I'm extremely frustrated with this company. Thought doing the right thing and buying USA made was the good thing to do. Unfortunately they only care about the money when you purchase not the quality or consumer when a problem happens. We purchased a manual reclining sofa and love seat. The material on the headrest has been separating and breaking open. We purchased about 6 years ago. I have had prior set for over 20 with a lot more use than now and still looked new gave them to a friend who is still using. Decided to remodel with only 2 adults now and minimal use. I reached out to customer service after finally finding a phone number. Explained situation and was told material was no longer used or manufactured due to the breakdown of material for years. They had my name in their system due to a material defect when first purchased and was repaired free at the time. Best Home Furnishings had known of this ongoing problem and should of reached out to their consumers for a recall or extended warranty. Many, many other responsible companies have done that for years. My advice is to fully search reviews of manufacturer before buying. The BBB has multiple complaints against Best. I normally research everything but I knew the furniture store owner and at the time no one was aware of this material defect. I had purchased a 5 year warranty and it had expired last year. Buyer Beware they do Not stand behind their products. I asked in Good Faith to help with percentage off or monetary help at local retailers to replace my set seeing it would only get worse and spread as I was told by them to other areas. Hoping this experience helps others so they do their due diligence and never have this costly mistake.

Well, they are certainly not the 'best'. We recently purchased two items from them - a loveseat and a swivel chair. The loveseat cushions had uneven filling in the seat area. The swivel chair was delivered with its base assembled backwards. I had to fix these issues myself. Notifying their customer service did nothing. Will not buy from them again.

Spent over $3,000 purchasing a motion sofa and love seat 3.5 years ago, with a 5-year (extra cost) protection plan. The leather type covering started flaking and peeling during the last year.Turns out the Guardian protection plan doesn't cover cracking and peeling, unless it were scratched or cut accidentally. Contacted the manufacturer (Best) and their warranty is only one year.We are a senior couple, no children or pets, live in a mild climate, and there was no abuse of this furniture. I purchased the BEST CEO office chair, which is absolutely terrible. The cushioning is good, but the fake leather material is cracking and peeling all over only after a few years of use. This company does not make furniture that lasts! I spent a lot of money on such a terrible chair.

Bought this chair at Furniture Fair... $1794.78, all leather power recliner. 3 years old, normal use. Frame snapped on both sides as I reclined in it put me in the floor upside down. Frame is thin and didn't hold up. Very dissappointed.

Best Home Furnishings was a fantastic company to work with. The customer service online was fabulous, and the delivery service was the BEST we have ever received, (we have been home owners for 20 years). We were hesitant to order a light coloured fabric, with 3 children and a dog...I am so glad that we did. The quality of the fabric is just as they have claimed...durable, and beautiful.

We are a Best Retailer. Quality is not what it once was. They expect the un qualified retail stores to do the repairs on their furniture. They only want to send replacement parts. This is unheard of in the industry. We deal with 25 other manufacturers and this is not the normal protocol.From your response. You offer guidance and the part. You send the part and expect us to be a seamstress and a furniture repair tech. You are absolutely wrong. You are the only manufacturer that does not take care of the parts AND LABOR for at least one year. You are also the most expensive and the quality does not justify it. We deal with Ashley, Lane, Catnapper, Jackson, Manwah, Peak Living, Corinthian, Coaster, Coast to Coast, New Classics, Elements and many others. None of them expect the retailers to do their repairs. We are done with Best.

We have used Best Furniture products for more than a decade. We had a tan rocker/glider in our first nursery 11 years ago and it’s held up in near perfect condition all these years. Last year I ordered two gliders and an ottoman. These chairs are the most comfortable in our home and the white performance fabric I chose is so easy to keep clean. I chose Best Home Furnishings to furnish my house and shop. I’ve been working from home since we furnished the house (1 year), and I sit in the same spot on the couch for long periods of time. The quality of the cushions and fabric has held my “sitting spot” together better than I ever imagined. If I purchased another brand, I could already be in the market for a new couch, due to the wear and tear of long term daily use. However, I chose the BEST brand, and the quality speaks volumes for my wallet and for my comfort level. I highly recommend their product to any and all shoppers.

Very disappointed in Best Home Furnishing Quality. The simulated leather fabric has failed after only 3 years. Not good considering the cost. Now I'm looking a $2000 reupholster.

I just purchased a swivel rocker sofa chair made by this company when it was Best Chair Company. Tag under it dates it 1994. They don’t make them like this anymore. This thing is beautiful (to me anyway) very comfortable and all the rocker and swivel mechanisms are excellent still. 26 years old!

I don’t usually write reviews but I am in the market for some new furniture and I’m reminded of Bests’ fantastic quality and value. A few years ago my husband and I purchased Bests’ Sutton glider/rocker for our son’s nursery and it is still the best looking and most comfortable piece of furniture we own. Despite hours and hours of nursing, rocking, and more recently being subjected to our son’s terrible 2s, this glider is as impressive as the day we bought it. The fabric still looks brand new, the cushions have not flattened at all and the mechanical components still work flawlessly.While we have other furniture from high end stores, I haven’t found any manufacturer that comes close in quality and value to Best. As we’re purchasing new items, I have specifically sought out Best brand at various stores. The fabric choices are some of the most robust I’ve seen and their styles are current and also timeless. I can’t recommend this line enough for furniture you will love for years and years to come.

