This is an eye-opening adventure for young kids who will think that milk "comes from the store". It's well organized and doesn't take too long to see what sort of crazy milking tech they have at Fair Oaks. It's pretty fascinating as an adult, too.

We went on a school day off.It was a very nice day at the farm.We stayed at the hotel on property the night before. Our dinner was very good. Then on Wednesday after Breaskfast, we saw the display on pigs. The kids played on the rope bridges, while I read about pigs. Later we took the bus to the Pig Farm. All the pigs are indoors. A change from the farms I remembered. Very interesting. They have 3000 pigs and everyday they have births. Then back and the same routine for the cow farm. After that back for lunchI would recommend it for families with grade school children. Although we saw several large groups of retired people.

What a cool place!! My wife & I were on a road trip and stopped to charge up our Tesla and kill time. Little did we know how massive the estate is, and how many activities exist. We immediately started planning a dedicated trip back (there's a hotel onsite) with our future child. I would absolutely recommend a visit, whether it's a stop on a road trip, or the main event!

Nice dog park to play with our canine travel buddies. We enjoy the cheese and chocolate treats also. Easy access from the highway. Clean restrooms. And a gas station if needed. Overnight hotel nearby for weary travelers and guests. Plus, there is a full restaurant to feed the family. Several adventures you can buy tickets and stay for the day. Very educational for all.

We stopped in on our way home from the eclipse and boy were we in for a surprise. This place was a lot of fun to walk around with our daughter. We didn't have time to buy tickets and fully explore and if you have the time, I won't do suggest doing so. Everything looked fun and Kool from the outside. And we ate the cafe (Cowfe) and the food was really good.

If you're in the area, it's worth the money. Kids two and under are free. They provide strollers on the adventure but not to walk around the rest of the facility. Super educational, very polite, trained to answer the hard questions, cleanest farm I've ever seen. We liked this little vacation best so far. Playgrounds, kid train, little maze, calf birthing center, 3D mini theater, everything is interactive. Super cool.

What an awesome day we had! Dining in the igloo was such a neat experience we'll never forget! Food was delicious..... especially the corn muffins and garlic mashed potatoes! My 3 year old was easily entertained the entire time and we went on the dairy tour and the pig tour! Every tour guide was knowledgeable. I would say they could be a bit more enthusiastic, but they may have been nervous. Carl, our bus driver, was fantastic! He was excited to be there for sure and very knowledgeable. We will be back for sure!

Had a good time. Stay was pretty good at the Marriott on site. Very educational on what farmers do for the food industry. Staff was quite knowledgeable. Got to see the birth of twin calves, which isn't common. My kids really enjoyed the different activities available at the time. Recommend doing the tour for the cows so you can see the robotics for milking cows. Pretty cool.

Absolutely an experience you must check out when in Northern Indiana! Pristine and sparkling clean buildings and facilities on the campus and farm building tours. Sparkling clean from busses, to shops, restaurants, hotel and tour buildings. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Everywhere. Most folks we talked to had been there for many years.Hotel rooms were beautiful, although our particular room view was terrible and looked out onto a roof that blocked the entire view. The hotel breakfast was great with many many options. My only advice would be to organize it a little bit better it seemed like things that needed to go together we're somewhere else it was kind of discombobulated.Lots of great merchandise and food items and produce in the gift shop.Dinner was absolutely fabulous at the big restaurant. We split a big ribeye steak we had garlic mashed potatoes green beans, the mac and cheese was to die for, the biscuits was fantastic. Skip the cheesecake. The pool area was fantastic and the hot tub was key. Love that it was also indoor outdoor.Tons of parking and the grounds itself were absolutely beautiful with all the flowers and landscape. We did the pig tour and the dairy tour and we caught a birth of a calf or two in the birthing Barn. All of these things were very informative and extremely interesting how the science of it all has evolved over the years.Everyone from the bus driver, to the person behind the counter, to the tour guides, and everyone else we encountered were very, very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great place for kids of all ages and adults we'll find the workings of this farm very informational and amazing.

Good place to bring kids or grandchildren and make a day of it. This is mote of a place for those whom have not been to a farm or around farms and if you have been to farms you will be disappointed. There is alot of signs and information as you walk around and staff was great about answering questions. The food at the cow cafe was good and was a croud pleaser for our group. The kids loved the food too. Going on a weekend expect ling lines in the cafe to eat. Our granddaughter got to see a cow deliver the baby and then eventually take the first step which she really enjoyed. The place was clean and well taken care of. The food alone is worth the stop . Definitely should stock up on cheese while you are there so make sure you bring a cooler.

Stopped here on a road trip for a bit to eat. There weren’t many fresh made items on the menu, mostly pre-packaged sandwiches. Gift shop was rather spartan with not a lot to browse. Bowl of chili was tasty but small. Cheese selection was great! Didn’t try the ice cream but maybe that’s good because the line was busy the whole time we were there.

We did the museum only tour, was really fun for the kids. We saw a baby cow born, really interesting. We had snacks at the Cowfe and everything was good all around. The grilled cheese and quesadilla. We had cookies at the holiday market. We saw the Christmas lights in the woods with music and got cocoa by open fires. We went on new years eve. Really fun time and then went to the farmhouse for dinner. Service was great for was good.

I'll start by saying I was here 12 years ago and I loved it, and since then they have added so much stuff it is crazy, we all had a blast, we loved the pig adventure and the dairy adventure, and the cowfe had great food and I loved the milk... This place was well worth the 8 hour drive to see again... There is not a lot of places that legitimately earn a 5 star review from me but this place exceeded it.

This is a wonderful place to take kids. Lots of interactive things for the young ones to do. My 2 year old grandbaby had a wonderful time. I enjoyed that the buildings are not far apart and it is easy to walk around the facility because of this. The restaurant was beautiful and the decor was great but the food was disappointing. If I lived closer. I would buy a pass and take the grand kids often. I would eat at the cowfe, not the restaurant. This place is a hidden little gem. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because my restaurant experience was not very good, but that would not detour me from going again, I just would not eat at the restaurant.
