I shop at this local CVS a lot and unfortunately this recent trip was NOT good due to the manager on duty. The cashier was excellent, Lorna, but the manager on duty, Damion, was awful. I pointed out that they ran out of a product that I needed four of and I found that there was more of it that was identical in every way other than the color of the bottle and the UPC number, but was 70 cents more. The cashier and I checked the bottles over repeatedly and found no differences. I asked if he could do a price override. He had no personality, no customer service skills, and only said he was “not willing to do it because it would mess up their ordering”. I was checking out over $400 of products! I asked him if he could find any differences other that the one bottle was blue versus the other was orange and the different UPC numbers and after inspection, he just walked away and repeated that he was not changing the price. He never even said he was sorry. He was so rude! The cashier was shocked at how he treated me and she apologized repeatedly. As a regular customer there, I nearly walked away from my order, but I needed the products and we live in a small town that does not have many stores available at that time of day. I was frustrated that he acted the way he did. If he is working in the future, I will not shop.

Chris the pharmacist was a huge help getting me a prescription they didn’t have in stock, late on Friday evening. Contacted several local CVS’s until he found it for me. Was able to pick it up early Saturday at Jasper. Thank you for the great customer service!

I was the first customer at 8am. I wanted to use the bathroom first. Wow there was a fly and a freaking big spider and it was dirty as hell. Looked like no stuff member went in for the last 2 weeks to clean up. So I went across the street to McDonald’s. Their bathroom is clean.

Very clean and friendly. Let us use facilities with no fuss. Some CVSs dont like for customers to use restrooms or so it seems because they are behind a secure door. Not this one.

Pharmacist was short with me on an error that was made. CVS miscounted my prescription and told me that I was wrong. She, the Pharmacist, was so “matter of fact” that I was so glad that phone call ended.