Bought a power reclining sofa and the power cord was missing. Part of quality control should be to ensure that all parts are with the product prior to boxing. There was only one box. The back cushions were wrapped in plastic. There is no place for the cord to be lost, yet... it is missing. For a $1000 leather couch, I expected better. This is my first and last purchase of Best Home Furnishings products.Service: Couches/sofas

Words cant not even describe how absolutely thrilled I am with my Best Home furnishings sofa and 2 chairs. From delivery to now 5 months! They come clean so easily! Superb workmanship quality! I get so many compliments on my furniture! I highly recommend! Especially if you have small ones and pets! Love love!

Our family has owned several pieces of furniture from this company, and have been impressed with the quality and comfort of each piece. We have a recliner, reclining sofa, sleeper sofa, office chair, and a glider. All have been great pieces, but we’d especially recommend the sleeper. Not only is it a comfortable sofa to sit on, the combination air/coil mattress has provided many good night’s of sleep for visiting relatives and friends (some of whom have back issues and are picky about their sleeping arrangements).

We own two chair from Best Home Furnishings and they are by far my favorite. Our nursery chair is over years old and after many hours of rocking two babies it’s still like new. The fabric is easy to clean!

We purchased two Best Home Furnishing chairs from a local retailer. Within two months the skirt on the bottom of one of the chairs came apart and had to be repaired. I also asked the retailer about the material puckering on the right side of both chairs and, after coming out to inspect them, he contacted the Best rep to look at them. The left side of both chairs are perfect so I know I was not asking for the impossible.The Best rep came to our home and was arrogant from the get go. He said that the chairs were built to Best's standards, on an assembly line. If we wanted better built chairs, we should have paid more money and purchased something custom made.I am not making this up!!I followed up by calling the Customer Service dept at Best's head office. While "Bonnie" was polite and courteous, she has not gotten back to me. I made it clear that I was not asking for a refund, I simply wanted an apology for the less-than-adequate customer service and the poor workmanship.Please, please do not waste your money purchasing from Best. Surely, there are superior manufacturers out there; ones that will actually stand behind the furniture they make.

We absolutely love our Best sofa bed couch. It couldn't be more comfortable to sit and sleep on and is perfect in our den. We also own two Best Mission style chairs that are equally as beautiful and functional. A smart investment we'll get great use from for years to come.

Very poor reclining love seat. The upholstery disintegrated. Leather and vinyl combined into one cover material. This problem started only four years after new. We have pictures available. We also have a swivel chair by Best. The base frame rubs on the upholstery. Seller Carolina Concepts would not repair it. Very expensive. I have some Best recliners, and a Best sofa in my home. I love that Best is made in America. I special ordered all my furniture, and like that I can personalize my furniture with fabrics that make sense for the room. Also, it took just a few weeks for my furniture to show up. Anything that's made overseas either has to be in stock at my local furniture store, or, I have to wait months as it makes its way across the Pacific. The quality is also top notch. Best is a no brainer.

Purchased these recliners about 2 1/2 years ago. Was very pleased with the product at first, but started to come apart after a year. Seams pulling out - cushions flatting out. Wife called to see if there was anything they could do. Nothing unless you purchase extended warranty. I feel for the price, the product should have lasted much longer than it did. Putting in the back of the truck and taking to the dump today.Lesson learned. Better off buying cheap furniture. Lasts the same and doesn’t hurt your wallet or feelings.

We purchased a power reclining sofa and loveseat. The power reclining mechanism failed on one end of the sofa. In addition, the core and back fill has failed on both pieces, leaving us with a horribly uncomfortable sofa/loveseat. We contacted Best customer service and were told to get with the store who sold the furniture. We did, and went round and round (3 months) trying to get it fixed - the store went out of business before our problems were taken care of.Got back with Best and they said they would get us hooked up with another store. But, the warranty only covered the parts, not the labor for actually installing them. We would have to get an upholsterer on our own and pay for it out of pocket. Also, the material was no longer available so we may have to totally replace the fabric if it couldn't be worked around.Basically, we totally wasted our money on these two pieces. Worst warranty and run around ever! We bought because they were USA manufactured and said they were high quality. Buyer Beware - if anything breaks you are up the proverbial creek!Now, we have to go out and buy a new sofa and loveseat in order to have a recliner that actually reclines and isn't so hard we can't stand to sit on it.Sad.

Our Hazel dining chairs from Best Home Furnishings couldn't be more perfect. They not only are a beautiful addition to our dining room, but they are so comfortable and have the stain proof Revolution performance fabric on them! Thus, I am thrilled to be able to have white dining chairs and not worry about spills ruining them. My family and I give these gorgeous chairs two thumbs up, highly recommend them!

Bought 2 leather electric recliners and a sofa about 6 weeks ago through Holmwoods in Somersworth, NH. We were insistent on buying USA manufactured goods. So far we are very happy. Extremely comfortable chairs and people say the couch is also very comfortable. No complaints. If I start having issues I will post a new review.
