Great preseason price for a pull-thru with full hookups. Just far enough away from the city to make it a quick and easy getaway place for the weekend. Conveniently located off I-65 and far enough away from the highway to give you a nice rural environment. Very friendly staff, nicely graded site, solid 50a service, clean 4-way faucet with plenty of pressure. Sewer worked fine as well. Took a nice walk around the grounds and everyone was friendly. Added this to our favorites 🙂

We stayed there for six months and absolutely love the place Tim and Marianne and all the staff, Jacob and Jamie and Tiffany and Amber. We’re just wonderful. The store is nice. The grounds are nice they take great care of things. The restrooms were awesome everything was clean. We love staying there and look forward to going there again. If we’re ever in the area, we highly recommend it. We especially want to acknowledge Jamie, who is one of the workers on the grounds she is absolutely amazing, hard-working young woman, friendly, and always smiling. We so appreciate her every time we saw her.

We have stayed here a few times last year as a great little spot close to home. The staff is always super friendly and happy to answer any questions. The kids love the jumping pillow and the beach is nice to relax and swim. This is one of the smaller campgrounds we have been to but we do like to stay as staff is very friendly and everything is nice and clean. We even thought about a seasonal site but we have been doing lots of trips to different states and state parks for the weekends. We love that this nice park is close to home for some weekend trips. This place is so much better than another campground down the road that we tried... The park feels very safe for our kids and family. We have even invited neighbors and other family members to join us with their campers last year as they to became new camper owners, and they have all enjoyed it. We were able to enjoy some music once and glow hay rides which was fun for the kids and a food truck was once open while we were there which had some delicious gravy. Some recommendations I would like to see some improvements to the play ground for the kids as it is a bit limited and older, some new playground equipment would go a long way , and although expensive if this place had a pool that would be fantastic I would imagine prices would go up if so. We look forward to coming again this year soon!

Talk about a *bleep* show this weekend! The activities were nice but the office staff is another story entirely! I don't think I've ever met a ruder person in my life. I believe she said she was the owner, at that! We also had a lot of electrical issues and were constantly being choked out by the dust. The roads need either fresh gravel or oil added on top to cut the dust down. I also heard several other campers complain about being shocked while showering. I would not recommend this place to anyone

We just visited Oak Lake Campground for the first time, and we can not wait to get back. The manager Tim was so accommodating and inviting. The beach was very clean and provided inflatables for the kids. The bathrooms were also very clean.I loved that the campground had mature trees and the sites were shaded.Thank you Tim and the entire staff at Oak Lake for a great getaway!Carrie and Mike

We spent the winter months at Oak Lake. The staff at Oak Lake we very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The park is very nice and has wonderful amenities for the season.Nearby activities: Fair Oaks Farms ToursSafety: There is a gate and security that drive around periodically during the winter.Walkability: Amenities are within walking distance.

We are traveling around the country as a family. This has been my kids (and the adults too) favorite place we have stayed so far. The front desk staff is super helpful and friendly. The new owners have been great to chat with. The kids loved all the activities they get to do here. The spaces are close but still private at the same time. No way do you feel cramped like some other places we have stayed. If we come this way again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

We visited Oak Lake this past Memorial Day weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. The kids and dogs everywhere when we pulled in told us this was an amazing family campground. My husband and I have discussed being campground folks and this place is at the top of our list for a choice should we finally be able to afford to do so. We spoke with one of the new owners and had a wonderful conversion with him about the campground and all he wants to do. He has dreams for this campground and he cares and that is great. Oak Lake is the place to be, so much for the kids to do, if you’re looking this is your family campground!

What an amazing place, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. I travel for work so I don’t use many of the different activities that are provided. I do however hear how much fun the kids are having which is a great sign for parents traveling with kids. Clean office and grounds are well maintained. My dog loves the dog park. I will make sure if I’m ever in the area again I’ll be staying here. In fact I’m going to drive a little further and extend my stay as I enjoy this location.Stayed here again this time for only a couple weeks again amazing staff I will come back if I’m ever in the area .

We recently stayed here for the first time and it was a great time. We had a little hiccup when we arrived but the staff was super helpful and friendly and we got back on track quickly. Bathrooms were clean and showers worked great. The kid loved the jump pillow and we loved all the different activities to do at the rv park and the amount of events in the area. We'll come back again for sure.

We absolutely LOVE this campground! Nice big sites with plenty of room and trees. Hook ups were good, dump station was good, we didn't use the facilities but they looked clean, would use them if we needed to. The water toys were amazing! Kept our kids busy for hours. The beach area was huge with nice clean sand. The walking trails were so much fun, we loved the bigfoot references throughout. Clean facilities and very friendly staff. The tractor ride on Saturday night was a huge hit as well, especially the bubble machine. Lots for the kids to do, didn't have to tell them to put their phones down once! haha We stayed next to one of the large yurts and there was a large active group staying there. Was kind of worried it was going to be a long night but nothing was out of control and staff were very active on the grounds so I was confident they had an eye on it. I actually really appreciated that they let them have a good time and made us feel like we didn't have to shhhh our 4 kids while we were outside playing. It was a really good balance. Very nicely done. Highly recommend!

My family had a wonderful experience here. Nice clean campground. Many amenities including a jump pillow for kids, glow ride, swimming with inflatable obstacles. Hand dipped Ice cream, & a nice convenience shop. They also have a dog park area for your pets.We will be returning. :)

Very quiet and cozy, lots of activities for kids. Clean lake with inflatables to jump on , great hiking paths around the property (be aware of the Sasquatch 😁🤣).Our cabin on the hill was tiny but super clean and cozy. We enjoyed our time there and definitely will be back !P.s. you can find wild Blueberries in the forest when hiking in July !

Great full hook up campsite for my rv at a great price.They offer a Saturday morning craft and a fun tractor glow ride at night that the kids enjoy. The lake with all the blow up obstacle and bounce areas were so much fun for the kids also. Thanks to all who worked there making our stay great.Nearby activities: Crafts, playground , bounce pillow always a blast.Food & drinks: Great on-site store with candy crafts and hand scooped ice cream.

been a seasonal for 6 years but Tim and Marianne have made this place much better. Lots of new inflatables on the beach as well as activities all weekend. The front office has good ice cream and lots of other things now. They have kept their promises and keep the place clean and friendly. This place is so much fun now.

This is our second season at Oak Lake RV Resort and we love the staff and community here! It's a hidden gem. Most of the campsites here are spacious and there are great tent/cabin options for when our family/friends visit. We enjoy the quiet and nature walks during the week with our dog. Our grandchildren love the beach, jumpy pillow, and glow rides. Our campsite is near the farm field and we had far less mosquitoes than other campgrounds where we've stayed.New management in 2022, and they are working hard to make ongoing improvements. We highly recommend it.

Very nice campground. Though we only stopped for an overnight, the owners were super friendly and very accommodating. We were able to take a walk around d the campground and it was clean and very well maintained. Bath house was clean and we noticed grounds person cleaning up fire pits. They have a nice little dog park. Looks like it is very family friendly with a playground, lake with inflatables and an amazing looking jump pad (I really wanted to try, maybe next time).

The owners and employees were very nice and helpful. Clean place lots to do. I am planning on going again in August. If I didn't have to come home, I would have stayed a lot longer. I had to come home to my babies (dogs). Enjoyed.

We’re so glad we found Oak Lake! It’s a very family-friendly campground with lots of activities for the kiddos, including a nice beach area with inflatables, kids crafts and free popcorn, cornhole tournaments, clean spacious sites, and very hospitable staff and owners. You can tell they all really care about this place and the campers. We can’t wait to go back!
