Expensive scoly coral did not arrive in good condition. Reached out multiple times to keep the shop updated on the condition. When it never recovered from shipping stress I was told since it was not dead on arrival they would not offer any form of compensation. I have multiples of the same corals thriving in my tank and since it arrived with skeleton showing and in poor condition it was obviously an unhealthy coral when I received it. Very disappointed.Would never do business again with this company.

Just received my first shipment of coral from Whitlyn Aquatics. Fantastic quality product and they were very responsive to my questions. Good customer service is not easy to find, but great customer service is even more rare! I can confidently say that I experienced great customer service here!

Absolutely amazing one of the very few online auctions. I Got some Corals from the auction, package arrived the next day well packaged, and all Corals arrived healthy. They also gave me a lot of freebies. Definitely recommend. They got very nice Corals go through auction I wanna say weekly for very low prices

I honestly don't know how these guys have gotten bad reviews. My purchase started by winning an auction on coral, I needed to bring my order total up since it was an online order to meet the shipping requirement. These guys communicated with me every step of the way and extremely fast. There was concern about a storm that could delay, rather then sending the coral and taking a chance they coordinated with me to get a better ship date and make sure the coral arrived healthy. Unpacking the box everything was sealed extremely well and had a heat pack to keep everything at a good temperature. After floating the bags and comparing the water to mine I added the frags to the tank and all of them opened very quickly, look very healthy. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

They definitely won my husband over on best customer service! This is the only place that we will buy online coral! The frag pieces were opening up right when they hit the water! If u are wanting to buy carol online I would definitely recommend these guys!

Very well packed during shipment compared to any corals I’ve ever received. The coral wasn’t just thrown at the bottom of a bag like most companies do. They were each carefully protected in different ways to prevent it from hitting against the bag. Everything was out and happy about two hours after acclimation which is pretty fast for new corals. The company is also extremely responsive when you have questions! Most likely will participate in auctions or buy coral from them again! Plus they threw in a freebie!!!

Huge selection of amazing tropical and marine fish, coral, and inverts. I had concerns having fish shipped across the country in the dead of winter but they were expertly packed in an insulated box with heat packs.I cannot get fish like this locally. I’m so glad I took the chance and ordered from Whitlyn Aquatics. I received top quality specimens that are absolutely beautiful. A+Update 3/7/24: Another incredible order received yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about Whitlyn Aquatics. They are the best in the business!

This was my first online purchase, and I am extremely happy. The store was in constant communication with the what, where and when with shipping. They were patient with me, as I was clueless on how the auction worked. (Which was my fault, I didn't fully read the instructions.) I have to say, the packaging was immaculate. I don't want to give their secret away, but just trust that the coral you purchase will arrive safely. Within 1 hour of arrival my zoa, acan and ricordea were fully open. Gorgeous coral as well. I will be purchasing again in the future.

I normally dont leave reviews but i needed to leave one because of the experience i had. My tank has been up & running for over a year. I've delt with many coral and fish vendors online & in person. I was treated like a first class customer at Whitlyn Aquatics. I had the great opportunity to deal with Jase who gave me one of the best buying experiences I ever had. Jase went above and beyond for me. LFS's in Arizona need to take notes from Whitlyn Aquatics. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you so much!!!

I also have to mention their customer service is the best. Any question you have they answer right away. They even check-in once you've recieved everything. Great folks.

I participated in one of the Coral Auctions and won. The very next morning Jeff reached out to schedule the delivery. After all the details were worked out, they shipped that day. The following day, there was a hold up in shipping due to an event on UPS’s behalf. Jeff notified me of the issue and we were in constant communication until it was delivered the next day. Even after it delivered, Jeff reached out again to see how everything was going. I was really surprised to see how punctual and quick a business was to reach out and communicate, even going above and beyond my expectations. You can’t find that anymore. This was my first purchase with Whitlyn and my first anemone as well. I couldn’t be happier with the nem and the business and character Whitlyn brings to its customers is simply outstanding. Went to see some salt water fish but couldn't get any help. There were 2 employees there and 6 other customers... I waited about 15 mins and no help so I left. This was sat at 3 ..I was also surprised that there was few fish in the salt water area that was marked sold so a busted trip

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their customer service was amazing. I ordered 5 Amazon puffers to be delivered in Texas and received my fish the next day! Before sending them out I received a phone call to verify that someone will be home to accept them and every question I had was answered either on the phone or through email!
