Needed a new tire because of dry rotting damage which caused my tire to lose air pressure continously. Had some getting an appointment at the East Washington Pep Boys, so I called the Fishers location. Got an appointment booked right away! The shop was really clean! The Manager Jessica was extremely professional, knowledgeable and great hospitality! The technician on clock this day was very prompt, experienced and polite as well! Thanks again great Job!

I called in advance and was given information about the process of tire repair and cost. I arrived at the suggested time. My car was taken to the bay nearly immediately and finished quickly. The staff were knowledgeable, personable, and completed my service satisfactorily. I would absolutely return for my tire needs and recommend to friends/family.

I had a flat tire yesterday. Fortunately for me, I was near Pep Boys on 96th St in Fishers. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was pleasant and helped me with my car. I was a walk-in emergency and he acted like I had a scheduled appt. I'll be back.

Online scheduling is too easy. This visit was just some preventative maintenance, brake system flush. Took about an hour. Trey was very friendly. Previous service was just as good. They are my go to for work I can't do myself.

Made a towing request and was getting updates through my phone to just find out that they didn’t have a driver two hours later. The text even said that the driver is on site… Made the appointment at 7:42 for the pickup to be at 9:27. When no one had showed at 9:27, we had to call them to find out they weren’t coming at all. Worst experience and a waste of time, especially it being winter. !! Make sure not to go here for emergencies!!

Everytime I give them a chance they never fail to disappoint. Unfortunately I paid for the lifetime alignment which was a huge mistake.Go anywhere else, save yourself the headache.Two months after my last check with semi new tires, and now I need to get new tires because the camber is still off. Very disappointing that I can't trust their work.

Workers were nice but scheduled a 1:30 simple oil change and did not leave until 4:00. Workers confused my car with another and they assigned my vehicle to a worker on lunch break. Disappointed in the amount of time for a simple job.

I came here to get a oil change, few days later my oil was leaking..I call the assistance manager and he was so rude and told me he did not care that my oil was leaking out of my car…I refuse to leave my car at this place.. refuse to give me my money back from a poor oil change…My engine can blow from no oil.. I notice they try to get over woman… Money don’t grow on trees.. Buyer beware, Do not take your car to this place.. You will regret it later…

Vehicle was towed to them on a Wednesday evening. Didn’t receive my vehicle back until 5 minutes before closing the following Tuesday. Get in my vehicle and theres a traction control system warning light on, which was NOT on when the vehicle was dropped off. Called the store immediately to see what the light was and what needed to be done. Was told they didn’t know what the light was and it would be 2 weeks before they would be able to have a technician look at it. Unacceptable in my eyes!!! The alignment is SO bad!! There’s no was an alignment was performed. How does a tire place put on two new tires without performing an alignment??!! Especially when a warranty company was the ones paying for the tires. I will not be recommending this company to anyone!!EDIT - took my van in for an alignment for them to tell me that my tie rod was bent and was unsafe to continue driving! This was NEVER told to me by a PepBoys employee! Apparently this company doesn’t mind putting someone’s safety first!!

I went in to get my tire put on a new rim. When the work was finished, I went out to my car and checked out the work they did. Everything looked good except for the fact that the tire they replaced was missing the center cap and the old damaged rim was not in my car. I walked back in and told them they could keep the damaged rim, but please return the cap. Mike had the audacity to argue with me that my tire did not have a cap when I brought it in, even though I know for a fact it did. I even have picture proof of my wheel with the cap. You can see the cap on the wheel in this picture! Terribly unprofessional customer service, I do not recommend this business.

Abysmal experience with a complete lack of ability to deliver upon expectations. Hit me for a doctor diagnostics fee, assuring me that they could repair the vehicle the day that I brought it in. They missed that date then they missed the following day then on day three I found out they never even started the work. I will never return to Pep Boys again. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. It seems consistent with the reviews. I’d read over the last 3 to 4 years on this facility

Excellent service, the location was backed up and even though I made an appointment my service was not completed until the next day. This is not a big problem because Pep boys always treats me with great customer service and the team is exceptional.

My wife was traveling with our kids and had a flat tire about 1.5hrs away from the store we normally deal with. This was the closet location to have the tire repaired and didn't think a minor issue would be so difficult to fix so I advised her to just have it fixed at this location instead of finishing her trip on the spare tire. My wife called after the repair was done because her vehicle had a horrible vibration and was worried they didnt tighten the wheel. I checked the balance at my shop when she got back and the tire was way out of balance as seen in the picture. They were nice enough to mount her spare tire back under the car but the tools required to do it were left loose and scratched up the rear trim on our tahoe. I highly recommend avoiding this location for any repairs.

Great experience. Battery died and just walked in. Good customer service and quickly wrote up a quote for new battery and labor. Was done within 90 minutes. Liked their text notification system too.

Went in on Thursday to get my oil changed, waited an hour for them to tell me that their last technician that had changed my oil had striped the bolt on my oil pan and they couldn't get it off. Had to reschedule and was told that I won't pay for the new bolt (since it was their fault) and I'd get a discount on my oil change. No big deal, these things happen. Went in today, waited 2 and a half hours for only an oil change. Then, they made me pay full price for the oil change. At least they didn't charge me for the new bolt.

My brakes were making noises and I was worried when I walked in Pep Boys, but Carl was professional and explained to me what the issue was and what needed to be fixed. He wasn’t pushy like some other places where they try to upsell you everything. He was professional and had great customer service. I will definitely be back and tell others about Pep Boys.
