This is the first time I am writing a review about a Walmart. I don’t even know if anyone would care. Sam Walton is not around anymore. I went in to this store 5 times in one week and beginning from customer no service desk to all of the employees I had to deal with are under stress of some sort. They have an attitude like you are there to get them, or you are bothering them. I am a very pleasant person and I expect the same from the people who I interact with. There are lots of employees in the store but, attitude is another thing. First thing comes to mind is I might be in a rough area and they get rough crowds here.The manager must have pep talk to the employees or maybe own the store a bit more.The shelves are well stocked, the rest rooms are clean.

I went into the Walmart on Burkhardt in Evansville Indiana, I was short some change and as my daughter was going out to get it from the car Jenny a cashier there was so so friendly and went ahead and paid it for me. Not only that she was so so nice and went above and beyond what she had to. So thank you Jenny so much for being so nice!!

I went to have a battery replaced. And I drove my car home and my car never started again. I called them and they told me to bring it back. Well , I could not bring it back because it would not start. I had to pay someone to come and find out why it would not start and it would not start because they did not tighten the cables to the battery. Then the battery kept going bad. And I have just recently found someone who looked at it and said well, the battery is from 2021 and I had it put in in 2023 . So they are using old batteries and when the person took my car down there and showed them the receipt and the battery they refused to give them a new battery. so they caused me heart failure because I sat here for months needing food and all kinds of things trying to get the money for someone to come to my house to tell me why my battery would not start. And it's because they did not tighten it. And it was a two-year-old battery to begin with . These people need to be sued. Run and keep your car away from them

Walmart has gotten so comfortable with people blowing their money in the store......that they don't even care about the customer experience anymore. I stood in line with 3 other folks this morning at 8:30....only to be told by the only human cashier "I'm closed...go to self check!" I responded by saying "well I guess you can put all of this away then, I don't work here.....and I won't shop here again!" I literally spend $1000's in Walmart, but no more. I shouldn't have to check my own groceries out!Pay some cashiers!!!!! Or give people in self check a damned discount for doing what you should be doing!I won't step foot in another walmart until they change this stupid policy!

I do not normally go to this Walmart because I live closer to another one. But today we were close to it and thought we would go there, they were pretty busy and of course not enough cashiers working, but the place was pretty good. But please have more cashier's working when it is busy! One for the things i was going to buy, I didn't because it rang up more expensive then what it said on the self. But I do recommend going to here, they have just about everything.

It is in my opinion that Wal-Mart is the bain of society, however that being said if I had to have something and Wal-Mart was the only place to get it then this particular store would be where I would go. They not only have a better understanding of the customers needs theyalso have a knack in making you feel good about the screwing you are about to get

I am not fan of the self checkouts that any business has and I refuse to use them and it seems that Walmart is forcing people to use them. And then they press criminal charges when the customer forgets to scan an item. I am sorry that's not our job to check ourselves out. We have kids who act up. And we have personal issues that weigh heavily on our minds. So we don't NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS

I have now been hitting this button for almost 20 minutes, trying to buy food for my newborn. I have stopped 2 Walmart associates asking for help, and they were beyond nice but did not have the keys themselves. While typing this, someone finally came and opened the case. 24 minutes total time to get one can of formula. All the while the frozen foods in my cart are melting. What a joke.

Stay away from their deep fried chicken or chicken sandwiches (at the deli). I think deep frying them in motor oil would taste better. This is not even a taste preference comment. Why would customers spend their hard earned money because greedy billionaires don't want to change oil? Have them pack that chicken in their children's lunchbox.

Their app sometimes helps, but often it says they have things in stores that are not there. One item said 4 available, the employee looked it up and checked back stock, found zero. The employee looked at the east location, it said 7 available in store, I got to that store, and again zero .Such a neat idea, but unfortunately it doesn't work correctly on a lot of items.

Took 20 minutes to get condoms because they started to put it in a case due to what I can assume to be shoplifting. However, whatever product loss policy should not affect customer satisfaction. One, I stood there for well over 10 and upwards of 20 minutes just for someone to come and open a case. Two, you have to ask someone to then make a request for someone with the keys to family planning. Really it was no trouble but if it was some other teen that needed emergency contraception or another item and was too embarrassed to ask, then they might as well have gone to another pharmacy. Bottom line is, it would’ve been faster for me to leave and go to another pharmacy which is saying a lot.

I hate coming to this walmart and only do because it's the shortest drive from my house. It always smells like weed. They are always out of something I need. I go to Westside when I have the time.

Walmart Radio is at an oppressive volume except for 2 inconvenient hours on Saturday morning. I do everything in my power to avoid this store. Usually a charity at each exit to harass you on your way in and out. Walmart+ orders are rarely filled correctly. If it's not food, don't expect to get it in your order. If there's a problem with your order, don't expect a resolution.

I saw an employee licking the ice cream while stocking the freezers and when I confronted them I was yelled at and told to leave by management who defended the employee. Glad to see the standards are kept at a high here.

Westside Walmart is the best. Great staff. They do their best. Be sure to use the bakery talents. They do a surprisingly excellent job at a better cost you'll love.

Ordered needed item and told would arrive 2/07, arrived 2/09. I had to make a trip to store to purchase, and that was very difficult as I am 85 yo and on oxygen.

Just went to look at some plants. Got a few at regular price and saw some at clearance pricing. Got some of the clearance plants for myself and sister...was about 50% or more off the ones I bought.. Was some beautiful plants there..not fully stocked yet..

Multiple times I have come here and grabbed bread off the shelf and come home to find mold on alot of it, along with other items such as potatoes and pasteries that are past the sell by date but are still on shelves. The managers are supposed to oversee these types of things but they are not, which tells me multiple people are not doing their job. There also is no courtesy. No employees will ask you if you need help finding anything, or how your day is going. This walmart displays poor customer service everytime I go. Besides the one older gentleman that greets customers at the door, he always has a smile on his face.

Consider other options for your shopping needs. Lines and crowds at this location are always atrocious. Tons of workers pushing around carts picking online orders meanwhile swaths of the grocery department are usually out of stock (may as well figure on going somewhere else for your meat) always someone in the aisle to harass you about Internet service. The whole shopping center is a nightmare to get in and out of.

Stopped by Walmart East a little bit later than I thought. Picked up a couple things before I got to the pharmacy to get my meds. I was just about to the spot where you stand before the metal curtain started coming down. I figured I'd wait until tomorrow to pick my meds up. I heard a person kinda holler out - Hey Barry you need some meds still tonight. I told her - I'll get them tomorrow but thanks. As I was turning around to head out I heard the gate stop for a few seconds & than I seen it was going back up.I turned back around & there she was standing there with a small smile on her face. We got you - when is your date of birth.I Thanked her & apologized for getting there so late. SERVICE WITH A SMALL SMILE !!! THANKS AGAIN
