In this store, when they don't give you the points for the offers even though they are published and have the sign, they tell you to call customer service... I always ask, is your machine okay, they say yes and it's not true!!! the machine in the middle never prints. They know it but they still make you pay at that machine!! and some managers who I don't know how they became managers!! They don't know how their system works!! and they try to confuse you. It always stressed me out in this store!!

I went to buy some lotrimin and Motrin through the drive through (over the counter.) The first guy I spoke to asked for more clarification when I asked for lotrimin and I explained yeast, or like thrush (yeast.) I guess I didn’t think of the words ‘foot fungus’ or jock itch. A lady came to the window asking me to clarify if I meant lotrimin like the lotion. I explained it’s usually in a little tube, for yeast, or thrush (the last guy needed a few examples, which nothing is wrong with that but I was explaining what I was trying to buy.) She said do you mean like jock itch? And I said yes that is what I mean. She came back to the window and said she asked the pharmacist and he said no so they won’t be letting me buy that. Not sure when employees decided what kind of medicine the customers are allowed to buy but I regress… I’m sure they were trying to do the right thing, but they should probably just give people the over the counter they are asking to buy. I went somewhere else.

Always enjoy a trip to Walgreens.. but it's not even 1130 and they are closed. Google says they open but obviously NO.What the hell.Lit up.Closed.3 other cars pulled up and I let em know their closed. Losing business.

I’ve been here so many times and I can honestly say this place is always organized and clean. The customer service varies depending on who takes care of you, I’ve had a great experience with Enrique, Shawn, and Cindy (she’s so sweet!). The worst experience I’ve had here most of the time is in the photo department with a young lady named Virginia, she’s very professional but she needs to do better because my pictures are always never ready when they were supposed to be, and it’s only happened with her. The pharmacy ladies are all very kind and very informative, thank you for all that you do ladies! This may not be the best Walgreens but I’ve been coming here for years for a reason, they make me feel like no problem is too small for them to solve, thank you all !

Walgreens Tech's need to get the right information. For instance Heidi Turb is no longer in Evansville Indiana. We told them several times but they don't comprehend. They need to fill the right medication for people. The tech today was very rude to us

Don't trust the prescription times. I was told that mine would be ready by 11 am. Got here at 3:30 pm, it's 4:30 and I'm STILL waiting. There's no order or sense of reason as to how they're running this place. Will be going somewhere else next time.

I never leave reviews for anything but I felt compelled to for this employee! Ginger, one of the assistant store managers is fricken AMAZING!!! She definitely is building an amazing community within this store and she is so kind and patient with customers and when things don’t go according to plan (such as a nasty paper jam in the printing department). She talked about how they are trying to build an great team for this location and you can tell how much she appreciates not only the customers but the quality of work that she is providing! :) Shout out to Ginger for making my experience an exceptional one! Also shout out to her for making my day better as well!

Terrible place. Always out of merchandise even though site says they have it. Rx used to be open 24 hours now close at 6:00 and closed on weekends. Who ever heard of such a thing?

The service is incredibly slow. Be prepared to wait half an hour minimum to pick up prescriptions that are already ready. The poor techs need support! They must be understaffed, because they are clearly working hard. Walgreens please don't lay so much on them.Poor service exception:There is one pharmacist who needs to learn a bit of decorum. I had to pick up a prescription and asked about side effects. He told me repeatedly, and far too loudly (so everyone else in the store got to hear about it too) that it would make me gain weight. I asked if maybe at a low dose it was safe, and he insisted no, I would gain weight. He kept repeating it so that I felt so bad about it that I actually never took the medicine. I just told my physician I was too nervous to try it. I have not gathered the courage to reconsider trying it.

I went to get a flu shot I was there at 1:50 they returned from lunch at 2. I was the first in line when they returned. I was told to have a seat and they would get me the paperwork. They waited On at least 10 other people when the pharmacist brought a box by and asked if I had done paperwork I replied that no one had given me any. She went back and called my nameTo doThe paperwork. I returned it in 2-3 minutes. It was another half hour before anyone helped meAfter that. For being the first person in line it was 45 minutes before I got my shot.If Walgreens doesn’t want to give the shotsThen they should quit advertising them. This is enough to make me move any future prescriptions and my pneumonia shot elsewhere. My time is as valuable as theirs.

Pharmacy absolutely needs more employees. Few as they are,they r friendly.It has begun to be a horribly long wait, which wasn't true a few years ago.My son went to drive thru for me. I was vomiting terribly and really needed the script. He waited 12 minutes in line and after getting to the window was told they were closing for lunch. Surely, they can arrange to have a better system. Seems simple ..have at least 2 people available during that 30 minutes. Also, prescriptions are almost always more expensive than competitors.Why is that, Walgreens? Guess I need to shop around.

Made an appointment this morning for a Covid booster at 2:20. Even though I filled out everything and signed the forms before I got here, they made me redo it all. And now I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes. What was the point of doing this all beforehand and making an appointment?? Poor service. Pharmacist was great though.

