If you’re looking for good customer service this isn’t the place the lady is rude was rude for 3/4 of our interactions. No problem with the beef. Won’t do business here again.

We picked up our deer , looking forward getting around 80lbs of deer and we got 29 lbs and they charged us 132 dollars. We tried to talk to them and explain that it is impossible for the size of deer we shot that we should have more than 29 lbs but they wasn’t willing to do anything. We have went there for many years and now we will never go again and that many of our friends and family will not be supporting them now . Do not go here , if they would treat customers this way , they do not need our business.

Horrible experience. First time using Farmland Locker, and last time I will use Farmland Locker. I am 16 and hunted a few years for my first buck. It was a small 6 pointer, but when we took the buck to farmland locker we asked for the head so my dad and I could make a European mount out of it. When they called us to pick up the deer, there were two problems. #1, they “threw away” my head and antlers claiming that we had not asked for them. #2 they told us that we had to come pick up the deer, but didn’t have all of the meat ready, so we had to make the 1.5hr round trip drive twice. But mostly I’m the most disappointed about not having the head or antlers of my first buck. 1 star is generous, if I could give negative stars I would.

Very rude, never had a deer processed with so little yield plus every bit of silver skin was left on the meat unlike any shop I’ve been to before. Avoid this place like the plague.

If there was the possibility of 10 stars, they deserve it! The customer service is incredible and they do an absolute fantastic job with the butchering! Highly recommend getting your meat through Farmland Locker!
