I don’t get too many nice people when I shop here but it’s convenient for me so I still go but tonight I ran in there last minute and Donald went above and beyond for me and my daughter even talked to her very nicely. We really need more people like him.

Pretty decent. Most employees are friendly. Takes a bit while to find things if you don't shop here normally. But that's anywhere. The parking lot is awful. Needs repaving!

cant give them a good place to shop its a rip offffffffff,,,always check your recipt,,,,,omg they will over charge and they just run the items thru til u get home and u see mistakes on prices,,,i try to stay away and shop at other places.....watch them cashiers they will scan twice ,,,,,,over charge tooooooooooooooooooo

Most of the customers and possibly some employees have strong smell of pot. Employee walked by me with a hand jack pallet having what seemed to be personal conversation on her phone, seemed oblivious to me standing there. We got the items we needed. Found one register attended by employee so we didn't have to use self check out.

Tried to go in at 10:55pm and the doors were locked. Employee said the boss said we are closed. I don’t like it when fast food restaurants do it and I feel the same way about Wal-Mart. That’s a janky practice. I was literally running in to grab something really quick, but I guess closing at 11:00pm doesn’t mean closing at 11:00pm.

Nothing about this Walmart is rite, even tho the remodeling is Nice. You put makeup on a pig, it's still a pig. Alot of suspect people, in the store and in the parking lot. Their pharmacy is really good tho, if u stay in the car. I wouldn't recommend this Walmart (Being Honest).

Posting this review anonymously as a previous worker for this job.Do not work here. Do not accept a job from here. You ARE disposable. You WILL be fired for your mistakes. You WILL NOT be given a second chance, and they WILL NOT tell you when you're being warned. There is no room for mistakes here, and no room for learning without punishment or false information being given to you.We are human, and we make mistakes. They do not believe this, obviously. Nor do they believe in letting you sign a letter of resignation, or giving you a chance to clock out and or cancel benefits before shooing you out the door.Yes, while I was here I loved the job. It paid well, the environment was amazing, I liked most of my coworkers, and I truly felt like family. But they very obviously do not value teaching their workers to do better, and would rather fire and replace them.

They have done a recent reset and a partial remodel at this location and it is very nice. Lots of checkouts. So in and out is always easy. Nice place to shop. I will continue to ship there.

Grocery only Walmart with a wide selection of items and reasonable prices. The store was clean and the aisles easy to navigate.

They are working on redoing and updating the store and nothing is where it used to be or where it should be yet but you can see its going to be nice when its complete. But in the meantime not the best place for a big shopping trip unless you order and pick up they are on point for that...... they've asked for an updated review so they are done with the remodeling and the painting and moving all the items around and now its become pretty much a self serve shopping place. There are mainly only self check out with if your lucky one register open with a person. So I'm leaving the review at 3 stars. Don't get me wrong if you order and pick up or you get it delivered to your home they have 5 stars for that. But the in store is set up beautifully and great for us younger people most times with self check out we have no issue but I have heard more then one older person say "I didn't work 60 some years to retire and come shop and do the job of the cashier for free" As well as have seen more then a few who could not understand splitting their bill with two cards or cards and payment. Middle age ppl pick this up quick same with young and even the new older mostly quickly get it but our oldest generation we seem to forget didn't grow up in the same world we did and they hate self check out when its their only option. Open more then one register during busy times ill give you 5 stars.

I have been using delivery from store and every single person delivering has been awesome. It was the same with the young people at curbside. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they are frequently out of items I need.

Always has barren shelves can't ever find what you need. They don't even have canned fruit in the store. They just don't stock it. 🤨I went there today and there was literally 4 gallons of milk on the shelves. And 300 gallons back in the back waiting to be stocked but I guess it's someone else's job?

