up ...but $20.00 to play with a young cat is a bit much! Wound up paying $160.00 extra on my bill. I've used PetSuites in Fishers since 2010. Always boarded 2 cats. $30.00 per day for each cat is a bit steep. Sorry if I sound angry...cats are low maintenance and easy to keep up with. Thanks for your service...will use you again despite the cost. My kids are worth every penny.

We have had such a great experience at Petsuites Fishers. We have three dogs: senior, middle age and puppy. Our dogs have done day play, puppy preschool, boarding, training and grooming. Everyone has taken great care of all our dogs and has been wonderful to work with!!!

I recently boarded my cat at Pet Suites and I felt that he was well taken care of. I like the fact that he had a 2 level suite and a window to look out of. I know he was somewhat nervous to be in a new place but when I picked him up he seemed fine. He didn't come home and run and hide like he normally would have. I was able to communicate with the staff while he was there and get updates on how he was doing.

I’m really struggling with the way our stay was handled. I called each day to ask for a report, only to get different answers on the report process, but never receiving the report. Eventually, I was told that I would receive the report upon checkout, only to later be told that reports can’t be given after checkout. One worker was very helpful and was honest with me. No one made any reports on my two dogs while they were there. 3 days stay and I don’t have anything. This worker called some people who had been working to ask for anecdotal notes on what they remember. I spent $325.00 and didn’t receive a single update. I was especially nervous because I was paying for daily play and didn’t know if my dog was approved for it, and there was no way to tell if he was going.Overall, the person who helped at the end was very honest and I appreciate that! Other than that, I am incredibly disappointed with the care and am nervous to bring my dogs back.