We live 1 minute from this store but we are finally dropping after multiple disappointing incidents in 6 months:-pharmacy closes at 7pm. Rex was automically renewed 3 days ago but today by 430pm still not filled. Got there at 6:58 to pick it up but window already closed. Drive thru window closed in my face at 6:59 without even talking to me. Horrible-lost Rx another time-reserved vaccine time but had to wait 45 mins-only gave us half of our envelopes for Xmas picturesThis store has continuous issues and will be switching to CVS down the road.

I recently switched from another large pharmacy to Walgreens and today solidified my decision to stay with Walgreens. Ty, a wonderful young lady in the pharmacy drive-thru was absolutely amazing, accommodating, upbeat and set me up with a Walgreens rewards card for the future and todays discounts. It’s an odd thing to be so motivated to write a review because of a pharmacy drive-thru employee making your day so great but there ya go. She was awesome

My experience with Walgreens was a positive one the staff was very helpful. I was able to find the products that I was looking for and gain some rewards all in the same time. I am a loyal customer of CVS but sometimes what I'm looking for the store is out of stock. So I use Walgreens as my next result. As a diabetic I must have things ready and available. Thanks Walgreens for having the diabetic supplies I needed to manage my diabetes.

I will never come back. I have been waiting for a half hour for as prescription called in two hours ago. One girl talking to customer excessive about how short staffed they are which is obvious but nothing is getting done while talking. I have been coming here for years. Really gone down hill. Not near enough staff for the volume of scripts being filled. Shame on the greedy Management.The phone rang the whole time I set there no one could even answer with two working.

You have temporary hours posted on the door from November of 2021. It’s almost February 2022. Update your google business hours so your customers don’t make an unnecessary drive like I just did. If there were other convenient pharmacy’s I would chose them. Congrats on your pharma monopoly.

I always have to fight to have my medicine filled. They’ll tell me it’s not been sent over, the second I call my doctor and they call the pharmacy, it magically appears. The staff are all friendly, and I have no issue with them at all. But after having so many issues getting my medicine, it’s beyond ridiculous. It’s not hard to refresh the system when someone wants to know if the medicine has been sent it. If you can’t do that more than once every 4 hours, there are some issues.

I wish I had taken the name of the pharmacy employee who took care of me today because after a day of worry that I'd miss a day of my daily meds and all of the problems I always have at the Davis Lane st store he provided such a relief when he said "It looks like we transferred your medication to the North store (the wrong store) but we have some here today and we can get that ready for you in about five minutes".The other store (Davis Lane st) never has my medicine and then they say they have things without doublechecking. I'll go there and it's never there and just recently they messed up they way the payment goes so it was charging me more for my meds.So pharmacy guy! You made my day! Thank you so much!!! You're awesome!

I made an online appt (the sign says appointments not needed) for a covid booster. It was for an elder who needs to use a wheelchair. (Therefore a difficult trip). I went during my lunch break. Stood in one line to find out we were in the wrong line (not clearly marked). Was told there was no record of the appt and we were turned away. Stating "we are too backed up".

I used to come to this Walgreens all the time because it's conveniently close. I would put up with the snarky associates but I just can't anymore. I'll go to CVS instead. Refused to sell me alcohol because my dad didn't have his ID and wad standing next to me. He is 64! Obviously not underage?! I let that one go. But the black lady that works in there is always so rude. Yesterday she stared at me up and down in disbelief while checking my ID to purchase alcohol, I told her I used to be brunette, I'm 26, it's real, you can scan it. She said she wasn't questioning my ID but continued to look at me like I'm an alien the whole time, making me quite uncomfortable. She said have a good day, but I doubt you will since you're buying all this alcohol. WTF. Never coming here again. I'll go to CVS where they treat me with respect and don't give me a hard time for purchasing alcohol like I'm a terrible person for doing so? Pro tip to that black lady: MIND YOUR BUSINESS. Wish I got her name. Mixed with glasses. Avoid her.

The pharmacy and their help are terrible. Repeatedly our pet's prescription somehow disappears. On this instance our vet called the prescription in twice, I received multiple robocalls telling me it was ready, received another robocall while standing in line and when someone helped me they had no record of our order. Done with Walgreens, hello CVS.

Their pharmacists are amazing. Always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you. I've called with a migraine and out of my meds and they've filled my prescription incrediby quickly because they knew I was in pain. Great staff as well. I've received incredible service.

I had to take a drug test for my nursing program and the woman yelled at me for misunderstanding something she said. I was extremely uncomfortable and would have left if I didn’t have limited options of places I could take it.

Horrible customer service. No one is eager to help. The woman with purple hair in the pharmacy department just avoids eye contact and does everything she can to avoid helping. Also vented about how horrible her day was as an excuse to why I couldn’t get fit in for a flu shot…