This particular Walmart has been my main store for several years. Now. In my eyes it has gone downhill. I'm always happy with my food selections but staff there is very rude. On my trip today two of the employees were wrestling around and punching each other and cursing and wouldn't let me by. And this isn't the first time I have experienced that. The lines are also very long and if you have 25 items in your cart they make you go wait in the line. I can check myself out faster than most of the checkouts so that always irritates me. I understand that there is a limit but just a few groceries over shouldn't be a problem when I'm always very quick and I always see people that take 10 or 15 minutes just to check out. I get that staffing is an issue for us lately, and it's hard to come by good employees. But there definitely should be some sort of repercussion when loud cursing, being on the phone, ignoring, and play fighting is going on.

Today I placed a pickup order for this Walmart and had a pan in the order, normally you’d think buying a pan from Walmart you don’t need to second check it. Well from today on I will be checking every pan I may think of buying. What I bought was a Wilton Bake It Steel what I received was a pan that wasn’t even the right brand. It was oily, dirty, and rusty like it had been in someone’s kitchen for a year. This pan I received was so disgusting it’s currently sitting in a plastic bag awaiting it’s return. Literally looks like someone grabbed a used pan from someone’s house and placed a sticker inside of it as if a person with eyes wouldn’t be able to tell it was filthy and oily. When I touched it I had oily/greasy residue left on my fingers. Will not be shopping at this location anymore after this because it really leads the question, what else in there is dirty to this measure?? And who the heck is in charge of quality control? It may look really nice after the upgrade but it’s nothing more than smoke and mirrors folks. Seriously, go elsewhere.

My experience for transferring my medications temporarily from Texas to this Walmart was pleasant. Mary the pharmacist handled my whole situation with care and respect & she also administered great customer service skills. I would gladly teturn when visiting my hometown again. I have mixed feelings about this store. I have been going for years and even though it's not in a good area of town, they're Walmart, and treat their employees horribly, I can shop here, in my sleep. However, PLEASE check expiration dates on your items! They're very limited on items vs. the larger ones, but I go there because it's 3 miles from our house in the city. The big one is completely across town and the crowds are too much for me. It's just a convenient stop quick shop for me.UPDATE 7/22Under construction and has self-checkout only lanes. They definitely need to drop their prices for the inconvenience!!! Poor Mr. Walton, he had a wonderful dream/idea and his children/in-laws have made it one horrific company! Rest in peace sir!

Arrived for my pick up at 6:02 and got an email immediately claiming my order had been picked up. Called NUMEROUS times and got zero answer and hung up on for both the pick up number and the store number. Does anyone do their job here? I sat there for over half an hour hoping it was a mistake. Do better.

Good selection, however customer service is very lacking. I watched a "manager" ignore a hearing impaired customer yesterday....it was appalling!! Her cell phone seemed more important. When I brought it to another managers attention.She said she must have forgotten...funny I thought they were paid to remember!!

Walmart will always be missing expert customer care because of no cashiers, but in the long run prices are holding steadyI'm sorry but I don't shop there anymore because I'm not happy with this Walmart at all. I always say that Sam Walton would turn over in his grave if he was to see what Walmart has become. It's the feeling that you get or maybe it's just me but...you feel like you're being watched, like you are going to steal something. Same feeling with east side Walmart. I will only shop at the west side Walmart...They're more relaxed and you don't feel like you are being watched so closely. Yes they have to watch, but not to where the customer feels threatened. I was accused of stealing a pair of shoes at the east side and she was loud enough that everyone around me heard it, which in turn caused me to become loud as well. I have never been back. I'm not happy with Walmart at those 2 places

Good store but right now they are renovating it so there will no longer be cashiers and only self scan check out lines. I don't like this type of change, we should receive a 5% discount for checking our own groceries out.Update 3/23 It looks like they've discontinued Daves Seed Bread in the Thin slices, my favorite bread... So, I don't think I'll be stopping here much for my groceries.

