Love coming to this store. We drive about an 1 hour to get here but it is worth the drive. The customer service is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and if you get to meet Kim she truly cares about your fur babies needs. Definitely one in a million. So if you have your doubts about going here don't hesitate and stop in and buy something yummy for your fur babies.

My first time going to Hollywood Feed in Fishers and my pup has LOVED every single treat we’ve brought her so far. We worked with Hannah for majority of the time - but the whole staff was great. She was so sweet and informative. We will most definitely be back (probably almost every week) and will be referring Hollywood Feed in Fishers to all of our pup friends!

I was never loyal to a specific pet store before, but I try not to shop anywhere else for our pets needs after the extremely personalized care the Fishers Hollywood Feed staff put into their store.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kim has gone above and beyond for my reactive dog by slowly providing positive interactions at the pace my dog wanted. She'll warn other customers about our dog so we can maintain some distance and avoid negative interactions which is a huge relief.They also were able to deliver food to my dog when he was in board and train, which prevented him from potentially regressing in his training by seeing us. Our dog is actually in the board and train program in this picture, with a free treat Kim gave him along with his food delivery, because she knew he really liked those. They also gave treats to give to the other dogs at the facility, because they're amazing.The selection that they keep in stock for dogs is amazing. There's plenty of chews, treats, food, and toys at reasonable prices. The staff will help new pet owners make sure that the chew is appropriate for the size dog and your intention for the chew (i.e. "He will love it, but it will be gone in 5 minutes just in case you're looking for something to last a while").They also always keep a pet photo booth set up in the back. The decorations change seasonally, and it's always super cute.

I miss the old location but the customer service and product lines can't be beat. Kim is amazing. The ordering online and delivery system is incredibly convenient. When I visit in store with my pup the employees are so sweet and patient. Would highly recommend.

This is the only place I actually enjoy shopping for my dogs. We used to do auto ship through Chewy a few years ago until we found this gem. The people are AMAZING and as a bonus, they have the best prices (or will price match). I will never shop anywhere else! The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly, I was shocked to find such a place even existed. I do miss the old location only because parking is not great but it's still convenient to get to.

We LOVE Hollywood feed! The delivery option seriously comes in handy! They are always super fast and easy!! In store the employees are knowledgeable and always have great suggestions! I haven't been to a major pet store in a very long time! If you love your pets, I suggest going to check it out!

I just went to our Hollywood Feed store near us and I had the most delightful, friendly, caring and knowledgable young lady named Hanna! I brought my 16 yr old Westie in to get a harness-vet recommended to help protect her Trachea. She tried one on my dog and my dog just started walking down the isle like nothing was new on her! Haven't been a fan of harnesses as she wouldn't walk properly, I guess I had the wrong one. I was so excited I had to buy the matching collar and leash and oh a beautiful pink and blue tie dye dress! Of course the 30% off sale was nice too! :) LOL! Thank you Hannah and Hollywood Feed! I will be visiting your new store when you open. My favorite dog store!!! :)

Stepped in here to take a look around and wow, we both love this place. Store is well organized and has great, unique products not at outrageous prices. But the best part is the staff, they were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Just excited to see me and my dog there. And they seem to be enjoying their jobs. Only small complaint is the aisles are a bit narrow which makes social distancing tough but it’s a small place. Best pet store I have ever been to.

Wow, this place is great! They are incredibly knowledgeable about dog nutrition and very willing to help you find the best food. In addition, their store was incredibly well organized and neat. To be honest we live right around the corner and thought this store would be too expensive and never visited. We stopped in because we were out of food and man I'm glad we did. They have all the best brands and tons of specialty food and treat items at great prices. We are definitely making this our new regular stop for our little man Henry. Thank you!!

We were in town from Michigan to pick up our new puppy and I stopped in to pick up supplies that are not available near home. I was amazed! The customer service was above and beyond. The ladies were very informational and I learned alot in the 10 minutes I had before our trip home. The store is beautiful and prices are great. I wish we had one in Michigan. Thank you again ladies for your help!

Have been passing this place since it opened and finally went in for the 1st time today. Been getting dog food from chewy since we got your dog and then they sent us the wrong food with the right packaging which got our dog sick then (which they won’t refund) then went to petsmart and got Parina one which one of the girls said was good. Well our dog hasn’t really been eating it or feeling very well. Walked in here and got help right away to exactly what I needed with very knowledgeable employees! Best part about it is if she doesn’t end up liking it or it doesn’t sit well with her I can take it back!I bought the Nutri Source large breed Puppy and when I brought it home all she wanted to do was sniff the bag. I put it in her bowel and haven't seen her that exciting to eat kibble in forever. (She even tried to only pick out the new food and avoid the old stuff). Hope she continues to like it this much!

I feel Hollywood Feed is a step above the rest! They really are there to help and get your needs figured out. I started going there when we rescued our pup Bear. Hanna and Kim have been so helpful in making sure we hade the right food, toys and so forth for our not so little guy anymore.

Took Annie Bulls to Hollywood Feed today to see if we could find some toys to entertainer her now that I'm back at school. They were helpful and made some great suggestions. It's so nice to know that they guarantee everything in the store. But so far, Annie has loved everything :)

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We plan to visit more now that we know how to access it from west to east. That is truly the only negative, it's entrance much easier if you are already on the North side of 116th street.