There once was a day when the Walmart workers would move out of the shopper's way and apologize for being an inconvenience. That day is long gone. Now the Walmart shelf-stockers seem oblivious to the customers, remain a hindrance to the customer, and without apology. What's worse is that the Walmart employees were stocking in every aisle, making any type of shopping a largely frustrating experience for the customer. To boot, I even had to reach for an item that the employee would not let me grab because they were busy in that area. This is a management fail!!

Not very friendly here for pickup. No one says hello or have a nice day. They just walk off. I've been to lots of walmarts for pick ups and this one twice now and this one is the rudest. If they've substituted anything, they don't ask if you've seen out of stock or substitutes and they don't take any substitute off for you if you don't want it. They just load you up and walk off.

Always have good experiences here. Friendly, helpful, and fast service. Did experience a customer being rushed along and he got upset and told the cashier that he have other things he needed as she tried to get to next customer.. I just looked and wondering why??? Take care of your customers. I was next in line and know she was trying to get her line down..

Don't expect much considering it's location! But what I will tell is that the high prices are about the only thing that will be constant.Years later they've made copious amounts of changes to the store and staff! Its looking good and running smoothly!

My husband and I are disabled and this store is were a shopped. But they never have and handcapped carts. Did have 4 but now none. Plus took bench out of front so senior citizens waiting for a ride have nowhere to set. So we have to go somewhere else to shop. Wish this store was managed better. Oh forgot never enough cashier's either.

It's ok I go here a lot to shop for somethings I'm needing right then I'm there or stock. Some of the employees are nice some can be rude but I like I can self checkout the store is coming along it looks nice so far they changed around I like it because it's much easier to find things and it's been clean the times I went just people stocking which it's not a big deal. But I love Walmart supercenter because they have lower price. Neighborhood Walmart is just closer to me like literally a walking distance. And I always don't have to wait either self checkout is available or one of the other lanes. Customer service is always available it's never no one there so that's quick way as well.

Store wise, can be a bit decent. That is when things are actually stocked up, the younger male workers aren't stalking the females through the store and making remarks/cat calling. There's probably one decent worker there that I've socialized with first hand. A good majority of the other workers couldn't care less about their job. Have had multiple grocery items that turned out to be no good soon as I got home. (Fruit having mold in it, breads stale.) And lastly, the pharmacy is very unprofessional. The constantly told me it would be 25 minute wait, I'm going on almost two hours as I right this. Had to go home and have to waste gas to go back and pick up the prescription i need when i could have had it in 25 minutes at the big Walmart. An the pharmacist and half the workers really dont even pay much attention. My point being, take the trip and make the effort yo ay least go to the big one. Way better quality of service. Guess that's what I get for giving the neighborhood one the benefit of the doubt and thinking it would be a decently timed thing

I only ever go here for store pickups so I can't really speak about the service inside the store but the pickup service is great! I rarely, if ever, have any issues with out of date food or quality issues with produce and meat. The workers load the food into my car. My only big complaint is that they use a ton of bags. Sometimes there's 1 or 2 things in a single bag which seems incredibly wasteful. I wish Walmart would offer a reusable bag/box/cooler that you could rent or buy and return/exchange when you pick up a new order.

Worst walmart ever. Do NOT do pick up. Got a text that my order was ready. I got there and waited forever before a girl came out and asked my name , said it would be out shortly, ...definitely was not shortly and she came out and asked for my name AGAIN. I waited 20 more minutes and went in to get the order myself.Honestly I was very frustrated so I wasnt polite anymore. The girl next to me waiting gave up and left. The guy beside me said he waited 2 HOURS the night before! They had 4-5 young girls with ATTITUDES working. Why couldnt one of them at least come out to us waiting and let us know whats going on?? Then one girl said i didnt check in with a attitude. If I didnt check in why was my name asked TWICE and she wrote it down? Then she threw my stuff in my cart after I said just give me my order and told me to do it myself. I totally get being busy, and things going wrong but COMMUNICATE with customers dont just let them sit out there waiting. Also maybe dont say a order is ready if its not?
